Sir Mick and Vision Blue....
yawn
And FAR hardly receives any chatter on these boards. And there is hardly any mentions on Twitter compared to most other companies! This is on the LSE Main Market, not the wild west of AIM.
No PI can make a difference here, its the Institutions/funds who will ultimately value FAR where it should be.
And with the backing of Sir Mick and Vision Blue, you can see exactly where this is heading, they will ALL want to back him!
You make no sense.
Telling you something new, that would be deemed insider information, you never going to find that here, or anywhere!!
The whole point of discussion boards are to discuss/reiterate already available information! And convey your thoughts/understanding with that information to see where a company could be heading, and invest accordingly.
To repost a very interesting article which was published only 6 days ago for newbies, not sure why anyone would find that as an issue!!!
Anyway if you want more FAR shares:
Vision Blue will provide $20m @ 78pence
Broker Target is 170pence
NPV is 300pence
Free float very low
You need to start buying in here quick ;)
Best of Luck
I hold a few, but not much as I would have liked.
HZM..nothing to do with FAR..but glad you follow me :-)
Used to enjoy BBS...but has become all jibber jabber for the sake of it. and of course for the Twitter brigade to ramp of course
ppl re-hash the same info on RNS seen in different articles
tell me something new
Hazbeen - its a quick reminder for new holders!
If you dont hold here what does it matter to you. And if you do hold, then it makes no difference, you should be pleased. We all know which category you are in!
Like your incessant posting on HZM daily share price/buys sells is much different ;) take on your own advice! I can so easily come on the HZM board and say the same about you!
You dont hold here, probably want in cheaper, just stick to HZM!
It's mainly for new investors
bloody hell SP28,
You must be knocking one out everyday over FAR and Sir Mick...same old re-hash over and over...getting boring
Does the P in your acronmyn stand for parrot by any chance
ppl need to calm down and wait for next news update on progress... FFS BB is becoming a joke
Yes, a very unique deal.
Gives a roadmap of where this is exactly heading!
Sir Mick wants to realise NPV, $2BLN, £3+ a share, i'm sure his 78pence buy in will do just fine :)
And a massive vote of confidence in the project.
Like I have stated, Vision Blue have done all the due diligence that a PI wouldn't never be capable of & wouldn't be privy to most of the info.
Don't forget the 16.7million shares snapped up at 30 pence, by new and existing institutional investors!
True, but knowing one of those placing points is 25p and the sp if it stays at 40p should give some comfort.. then paying 78p at a later date is slightly de-risking their agreements. ............ Also this has moved somewhat from the initial 9p investment point......... Sir M is doing ok....... we should see some good production numbers for Q1 if the last update is correct in its outlook projections. B
Itis. That an Investor has bought in on the basis that the company will act upon a BFS and increase production by a significant multiple. But that investor has so much confidence that it has committed to the eqivalent of a placing at a premium many times greater than the price when the deal was struck (ie 9p). Combined with this is the guarantee of funding, commitment to an offtake at market value. I honestly have never seen this before. Sir Mick is no fool and drives an incredibly hard bargain, I remember the duel that he had with Ivan Glasenberg. I think that Sir M tried and failed to find any downside that he could use and realised that if he didn,t jump now. Someone larger would have bought out the entire operation. Quite Incredible!
