Muppets, is there space for one more in your cage ?
I expect Johnnyy will be accusing me of now having three accounts.
If the cash runs out here I wonder if/what price for any raise, assuming there are any investors?
erm. whatever you say moni the foni.
tell us again how SERIOUS covid is mate pmsl
Yes how long before the cash runs out with those mounting " losses."..I suppose there be another raise before too long Johnny boy..as the cash raised in 2020 won't last too much longer will it?
This guy HAS to be parody?
"you will see a little spike."
Been no spike? As usual from one of the scoundrels - denial and lies. Up by 14% - I know it's not as big as others have been, but it's a spike. In a few days when the sp is under 0.5p, take look at the price chart and you will a little spike.
the pipeline is looking encouraging but the admin costs are currently double the Gross Profit so there is a long way to go.
With the recent asset sell the cash position is looking better although the loan is at 11% interest which is not inconsiderable.
"I present this merely to show what I mean by a spike that fizzles out."
You're an idiot. There has been no spike. Get a life a dog and some friends.
Great results eh Johnyy. These look great to me too - you must have missed them -
Revenues increased 73% to £5.2m (2018: £3.0m)
Gross margin increased significantly to 44% (2018: 31%) driven by favourable revenue mix and strong services utilisation
£3.2m future contracted revenues (2018: £2.3m) of which £1.1m (2018: £0.7m) was deferred income
Debt free with cash balances of £2.4m (2018: £0.9m) following successful institutional share subscription in November 2018
Loss per share reduced by 53% to 0.58p (2018: 1.24p)
Shareholders' funds £7.6m (2018: £5.3m)
Strong performance from our core business, Falanx Cyber buoyed by the successful integration and contribution of First Base acquisition
Management team strengthened and well placed for next stage of growth
50% growth in the Managed Service Providers ("MSPs") channel since the start of the current year
Those are quotes from the Annual results for the year ended 31 March 2019, released on 19 September 2019 - and those results caused the sp to jump to 2.175p. Shortly afterwards, the sp was below the price on the day those results came out.
I present this merely to show what I mean by a spike that fizzles out. Will a similar move happen again? I don't know for certain, but I think it will.
Its clear to see why the company has been so quiet of late. They have been concentrating on business modelling. Falanx has organised it's client payment structure so that it is primarily paid Monthly (MRR). This happened over the last year and the results of this were clear to see today. Less costs and more profit and this is now set up moving forward resulting in lower admin costs/wages to be paid.
They are offering a live service rather than just a product. Touted as very affordable for smaller businesses.
Since the end of the reported period (April) Falanx have add a further £2.0 million in revenue inc £1.7 million of MRR! As they indicate now is 'all about growth'. A few more contracts and maybe a director buy or two will send this multibagging to the moon for sure.

How much are your losses here Johnny boyyy? You enjoying them? I am . Bwahahahahahahaha.
For the first time ever (new look) Falanx has created a business model that is making money! Protection As A Service is raking in monthly profits and the business is no streamlined 'FOR INCOMING GROWTH PERIOD"
Once the Covid loan is gone completely gone and a few more cheeky contracts... ITS LIT
The Muppets bear-case even got mention as if to smear more custard pie in their faces! "All of this was achieved without the need for a raise" wuhahhahaha
"will leave these in the sock drawer" - sometimes things in the sock drawer get eaten away by moths.
Lots of selling, so it looks as though I will be proved right about a spike that fizzles out.
I admit that the results have a lot of positive sounding phrases, but before you get too excited, take a look at ECSC and see if their pleasing results lifted the share price. I expect this to be another spike that will fizzle out.
Any additional funding is not an a
Issue on the back of growth and profit
i like this RNS and topped up a bit first thing .. obviously saying current funding is enough to see them through to profitability and that actually proving to be the case are two different things.. but my feeling having read todays RNS is better than I expected it would be..
The numbers are not bad at all…we may have lift-off.
Sure the Muppets will find a spelling mistake or grammatical
error to pour scorn on…
It’s their job
Better than expected post period comments, will leave these in the sock drawer.
?
Actually it was humourous. I expected someone to recognise that I had plagiarised John Cooper Clarke, but this will be over-shadowed by the results which have the words "strong growth".
