This e-petition is now live it can be signed by following the link below. http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/31848 Stop UK Aid To Argentina Responsible department: Department for International Development BRITISH taxpayers have helped to fund £452million in aid to Argentina — despite its threat to the Falklands. Argentina has taken the £452million from an international aid fund heavily-backed by Britain. When Argentina threatens the Falkland Islands' sovereignty, why are we giving them financial aid. We should not hand money to a potential enemy, when this money could be used for weapons to attack the Falklands and endanger the islanders and British Forces
Since last Thursday you have posted 13 posts consecutively. Are you posting to Yourself? Doesn't seem to have been anyone here. So why?
WH Ireland initiated coverage on Falkland Islands Holdings (FKL) with with a "buy" recommendation and 457p target price. The broker said that the conglomerate's three main businesses of retail, ferry service and art storage & installation are undervalued on a sum of the parts basis and are also market leaders in their respective industries. WH Ireland added that the firm's 4% stake in exploration company Falkland Oil & Gas offers a defensive investment in the hydrocarbon sector.

As the UN have turned their back on events in Syria and a few other African countries I can hardly see them telling the UK to pull out of the FIs! Will be interesting to see the market reaction this morning, no one likes uncertainty and this could swing either way.....I will be holding.....!
FKL - Many thanks for the link - lots of others over on the RKH Board - Will watch the ten o'clock news tonight with interest....Sky already carrying a story with footage of possible air blockade of flight from Chile. May be a rocky time ahead (no pun intended) but I, like the Islanders and Oil are staying put - Keep Calm and Carry on Chaps!
