He won’t invest cos he is either strapped for cash
of too scared to part but happy to predict , mostly incorrectly, where shares are heading.
With then guess he got right but never did put his dosh down, he stuck to the board, like a fly to sh***, to hopefully get plaudits for his acumen...
And he could not have even dreamt of finding a better stooge than the muppet Shempsky...
2 Prats of the highest order...
P.S.
Coincidently, he has steered clear of the other boards since his guesses went down the spout ...
Oh well that spark of humility has gone out quickly. I am delusional but yu are the one who invested in this and were saying I cost people money by scaring them into selling at 3p. I had once thought there was a decent poster in you but sadly my hope was misplaced. Do run along and take your losses and ignorant condescending attitude with you. You have probably cost many investors who would listen to the tripe you spouted in defence of FLX, including repeatedly making up stuff about auditors. So enjoy your losses here with your dodgy pot mate. Toodle pip old fruit and feel to drop in any time and express your opinions. Meanwhile Mr 50% down Dodgy pot will continue to post about posters here instead of his investment. Hilarious!
dodgepot sorry for your loss (and mine). I took some money off the table as time passed and bought in low a couple of times but it was no use. I don't actually think the results were that bad so I'm surprised there wasn't a bit of a bounce. One thing I won't miss is coming to this board though. We have the delusional FK who pretends to know what he is talking about but doesn't have the guts to risk any money. If he actually believed the rubbish he spouts he would take a short position so that says it all about him. Then you have the lapdog Shempsky - well it's not even worth writing anything about him.
Fairview, the way this stock has performed you should be laughing if you are only 20% down..
Whilst my holding is relatively small it is nearer 50% down...and I think most, of not all investors will be in the same boat and worse...
Something missing from the highlighrs - "We had a nice party"
I think there is a chance that later today we will some director buys.
Just my optimism and wishful thinking again, but not an unreasonable thought.
Snag - has this announcement ended the closed period or do they have to wait for the accounts to be released?
It is due to being faced with the evidence (see my "Let's all have a laugh" post at 16:52 yesterday), that has made the slimeball change his tune.
There was a bit of humility in his new post, but where is the apology for the insults and abuse?
I will now have to go back through his posts on another evidence gathering exercise and then I will present examples of the shameful language he has used.
Everyone will then understand why "slimeball" is thoroughly deserved and justly applied.
you don't realise a loss or gain til you sell Fairview.. so wasn't , so far :-)
Also Solar Winds software roll out is soon starting.. certainly it has been a while coming.. but hopefully that was further development time well spent.. there's got be hope going forward with that, not to mind this business seems to be progressing, albeit slowly, generally too..
Fairview you at last show some humility in your post so fair play! I have never had a problem with your views on FLX but trying to drive off posters who don't share your views or accuse them of an agenda for saying much the same things you are now saying is a bit rich. Incidentally you will find your losses greater than 20% if your lowest buy in was 1.68p as any exit in volume here will be at 1.2p or lower.
There is a new tune from the very posters who wouldn't countenance any questioning of FLX. Of course some are persisting with personal abuse. Might be a lesson in here for some posters I would hope. Happy to discuss my share predictions on LTG and STCM on the appropriate boards. I never fear contrarian investors or try to drive them off boards just because I don't like their views.
Well much as I'd like to laugh at FK's predictions on various boards I don't think I can really considering that I got this badly wrong. I mean the numbers aren't terrible but there was nothing of any consequence about Solarwinds. The results certainly weren't worth the wait and have left me with over 20% losses. The funny thing was that having avoided falanx for a couple of years I thought there had to upside from such a low sp but there wasn't.
agreed dodgepot.. and their lack of comms. generally is a very poor show indeed.. but my guess is this is proving a far -far - tougher journey for management than they expected and they have been in hunker down mode to try and get this ship pointed even in the right direction, not to mind decently forwardly sailing in the right direction and disregard completely full steam ahead in the right direction, in this financial year, at least..
Generally, I live in hope here more than expectation and understand involvement in this share to be gambling .. but to me- with a relatively low average price versus most here I expect but still well down, of course - the risk reward is ok: IF they can get this even semi right the s/p could get back to 5p in time.... and on again from there.... of course I could lose most all - or even all- my bet from here too.. these are the games we play.. or not, as the case may be..
Maybe, but they appear to have been fairly flippant
on the dates.,,
there was no official statement on an accounts published due date dodgepot and they were filed within AIM required timeframes.. so while it looks bad that MR was way off on offered dates at a presentation I don't see a need to say why 'late' in this update (and TW gave some feedback on this too.. not a biggy from that feedback and so I'm happy to go with that feedback for now) Also in full accounts by auditors there will perhaps be more colour on this
Administrative expenses excluding depreciation and amortisation and exceptional costs increased from £2.5m to £3.5m as the Group grew its infrastructure and headcount to support growth. Average headcount in the year was 72 (2018: 51) reflecting the impact of acquisitions in 2018 and 2019.
Choo, Choo! Roll up for your seat on the gravy train. Small investors need not apply. We get your loot ALREADY BY SELLING YOU SHARES AT EVER DECREASING PRICES.
The numbers may be OK but still the poor comms combined with the late accounts irk with me.
Not at all comfortable with the delayed accounts, this really is a small company and should be fairly straight forward. With no excuse for delay forthcoming I suspect they have reasons they don’t wish to divulge.....you do the maths, no pun intended...
Good predictive skills eshaitin btw and that low m/c leaves plenty of head room for the s/p to grow in future even with an ongoing slowly progressing turnaround here imho ..s/p has started somewhat up today but early trading is always dangerous to go by .. I could see a decent case for this ending decently up on the day today but wtfdik and DYOR ..
And not as bad as I expected .. not good either but average and progressive and plenty of hope for profitability in the next financial year imho.. solar winds will hopefully start contributing from late 2019 onwards to that end .. I’m going to top up here this morning and hope this rally’s today and beyond ..
I got my moniker from a book Noel. Don't worry my devil worshipping career hasn't started yet!
I haven't really followed this company that much Fallingknife, so I don't have a financial position. It makes sense that cybersecurity is a fast growing sector, but if this is such a "hot" industry why would anyone sell their company to Falanx?
When I heard TW's bearcast I realised this company had gone completely silent for a very long time, if I had to take a guess Falanx's revenues will grow pretty strongly but they are still loss making. They will have burned through a fair chunk of their money but will have 2-2.5 million left, and SolarWinds revenues won't have started at all.
But with a market cap of 5.5 million and a fair chunk of cash and at least a chance of getting profitable it could be a lot worse.
AMIL is actually AML - Aston Martin Lagonda, which I don’t think FK will be driving if he relies on his guesses ...
Fairview, now here is something to have a really good giggle with as well as a little eye-opener of FK’s credentials as to the accuracy of his “guesswork”...
Out of curiosity I thought I would delve into what he had to say on other boards where he may actually be investing his hard earned...that’s if he is actually in any gainful employment, which is highly questionable considering most employers look to interview the prospective candidate first.
This is just a snapshot to give you a flavour of those credentials...bearing in mind circa 90% of his posts are on FLX...and only 4 maybe 5 other shares in the last 30 days..
05/09 LTG “Results will be good as we know so perhaps 150p staging post is not too far away”
At the time was 130p Now 116p
05/09 - STCM - “looks on the road to recovery, yield is good here and I want to sink money in when I can”
Was 36p Now 30.5p
02/09 -AMlL -“ This is a wheeley, wheeley bad investment, my advice is to steer clear”
Was 470p Now 556p
Just as well he appears not to actually invest otherwise he would be in the workhouse with Noel as his apprentice...
DON’T INVEST UNTIL FK GIVES THE GO AHEAD!!
Fairview, try not to p*** your pants reading this..
What an absolute clown, unbelievable...
Oh Noel, that was so funny , my sides are splitting, no more please it is just too funny....
You could have quoted anyone of his posts tbh but he is not worth bothering about as he is not only underwater here but seemingly half out the door anyway though not "completely". You have picked out him at his condescending best though.
I never have an Iota what that Mannnan posts. Him and Ershaitan and the usual suspects will pop up and ask a question which gets answered but when asked a question in return will disappear without the manners to answer.
Now back on topic. I am expecting new lows but there is a definite support level at 1.25p. A support level that I expect to be breached. This was down 13.65% at one stage but ended 'only' 8.62% down. Clearly a lot of investors have lost patience here so the procession of sellers have driven this down. The spread is a joke and makes this uninvestable.
So there you are FK - "By the way I don't know if you realise this but investing in the markets is supposed to be about making money" - posted by unfairview at 13:18 on 21th August. - that was said to you.
So unfairview is teaching you a lesson in how to make money - he is showing you how it is done.
Of course, in mocking him, due to my losses, I have a sickly feeling in my stomach, so I do hope that in the end he turns out to be right about "cheap as chips".
However, even if the sp goes up a lot, he still deserves to be mocked for his wrong calls on the sp. We can all sometimes get it wrong, but he writes with a smug arrogance that is totally unjustified and his abusive remarks to you are hypocritical, unjust and totally shameful.
He is worthy of his nickname - the slimeball.
Fairview. Just. Fk. View. I read everyday
Let's all have a laugh -
"Well I reckon next week for the results and I reckon they'll be worth the wait" - posted by unfairview at 16:21 on 23rd August.
"If I had some spare cash I'd buy some more." - posted by unfairview at 15:00 on 15th August. My comment - what was the sp then?
"Cheap as chips" - posted by unfairview at 12:38 on 15th August. My comment - what was the sp then?
"I think when the results come out this week or next week people will realise they missed a bargain ... They could easily double from this price " - posted by unfairview at 09:57 on 15th August. My comment - what was the sp then?
See these two -
"I started buying in to Falanx in the 1.6s, the 1.7s and the 1.8s so I'm probably about breakeven at the moment" - posted by unfairview at14:59 on 31st July. - and "By the way I don't know if you realise this but investing in the markets is supposed to be about making money" - posted by unfairview at 13:18 on 21th August.
"You are funny Fallingknife. How do you know I'm losing money?" - posted by unfairview at 12:27 on 31st July.
"For me it doesn't matter if the results are this week, next week or the week after." - posted by unfairview at 11:19 on 31st July. but what does he say now?
