there's clearly been a big seller today. bizarre given the potential takeover setup.
Think I’m in for a lump Monday. Looks good for next week. MM’s played a blinder this week.
Nice holding!
I find you rude and arrogant and ADMIN should be aware of your tone as well as other members here. Calling posters maniacs and saying they belong in the looney bin only makes me think you are working for JDSport to try and bring disrepute in to this forum. I can tell you now for a FACT..... I could sell 100.000 shares in FOOT at 16:20pm in one fail swoop, offered full asking price but I could not buy more than £500 worth and at the end £100 worth. Now why do they want all my shares but won’t sell me any? You all seen it, several witness statements saying they could not buy, don’t take is for idiots.. Monday morning EVERYONE who thinks I’m talking tosh can sit back, but for those who believe, I would simply say I will be buying at every opportunity. They will not be getting my shares sub £1. Before you try to discredit me, many tried to buy and could not, last shares bout were buy me today, the maximum I could buy.... MMs holding this back. I do hope the FCA are reading this and I hope that Footasylum are as well as their shares are going for pittance.
a mike Ashley bid here. but who would he have to take the shares off. I doubt foot would EVER be willing to sell to him just on the basis that jd and foot management is more aligned with JD
The accounts also revealed that Sports Direct has access to loans of up to £907.5m which could go up to £1bn. The current financial year has seen Ashley go on a high street acquisition spree acquiring House of Fraser for £90m, Evans Cycles for £8m and most recently Sofa.com. He also failed in a bid for HMV and pulled out of the race for embattled bakery chain Patisserie Valerie. This was alluded to in the accounts statement which said: “The group continues to seek out profitable investments and development projects”.
he's trying to buy sofa.com right now.
Mike Ashley is a bit too busy on Debenhams right now but with all his recent rejected bids...he would start looking at footasylum I reckon so maybe that's why JD took another chunk. it's quite clear clear there will be a bidding war just no time scales go given.
time is an issue. how quickly will JD move on this? by when will Sports direct get interested.
don't see why it's ridiculous. what price would the trust sell at though.
They dont want to raise the SP yet bought millions last week at way over the SP, are you serious. You are a maniac if you genuinely believe this nonsense lol
If you genuinely believe that you should spend less more on shares and more on a professional full time carer because you're obviously one step away from the looney bin.
Tell me exactly what it is then because it was only 1 transaction around 10k
they 'll take shares off the trust I think
less than £10k worth, you are trying to tell me that a company who bought over 8m shares in one go last week has now been reduced to by 21,000 at a time.
Are you actually being serious???
Cant buy more than £500 but they will take my 100k shares in one go … Feck em… Huge buy after hours.
I can't buy either.
There's a large sell,show after close.
LB20, I was attempting to buy, it was a buy mate, do me a favour, can you get a buy now? I cant.
Tell me why I can now buy 10k at 44.16, the current sell price? buys clearly being shown as sells, where a price monitoring RNS when you want one.
Yes imaginative thoughts, while the SP drops.
Stu, at no point did I say it moved on the ramblings of a fantasist and RKBeekeeper has clearly put a lot more thought in to his replies than some others on here.
It doesn't move on the ramblings on here of a fantasist
StuBhoy, "the market moves on factual news and actions... nothing more, nothing less", ill tell you for now, the market moves on a whisper, on emotion and definitely sentiment.
