I think like a number of people I am to say the least confused.
In the simplest of terms and purely from a commercial point of view (although I still feel there is more to this than just commercial) There are a large number of court cases in various countries taking place. Some are stand alone ,some in a convoluted way are related. This is costing money which if I may say everybody thinks we do not have the money for.
I add that I think that there is a general consensus that we can safely say from what we know there is no money in the bank and there is very little likelihood of commercial loans etc to pay for either. So we can pay for the lawyers, further exploration or related matters.
For give me for being stupid but winning pyrrhic victories when the only source of money must be private back pocket is either
A) a Rich mans plaything driven by ego perhaps? well it does happen but it is rare
B) Driven by blind belief that data is either wrong and I know best (whatever small amounts have been produced it has not been declared commercial)
The above is either what we know or there is a consensus of information sourced by our wonderful super sleuths, and some very knowledgable people on this board who have been around the block within the Industry.
This can only lead me to believe that there is lot of information that we are not privileged to and that it has some real commercial value even if we do not get a few pennies from it.,Otherwise why has the Company just not packed it in and move on if it can?
Have I miss understood the last few years? as it does not make cense to me.
Answers on a post card to here please if you can find one ounce as to why the fight continues?
