whats the corporate action we have to act on now?
If FTE wanted it, then someone else, who wants to drill, should want it. It has a value.
Can you quantify substantial value with actual resource. There isn't any resource and I very much doubt the new company will want to do any deep drilling there. As I said it's a cost and may actually cost them to offload as they have already stated in the admin doc.
Will we?
So will we find out they have sold it
It does have a substantial value.
It's a liability not an asset, costs them money to maintain the licence and was incorrectly reported by mark rip off Reiley as a very good prospect. It's crap basically and was done to allow Darwin to initially sell some loan notes. Big fat zero value
Where is the value of this asset right now?
have to ask the question - why take funding from Darwin and buy olympic domain if you have no plan to do anything with the resource? the plan decimated the SP and basically dilused the number of shares to such an extent that we are in the predicament we currently are. What activities were undertaken to assess the new asset once purchased? We need a time line of events and the sustance behind this strategy. Also regarding the book keeping on the other asset licences owned. Why would they cost money to dispose of them if they had a valuer of 10 million plus? Surely a buyer could be found if they were that lucrative even if the business took 10% of their book value it could have meant not taking from Darwin?
Noted Jarv thanks
...non holders deramping for sure - I rest my case." Well they should have run the company better then to be fair. M'lud... and is asking about the prospects of the new portfolio so bad? Theys hould be shouting from the rooftops about them and their projected sales into the market. I hear the demand for Meetingly etc is going to be huge, i was just wondering if anyone here is using it yet?
Milkyway ignore have you ever thought he is shorting the stock?
They do not want non holders deramping for sure - I rest my case.
Well you did! and sold- why keep hanging around here if you don't believe in BGL - oh I know I don't hold but I will keep deramping the hell out of it because I lost £700
Second point to your question - why bother with a London listing , open up offices with the listing in mind of course they have substance look at the portfolio who have left Symentic to join BGL in the last year - jigsaw pieces falling into place .
of other shares whit small free float, why should any genuine investor pick this one, knowing what the bod has behind them, and knowing that everything bos global has after 15 years is two products mislabelled as fintech products that dont produce any revenue yet...???
Know that BOS needed a cheerleading squad? Their products and proposition should be able to speak for itself?
Nick can I say you are doing a sterling job taking over from Bloch while hes on hols.....keep up the good work ;)
And after RTO? Consolidation and a 15% share of BGL
of shares, what do ou mean you wont be able to buy a bean? What do they have of substance? are they yet to release a new product portfolio or are they going to leverage their existing portfolio and expand their operations?
What's your user name on Twitter
FTE the dog - correct All change come September.
Shukan liked the twitter post so its ok
A lot of RNS,s to send the SP into orbit - small free float you watch you won't be able to buy a bean. MT cards close to chest - wanted London list they have it on the cheap, does not mean they have nothing of substance of course they do.
We are talking about the propsects of Bos and their portfolio. What do you expect them to come out with once the RTO is in place and do you use Meetingly, or do you know anyone who is planning to use it?
