http://www.michaelwalters.com/ Fast Flying Back 30/3/2016 Fastnet ready to return. http://www.michaelwalters.com/stories/news.phtml?num=5051
Announcement in the next day or two, coming back to the market second half of April as Amryt Pharma, placing @ 3p to raise £10m, and a 1 for 8 consolidation. (that was posted on the afn site from the michaelwalters.com subscriber (only a gist for copyright reasons)
I cannot see Fastnet mentioned on that link. Maybe I've missed something or they've dropped out.
Am hoping for 10p myself, on the assumption that we would issue about 250m shares to raise the £20m working capital required, we'll already have about 350m shares issued, and we will issue 1000m shares (ie £100m) for the purchase of Amryt, giving us a mkt cap of £160m at 10p/share and £31m in the bank. Just my best guess to throw into the melting pot...
Glad you appreciated it.
Excellent analysis.
...i reckon....but its a complete and utter guess .....
Hi all, new here. Been reading some very interesting comments. Following Fast with great excitement as have just over 300,000 shares. Obviously a ball park figure but what is everyone's thoughts regarding reintroduction SP? Really exciting news for company with such a fantastic management team. Kind regards
Thank you for writing, Mr gg_man, When I encounter a communicator such as you, who writes well and is trying to be helpful, I sometimes have the judgment to ask what other companies the communicator may be following. I see that, a couple of months ago, you were interested in DUKE. I spent some time looking at the company. Maybe it is under-followed and very attractively valued in the 40p range. Very respectfully, I ask whether you continue to follow DUKE. Thank you much. Rob
Hi Rob...yes providing I can make it I'll share my thoughts here. Nothing has been released about re-commencement of trading. However, like Early said preparation (getting out of oil and redirecting cash pile elsewhere) has been going on behind the scenes for months, target drug companies already identified and the fact that they are presenting soon...don't think it will be long. An educated guess...next 6-8 weeks...
I should think we will hear more soon seeing as the book building process has been underway the past few weeks for this money they want to raise. As I understand it this will be more like an IPO with us being the pre IPO holders rather than traditional RTO so process should be much faster.
Hello to Mr gg_man, I am very far from London, and I will not be able to attend the 7th April presentation. I suppose that several will summarize here Cathal's presentation. I hope you will be among those who will share impressions. Do we know the timetable for the FAST share to be traded again? I like the story very much, but being locked in is (IMO) no fun. Thank you most kindly for considering this post. Regards, Rob
IMO FAST should at least x2. The fact that Cathal is doing a presentation soon makes me think we there isn't too long to wait. I'm going to the presentation 7th April. For those interested sign up here: http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/register/event_details/56
Cathal presenting at the Proactive Investor Forum on FAST on the 7th of April in London
See GWP today, up over 100%, thats a $billion dollar company just doubled!! What can FAST do? Multiples?
I also don't mind waiting for a very good present.
Hi mate, very good thanks, hope you are too! Im still like a little kid waiting for Xmas here lol
Anyone want confirmation on how massive having a succesful phase 3 drug result is then check out GWP's announcement today http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=GWP&ArticleCode=l4x7sdbk&ArticleHeadline=Epidiolex_Positive_Phase_3_Pivotal_Study_Results Look at the market cap... FAST not only have phase 3 drug but its EU approved for marketting.
Hope you are well. Just have to wait and it will be very rewarding going forward imo.
I would say once we have a drug on the market with revenue stream in coming we will be looking to build our PF of orphan drugs and develop those in the earlier phases that we will already have. Very interesting with the likes of french pharma giant Sonfi & also Shire who are on a shopping spree currently buying out Orphan drug start ups and both competing to dominate the space. Contacts we have here are second to none for getting exposure to the major players as our chairman founded one of them!
Can anyone shed any light on the length of time it would take to bring this new drug to market? I presume that once we have a revenue stream we might also be looking for smaller acquisitions with the cash generated...
Evening, will post my thoughts over on the Box thread. Not long to wait here. Very excited.
Sorry for the diversion, but what are your thoughts on box now? I am locked in there as well as here.
My biggest AIM holding as well, and quite happy to watch this one play out. ONZ, compare & contrast in 140 characters.
Agree Smudge, my biggest aim holding, then mtr. Looking for quality with substance and sleep sound assurance. Hard to find in aim. When you have the founder of Shire + 2 great looking phama cos + cash to go and i'm guessinng a host of SERIOUS investors onboard you have a virtual small cap in waiting. Pointless guessing the sp, and not bother at this stage. Can't wait for this to blossom.
