Following Completion, the first of certain performance milestones (namely , the Admission) will be satisfied and the post Completion capital structure of the Company will be as follows 6,451,200 The share will be diluted from day one, £516k nearly as much as they value FTE.
As i said no brain yer.
There are warrants from strike 24 to 50... Total number of shares that would be issued is 358 million... If all exercised it would bring in 5000 pounds into the company.. Not really that dilutive
Dunno what a warrant is so going to ignore any mention of it. Lol
Sorry jarv but you don't seem to understand. Darwin have no warrants to convert. Basically there out.what warrants do you think they hold now? Did you read the last RNS.?
Jarvy can you give details of the warrants?
Deltalo no offence but Darwin have made thousands and thousands of pounds out of this company, they certainly don't give a hoot about this company. Warrants still to come if they want them.
Gives a whole new meaning to no brains in here.
Peer take it you have been off on one of your trips again. http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=FTE&ArticleCode=x2j7lied&ArticleHeadline=Share_Issue_for_Final_Darwin_Conversion_Notice
Without any doubt. There must have an agreement with Darwin and FTE the company as to darwin agree to convert up to the last 100k as so the RTO can go-ahead. This a no Brainer to see how this unfolds. Basically if Darwin held on then the company could not change there direction and if that happend Darwin would lose everything. Its not a case of Darwin wanted out,but Darwin settled for somthing back to let the company move forward.
Yea he has got some actually, but don't know that he will thank me for it. Still got 8 years to wait yet lol
Darwin surely will be out soon.. Holdings RNS will confirm before GM.. Expect to see a nice steady rise starting today.
I had a buy order in at 0.0024 £1500 this was not taken lowest to buy today has been 0.0025 now moved up to 0.0027 I'm satisfied with my current holding but if the MM want to drop it again I'm waiting. GLA
Good choice Jarvvy. Put some nice FTE in your son's ISA?
Small top up for me thanks shorters, you have to buy back some time, count down to the 26th.
I doubt if anyone can sell at a profit, they want buyers not sellers.
Only shorters which i believe is happening here.
no-one is making any money at this level.
Why sell when this is a 5 bagger.
Your just giving your shares away for someone else to make money on. Do the maths and realise that your going to regret selling. Some holders are just to impatient.
Costa I can't really talk about other shares on here but pop over to Ujo for a well run low cost oil play can give you more info over there but it's well worth researching that one.
I tried that and didn't work, best to pick a subject that's trending i.e something you read about or friends are talking about then look for a small company that's in that market and research it to death before deciding wether to invest. Put it on your watchlist for a while if you have to and see how it goes.
Was looking at AIM for quick money and saddled with two that have not fulfilled that objective......yet. The AIm stocks are my play money though so not going to cripple me. Seeing good profit in my FTSE ones, M&S and RBS are both booming at the moment
Well a big give away are normally the accounts. A company turning over £150k per annum and losing nearly twice as much is not something that should be worth £4 million imo.
