Interesting post EGTP. Shows the time it takes for these Companies to reach the big time.
I also note the swathe of recent contract wins in December, January & February this year for circa £20 Million.
I worked for this company as an apprentice assembler / solderer between 87 and 88 when they were in Shipley - the training and prospects did little for me in that aspect - but the fact I’ve been retired the last 20 odd years from success in totally different fields quite ironic
At the time they were servicing contracts for the mod and It was really high tech top secret stuff but what used to Make me laugh was the lack of security anyone could just walk in and out of the place and maybe steal the keys to my mk2 escort Harrier !
Anyways - this is an absolutely fantastic development give it a few days and this stock could easily re-rate £2 plus 👍
Significant Shareholders account for 62.27%.
Haven’t looked into Directors holdings etc plus all those under the 3% threshold.
Freefloat could be very tight indeed.
It has basically world class technology which is why the business has so much momentum, the demand is increasing and with some big names involved. Now SpaceX is involved it takes them to a new level and will make it easier to seal other deals. They are reporting results ahead of expectations also and it clearly makes them one the best prospects on the aim market. We need more companies like this if we’re all honest… not the rubbish that dominates small caps
Mcap is tiny compared to the size of business
Small free float 41%
Huge deals with Space X and others OEM1 and government
Profitable
Cash flow from operation
Space X investment
Shortage of stock
Growth
Next update marginally above expectations
Missing only only it is British company not an American company . If this an American company it will be mcap around £0.5 Billion
The other point is the stock had been sold down through a lack of news over the last months, so the rise today is from a very low base.
Free float is small, the more goes up will squeeze massive up
You can only buy in small numbers, there just isn't stock unless someone dumps a load.
Mm's need to let it go
Yeah might be shortage of stocks, free float around 41% not bad at all . Actually it would squeeze once we reach 90% up , then if volume arrives around 90% up … we will see jumping in price
Mm’s can’t shake it, buyers waiting for a dip which isn’t coming, so they’re buying, normally a lull between 09:00 & 10:30 but relentless buying.
Also, feels like a shortage of stock.
Should do vwry well. Efore US markets.open and then it will jump
Really holding strong, i didn’t see like this for long time. All up from here. I expect huge uptrend by afternoon once American NY and Nasdaq opens
By end of day
The lack of posts on this board suggests everyone is trying to buy rather than to sell on ramping! Good luck and well done if you hold here. Now in great company
Great trading update and significant agreement with space X, should see an uplift from here
The warrants are issued to enable SpaceX to subscribe up to 10% of Filtronics existing share Capital, and they can only fully best once orders for £48M are irrevocably placed.
Having SpaceX as a major shareholder is very impressive indeed, but what the market will really warm to is the long term interests of both parties.
Nice update for gains … yesterday FXPO announced 200% production increase - 100% yield divi payer moving forward
...It's the conservative British way :)
This is £1 stock , i do accept that British stock don’t go mad with such news. If this listed on Nasdaq or NY we will see 300% increase with pre-market itself and 500%+ during market hours.
Dual listed.
FLTCF
Filtronic PLC
33p good luck
This £1 per share at minimum today and more in coming weeks .
Trust me the American will buy more than British this afternoon when they wake up
Just a question of buying the stock & holding onto it.
