Hard to guess where the SP will go. Good news or bad seems to matter not with FCRM and I don't see any reason for the SP now. Trades are minimal with low volume but most appear on the sell side.
All theory of course but without a positive this share looks rangebound for months, if not years to come.
I think it's a case of needing proof of the pudding Harry.
If the next results can show some growth, + any evidence of Dunamis at least picking up on the order book side, then a fully covered dividend / PE ratio must force the price up.
If they are lacklustre or down + any more excuses then we are in trouble!
CJ. Hope your correct. No debt to speak of, only a facility to borrow, and cash in bank should make FCRM a solid bet. FCF and ROC both reasonable so again difficult to argue against the upside on the SP. A catalyst of issues seem to have alarmed the market on FCRM. CFO leaving under a cloud that we now know was due to the need to restate accounts. This delay in reporting hurt the SP then CEO departs immediately and the AGM failed to inspire. Numbers good SP down so any bad numbers will as you suggest really hurt us. Hopefully next update will be positive and with the Government drive for 'car charging areas' high on their 'to do list' we should see considerable upside on revenue growth.
All theory of course but if Corbyn and Co win on the 12th Dec all bets are off and 'man the lifeboats' because most will be leaving the UK
Why more downside?
We are down enough.
Whatever martin Harrison did in his short period as CEO - or did not do -has put a stop on disclosures because the new CFO will be reluctant to pronounce and I'm sure the Chair will hold fire until a new CEO is appointed.
U will have noted that the disclosure about the Capital markets EU reversed decision was made by the PR associates.
As I have said before Harrison had 3.5m shares which will have to be disposed of carefully. u will have seen many sold already.
News flow will resume once there is a full compliment of senior officers.
Ji. Thought you had given up on this one. Not good over the last few weeks and old "stop' still in place as I'm mindful any negative news will.see a significant fall or is it that bad news may give a rise on the SP. Odd stock to hold with a good business model but bad communication with the markets.
All theory of course but would be nice to see the current rangebound SP get a lift
Harry
I am not an in and out fickle trader - so stuck here for the long term.
If BOJO gets the job- then his comments - a charging point every 30 miles could well be a boon.
Ji . Good to hear your still hanging on and hope we see reward for our loyalty.
As for Boris. He's got my vote by proxy and he will push the UK infrastructure programme that will as you say include car charging sations. The thought of Corbyn and his gang running the UK is a worst case scenerio. Today they say their going to Nationlise BT and give us all superfast broadband. REALLY. I don't think so and really BT and its shareholders will do what exactly. Roll over and say yep. No way. Even the thought is fantasy but Corbyn looks s bit like the guy in Peter Pan. Think called Hook, or in Corbyn case would be Crook.
All theory of course but lets hope FCRM do well out o..f future spending on car charging stations. No reason why they can't. Bit like the internet people said no way but 'first movers' like Google proved them wrong. FCRM can be a 'first mover' in the electric car charging sector if their clever. Time will tell but my guess remains they will get taken over or VC will pounce.
Does the 1 trade c 14.00 indicate that we will get an RNS update - or just a prankster?
If I read the round sum sells correctly - these relate to Harrison.
Brokers have managed this carefully so as not to devastate the SP.
IIs in one of my non listed Coys wanted out - and they ruined the internal share market and eventually left with just £1 per share - Clarks - and the reason Coy paid out was to allow a fair internal market - cost to shareholders of course.
Don't know what Harrison did or did not do - but it was quick - and have not read any reports that he wants to take action v FCRM.
I should have kept a book to log what I thought were sells attributed to his holding and would have a better idea of how many remain.
Could b totally wrong of course. But I can't see a trading update until the situation is cleared.

Not sure I understand your last post fully. Are you saying Harrison holding of 3.5mill is being sold down. If so must guess this is thru one of the discretionary brokers bookbuilding for other FCRM major players. Like u not sure why he left so quickly but he may not be selling his shares if he left for misconduct of some kind given he will know FCRM future better than us. Maybe major players demanded his head because of bad news impacting the SP.
All theory of course but were still rangebound that looks to continue without positive news
Harry
Just my opinion - the reasoning being that the sells are whole numbers in the 25K to 100k and have taken place when buyers are wanting to acquire.
Otherwise - SP could be trashed.
No idea what Harrison did or didn't do - but he held over 3 % and surely BOD don't want that holding sticking around.
Sorry
222mil shares not 122mil - so c1.6%
That was a sizeable 437,000 late reported trade yesterday, Harrison selling ?maybe, but not a lot of sp movement either way.
seems to have had an early positive effect
A nice 4-5% rise, but I'm sure as the day goes on we'll see levelling off

Some chunky 'unknowns' over the last few days and the 437k one should have moved the market down if on the sell side. Any theory as other than these odd trades hardly much to write home about.
harry
Optimistic comments on ADVFN about increased business activity.
Don't think Phil Holder wants to stick his neck out to provide an update and don't think the new CFO wants to either.
BOD don't need to since the norm is for the CEO to attest to what is being stated. There is time and we must wait.
The 437k did not show on HL - phps - Harrison shares - and end of.
No bad news could be good news.
Nice to see FCRM at least being mentioned albeit it ain't moving the SP. Gotta figure until we get the next update or a shock RNS will stay range bound.
Ji5006
Ruined my day seeing a 200k on the sell side. Are we missing something this is hardly a day trade stock??
Don't let it ruin your day Harry, I'm not convinced it was a sell as the reported time of that trade was 9.24 which was printed after a trade at 9.49. The other sells around that time were 26.10, 26.12. The sell in question at 26.39 seemed a little generous. The usual smoke and mirrors I suggest.
Had to do something
Spoke to PR today. Disclosure for half year within 10 days.
Patience and given all the good new on the FCRM website - stay positive.
Must’ve missed the good news on the website JL, would you mind enlightening me?
Ji5006
So by the 14th we get an update??
We must hope there are no nasty surprises and I'm looking for postives that may impact the SP.
Its a bit odd there have been no recent RNS on major shareholders % be it up or down. My guess is that this results from discretional brokers trading on behalf of Clients but surely even they need to file on any up/ down holding.
Echo
EV business appointment to drive that aspect.
SEast expansion - remember FCRM NE based.
Just read the news.
Harry
Disclosure at 5% - those above the threshold have to disclose changes. As do Directors.
Harrison's shares say 1.5% = so we will not know who - but I guess someone has picked up his shares.
