Volution continues to deliver.
Positive trading statement.
A share which will grow and grow in a progressive sector.
They are ahead of the game technology wise.
Keep buying and tuck away for 10-20 years.
Cheers

Genuit released good results today and as a related company to Volution ( by products they sell) pumped the Volution price.
Funny that Volution pumped a day before the Genuit results published!
I'll say no more.

Quality always shines through and Volution is very bright now.
Economic situation starting to go in their favour again with interest rates looking to peak out and start to fall next year.

Sharecast News) - Ventilation equipment manufacturer Volution released its full-year results on Thursday, leading analysts at Berenberg to take a fresh look at the stock.
Berenberg said Volution had ultimately delivered results that came in approximately 2% ahead of prevailing consensus down the income statement and guided for full-year results that will be in line with consensus.
The German bank stated highlights from Volution's numbers included 6.6% revenue growth in the year, underlying earnings margins at 21.3%, and net debt below expectations at 0.8x EBITDA.
"We view this as another really good year of delivery at the company, which continues to demonstrate some of the trends seen in our more European-industrials-focused products businesses, such as diversification, strong margins, and consistent delivery," said Berenberg, which stood by its 'buy' rating and 500.0p target price on the stock.
Berenberg also reminded clients that since its initial public offering in 2014, Volution has delivered an adjusted earnings per share compound annual growth rate of 12.7%, having grown organically and deployed capital well.

With EPS of 25p and a dividend of 8p they are pretty well underpinned.
So current PE is about 15 which isn't a stretch for this company.
I'd be surprised to see sp south of 350p from now.
Short term profit takers did move in this afternoon but that should be it for selling pressure.
400p seems like an achievable target soon as longer term investors move in.
Cheers
Yes, this is what we need. Now let's see if this will be enough to help pushing the SP back up to over £4 in the near term. GLA
Very strong results (as expected).
Big increase in dividend is always a good sign.
Also maintained margins of around 21% is huge for this kind of business together with a growing market will underpin these for years to come.
Shame the price took such a hit over the last few months but the trajectory is good.
One to put in a SIPP and keep for the long term.
Cheers

Just a case of sitting tight and riding this volatility.
Long term this is a very competent company who haven't put a foot wrong and run by true professionals.
Just lock them away in you pension fund.

My assumption is it's a knock on effect from the Travis Perkins profit warning.
FAN are on a high PE rating and so the ripple effects are magnified.
Anyway, keep strong and hold on!
Down close to 20% no comment no noise.

The markets have taken a bit of a battering and VOL has managed to hold steady and move up.
Mainly underpinned by strong results and future earnings but also takeover rumours which eventually will come at some point.
Long term this is a no brainer so sit tight through the volatility.
The market makers love to shake the tree sometimes to get weak bulls to sell their VOL shares.
Onwards and upwards.

Yes, as expected great results and the share price has been well "underpinned" as I stated in my previous post.
This is a "tuck away" in the pension pot share as over the long term it will do very well.
It's been a bit rocky recently but if you know it's a good successful company then it's a good time to top up.
Hopefully over the next 5 to 10 years it will outperform the market significantly.

The Towers
In such dour conditions, excellent results. Appears tailwinds in their favour for FY2023.
Even though the share price has gone sideways for a while this is a very well run company in a growing market.
It has very little risk and is trading profitably.
I expect good results on the 9th March which should underpin the shares.
With some private equity firms running their ruler over this one then the sp will either rise over coming years from improving profits or in the short term from a takeover.
Patience is the key here so don't lose faith.
Cheers

Looking at this fall away in price. I am not sure if it is a buying opportunity or not. With supply issues and port strikes, plus the housing market facing a headwind, I am waiting to see. Any thoughts?

I think they have managed to keep their profit margins even though input prices are increasing.
I guess over time their profits could get squeezed a bit if input prices continue to rise, however I would expect them to be able to pass on price increases to customers.
As a leader in their field they should be able to maintain their premium.
Next year PE ratio is looking to be around 20 which is slightly racy if a recession kicks in.
However, they haven't put a foot wrong and still growing strongly in a growing market, which is both domestic and commercial.
Assuming we avoid a hard recession then this company is a no brainer long term investment to tuck away in a pension.
They did get derated recenytly ( from 500p+ to 330p) as did many growth shares so I expect the derating is over.
As their recent trading statement is now out then they will go quiet for a while ( but they rerated +10% on the statement) as no new news for a while.
Bottom line, be patient and trust this company, it is well run in a great market.

I would be interested to hear from regular watchers of this share the reasons they think it is not moving upwards?

Very disappointed with reaction to results, imagine if they had been bad, probably would have gone to 10p
Initially up to 490p on good rrsults andcraided divodend then a sell off foen to 400p.
My thoughts are that the market is worried about input prices and therefore margins.
We'll shall see tomorrow.
Everything in results report was as expected.
Cheers
