Do you always insult disabled people?
When you have to look after your wife 24 hours a day owing to her physical disabilities you try writing something in one go when you have to keep attending to her needs. I am by the way disabled also which does not help me.
Go and insult a disabled person in a busy street and see what the publics reaction is.

Re post by Doggo
You are very rude and ignorant Mr Doggo calling people names. Some of us do not have time too read all the posts and links or like a lot we suspect, do not have the inclination. You really do need to look at yourself before calling people, who you do not know, names, in fact none of us should call any one names. About 12 months+ ago there was a terrible amount of nasty comments to and fro from posters, which after we kept asking you all to cease and concentrate on FFWD finally came to an end with some unfortunately leaving the board.
You, and you are not by yourself appear to think you are all the be all and end all when it comes to SEED, with all other investors taking note of every word you all write. However the majority of people incl. LTH of SEED have a life to live and probably are not the slightest bit interested in very minor information, in what is at the moment a tin pot Aim company, who are though striving to grow, they only want to know things that do make a big difference to the SP. We have invested far more than we should have in SEED and of course are interested in news, but not the same or minor item that gets repeated over and over again by various posters.
We go days not looking at the incessant posts from some of you that in the end are meaning less and repetitive, making it difficult to read any think of substance.
I happened to sit for a few moments the other evening and did notice the post by a person whose name eludes me at the moment, informing us Factom had been sold and my initial feeling was that I was surprised, as well as pleased it had been sold so quickly. We were interested to know how much SEED would benefit on their NAV, so what is stupid about that. What is written on here has no effect on the SP, only news does that. Some of you appear to have all the time in the world to spend looking for any tiniest link to Seed. Which is their choice while the majority of us could not give a sausage about very minor news.
You comments about us make us giggle as you have no idea of what life is like for us, I started this note at 5.45 this morning while preparing tablets, morphine along with body attachments for my wife, before I take her to the toilet, shower and dress her. She is fully fit mentally but her body has failed her with her hearing, eyes and legs not working very well along with 5 other chronic illness's she suffers from. I do my best for her whilst being on full disability myself owing to chronic conditions I have. We are not complaining but to be called stupid for asking a question leaves us breathless. I put this on paper to try and make you understand there is a world out there that people have to cope with, some which are difficult.
Every one is entitled to put their thoughts on paper and ask questions so long as they are not offensive, it is the only way to learn. So why do others degrade them because they feel they are not quite up to what they think is their st
We will hopefully get equity rather than cash.
Factom has made a greater recovery than Lazarus
https://inveniam.io/team/ looks a pretty big company. Let's hope they paid a decent price for Factom
Don’t be stupid O’Donnell..
I’m guessing you didn’t expect Factom news after hours. I told you what the trading pattern was on Sunday. LTH buying the sweet spot for weeks 8p awaiting the news.
They are over on SEED.....FFWD is no more....Thank Fuc
Waiting for something significant to happen, where is that tumbleweed emoji!

Exciting times!
Late RNS
Update on timetable for Change of Name
FastForward Innovations Ltd, (AIM:FFWD) the AIM-quoted company focused on making investments in fast-growing and industry leading businesses, announces a change in the timetable as set out in the announcement of 9 July 2021 for the change of name to Seed Innovations Limited to take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
Trading in the Company's ordinary shares under the new name will take effect from 08.00 on Wednesday 14 July 2021. The Company's TIDM will change to SEED and the ISIN and SEDOL connected with the Company's shares remain the same.
Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name, and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates issued will bear the name Seed Innovations Limited.
- Ends -
You are not far out about traders etc. Plus a few small holders who have got fed up and those LTH picking up their sales. As we have all said until the NAV rises a lot we will be stuck at 8p with minor rises before falling back.

Fundamentals every time doggo but ffwd is difficult to follow and understand as there is so much going on right at this moment. Traders used to go for 10% and now it is 3-5% how times change eh?
Will only alter if one or more of the parties gets sloppy.
Distressed releases too many into the market that can’t absorb them and price drops, causing TA panic price drops further. Or LTH & TA buy too quickly causing a price rise (unjustified spike) which we don’t want unless major news drops where we then get what we all want a justified sustained rise that all the early/mid herd can buy/sell into at profit.
zzz
Fundamental analysis for long term investments, TA for short term trades and market timing.
All that’s happening currently with the low volumes is distressed seller(s) selling at ~8p, LTH quietly adding easy money (below raise price) alongside short term TA traders, price rises the TA guys taking their 5%, distressed continue happy to take their 8p and the process repeating means LTH & TA guys can continue adding at around 8p.
Mutually beneficial for all parties and will continue until the news cycle begins.
I'll have to check that site out over the weekend.
Always thought mm's would have a variation of VPVR, where they can identify where to inflict pain.
Re gaps, 4d is an interesting one to watch, gap has been acting like a magnet
I spent a long long time studying gaps and ichimoku is the perfect place to do it as it seems to capture all of the trade data, i.e. trading view doesn't pick up aqse and others vary , the ichi site is consistent which is why I still use it.
Gaps are there for a reason , s/b's etc; being opened at the higher spread , mm's using it as a marker to take out stop losses in the future.
I will always stand by the close and open and it may take time but usually plays out . It can be checked on any chart you like because they are all just charts regardless of how big or small a company is.
One thing that most don't see is that a large candle is a trading gap (although there is no visible gap) they are or can be filled with a wick , but even those are manipulated by mm's with a fat finger trade (or spoof) , there is a lot to be aware of with gaps lol.
Anyway spot those large candle trading gaps on ffwd to the upside ;-) http://www.ichimokutrader.com/
Solid 15% up Friday
Portage Biotech Inc
All Resolutions passed, moving forward as seed innovations from Tuesday
Just come in to see how it is going, these large sales are probably the same person/s who have been getting rid of their holding/s over the last few weeks, but why? large holders must surely know the value, so why are they selling, do they know something we do not? Goodness knows how many they hold to be selling off like this, if of course it is only one selling. However we have had large buyers who are taking up the stock they sell. Of course it they could be selling and buying for tax reasons etc. or putting their holdings in to family ISAs for the new year so they do not have to pay tax when the rise does come. So long as buyers and sellers are more or less the same it does not matter. You do get the feeling the MMs are keen to up the SP when they can. At 8p it does attract buyers, indicates this is the bottom on the information we have at present.
213 million share in issue, looks to me as though it’s a small handful, say 5-10 people who have sold out small positions, 500k shares in total, give or take. Now if we started seeing multiple 500k block sells and the price dropping…I would probably feel my pulse raise a bit.
I'm beginning to wonder if even Leap's disposal will be enough to jolt the sp out of its 8-10p trading range. If even trading at such a NAV discount wont push it higher, what will. What we could do with is some investment from the BoD.
It's more to do with the overall small cap market at the mo.
Unlike many other AIM companies, Ffwd's is back up with a NAV that is seriously undervalued.
Quite a few heading for the door today. I guess they can't wait for Leap or don't believe in SEED.
The EGM is at 3pm and presumably all resolutions will be passed including our name change to SEED. So our last day as FFWD !
We will start next week one assumes under our new SEED code and there should be a wave of publicity to announce the change. Let’s hope the new name attracts new investors and we can start to reduce this large discount to NAV.
I will Longlad.
Still looking for ffwd to double + from here, people will sell at on the way up at the usual levels but the real test is 15.5, break that and bounce off it and it is off to the races.
Any chance over the weekend you’d do another chart for prtg, your previous gap fill prediction of $18.5 transpired on Wednesday, looks to be bottoming out around $19?
Just had a quick look and am seeing an easing in the SP with a few sellers coming in. Hopefully this will not escalate. MMs look a bit nervous, if we get buyers come in again at the current price that may put confidence in to those who are thinking of adding/buying. Time will tell, just hope we do not return to 8p.
Last years full results, ending June 30th, were posted on the 26th August, and With the EGM being on Friday for name change etc, I would expect something about Leap financials to appear very soon soon....after all we do hold some 43%, and it Remains our largest asset; therefore an update would be most welcome. Imo it is the elephant in the room when it comes to the SP!
Should of read, maybe I’ve got it wrong ?
Leap needs to be looked at closely by any investor.
There has been a long term debate going on everywhere re Leap profitability.
For a company on the trajectory Leap have taken over the last few years we need to have equal focus on growth. Profits & growth are joined when it comes to success in business. Profit obviously key to basic financial survival.
But growth is key to profit and therefore long-term success of the business.
Growth,no one can deny has exploded for Leap. It’s been well over a year since FFWD provided their last financial help (via CLN)look at the expansion since then. The fact they haven’t had to raise whilst expanding employee numbers greatly, developing games at an increased rate suggests they are in a particularly good place right now
very good Doggo, what I'm saying its deffo for over the pond that's all, would still like to see some up to date revenue figures on Leap as we've been told there not in profit yet

Leap Gaming shows 41 employees on Linkedin, massive increase in the last year
We think we saw a few months ago that Leap has very few staff, however we may need correcting on this point. If the staff totals are low, were are the expensive going as research is done by the staff as is sales. They would not require a lot of property , so we are missing out on what some of their expenses are. Are they paying themselves large remuneration's ?
It is not known how they charge for their games or at what rate. Perhaps they are getting their games in to gaming companies because they are selling them at a low (we try to refrain from saying cheap) price.
We understand they are not making a profit so details of their accounts are need to assess just how good an investment Leap is. They may be the leading producer of these games but it is profit we need to see. All we want to know are the real financial facts about Leap.
Perhaps some of you do know them?
What I would like to happen...
Following a strategic portfolio review, the Board of FastForward innovations Limited has concluded that their non- Cannabis Portfolio is materially undervalued in FFWD’s current structure and requires a distinct, separate focus to release its true value.
The Board therefore announces its intention to progress a demerger of the non-cannabis assets in a new entity structured to permit quotation on a recognised stock exchange, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals, as required.
Each FFWD shareholder to receive one share in newco per share in FFWD.
Resolution 4 provides authority for the Company to issue new shares representing 100 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary shares as at today's date, while Resolution 5 (a special resolution) provides that equity securities issued in accordance with Resolution 4 may be issued free from the rights of pre-emption contained within the New M&As (if adopted)
There was a Telegram group - there still is but it went private/invite only after the members shared Google Docs of accumulated holdings.
There are some posts on Stocktwits about joining the private group if you scroll down a little.
For the few here that don't know, Portage recently went fairly quickly back up to 40 (where it had reached pre-Nasdaq ), then a fundraise was announced a couple weeks ago at around 23 dollars. Obviously, 23 may have seemed better when they were discussing terms when the market was at 29 but there a lot of unhappy shareholders feeling it was discounted far too much, sold to those mates that had yet to get in and regular shareholders shafted. Shorters probably adding to the drop. There's talk of a floor around 18. Difficult stock to do longterm chart analysis on, for the obvious reasons.
Long term it has a great future and, assuming they don't pay out monster dividends (like they did when they spun-out Biohaven) and keep the share price in the current range, a share price of $100-200 is totally feasible within the next few years based on current mcap.
I am sure FFWD will be kept in the loop re. Portage. After all, Greg Bailey and Jim Mellon are friends and are also involved in Juvenescence together.
Thanks pirate flag and Barwickman, have download that app PF, Be interested in the Twitter link BM, following the company on there, but never see much posted. Stocktwits could be useful thanks guys
JK there is a few write ups on Twitter , but don’t want to say to much as it might sound like sour grapes lol,
Gunner, try yahoo & stocktwits boards for prtg.
FFWD did the sensible thing by selling part of their holding at around the top. If they felt it did have a future then continue to hold part of your holding
Price drop, it is our guess that some started taking big profits (like some one called FFWD) at around 40 then others followed thinking we had better get out before it has dropped to below what we paid, like any with any stock market price collapse. The question now is was it worth 40, if not what is it worth? if it is worth 40 then you buy back in once it has settled.
As we said sell at the top buy at the bottom, simples!!!
It looks as though the BOD are not doing too bad at all, regardless as to what some thought in the past.
Be very pleased if we settle at 9p Friday evening.

More info on the FPP RNS https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/FPP/update-on-intended-acquisition-1o9f68nr50bakxf.html
The CLNs
The CLNs will convert into ordinary shares in the capital of CiiTECH which will be acquired by the Company upon completion of the acquisition of CiiTECH's existing issued share capital.
The consideration for the Intended Acquisition will be satisfied by the issue of ordinary shares in the capital of FPP ("Consideration Shares") to the CiiTECH Shareholders (including the CLN holders).
Almost market close and the RNS still hasn't been posted on LSE. For anyone who hasn't seen it:
"Investment in a cannabis healthcare company, CiiTECH Limited
FastForward Innovations Ltd, (AIM:FFWD) the listed investor focused on fast-growing and industry leading businesses, is pleased to announce that it has participated in the £2.1 million issuance of Convertible Loan Notes, (the "CLN") by research-led cannabis healthcare company, CiiTECH Limited, ("CiiTECH").
The Company took £175,000 of the issue, funding its investment in the 24-month CLN through its existing cash resources.
The CLNs are being issued ahead of CiiTECH's intended reverse takeover by Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Limited, (LSE: FPP) announced on 24 May 2021. CiiTECH will use the capital raised via the CLN to fund its marketing strategy, invest in new talent, build essential operational infrastructure to support future growth and finance the intended reverse takeover."
Presumably, when the reverse takeover happens, FFwd/Seed will receive shares in FPP at a 20% discount to market.
It doesn’t help that LSE have failed to post the RNS
Just to avoid confusion with the Curaleaf heading the investment announced today by RNS is in CiiTECH. It is a Cannabis Wellness company. Another good opportunity sourced by FFWD.
Be nice to clear that resistance at 8.75-9p.
well there now paying a fraction higher than Friday now after all this news, lets see if there's any takers, thought we would be above the last placement rise by now .
Who on earth are these sellers, will they ever run out? Once the SP does rise we will continue to be inundated with those who want out and get their money back, which will hold the SP back. Until we get to 13p and the sellers run out we can see no decent steady rise in the SP.
Just looked to see what the price was and am very disappointed to see a small rise.
We have added to a few stocks that we hold in our ISAs which we think are cheap. ALAI, RR. TW. BRLA MAB, IBST, GFRD they are only showing a small up rise from the initial cost. Generally we look to make a decent profit within 18 months on this sort of stock. These have been slow but have the potential to go up once in favour. Bit like SEED which is out of favour, but once it is in favour those sellers will be swamped with buyers who see the potential of SEED. plus we added to SMT which we have added as a long term hold. We are now cash heavy which we will keep until further opportunities arise.
Remember when the blood is running in the gutters out side the stock exchange BUY , when people think the market will never stop going up and stocks are at a peak SELL. 55 years of trading has proved this to be reliable guide to buying and selling. it also relates to sectors.
Take care all, be patient and your investment in SEED will see shoots coming from your seed.

KNB CBX were obvious flips. Making decent short term trades.
All the major investments have a few things in common - vertical integration, ability to scale, global ambitions etc
A lot of the recent cannabis listings are destined for ultimate failure (and will remain lifestyle rather than life-changing long term investments) due to not having any of the above.
LGP Yooma Eurox Nothern Leaf SW Brands all have common themes running through them.
Typically CLN's are an absolute scourge for a company with limited funding alternatives. It's in the CLN providers interest to have the share price as low as possible, so on conversion their notes buy more shares.
Ffwd have <9% of the total CLN, who owns the main part of the deal and what are their intentions? Perhaps Ed knows and is piggybacking on the trade.
Or it could be one of the very very rare cases where the CLN is a genuine deal to provide relatively cheap finance (10% pa) to a small company so it can grow!
not a good idea Fatman, the two flips we did KNB and CBX were good in and outs, but our latest investments are not, plus if we did start flipping every cannabis stock we bought I'm sure the ones who are looking for long term partners would bypass FFWD.
I dont know how other investors feel about it but i would be quite happy to see us flip these for a nice tidy profit as we did KNB.it would be inline with our short, medium and long term investments.i like the idea of building a steady income stream while waiting for our bigger investments to deliver.
I would be interested to hear other investors thoughts?
