The RNS stated 7 days, which has now passed, 10 days was apparently mentioned, either way, expecting Q&A answers by end of this week which should throw light on things.
although you can argue it both ways,I'm inclined to think it makes it easier.there are no parties with signsficant blocking power as it were and with multiple medium sized holders i would assume that losses which might be incurred on accepting less than one's average would be potentially more acceptable as they would be comparatively small in the overall scheme of things, as compared to the loss you might experience if you had say 20% .if an instituttion loses say £1m on a 5% holding, this is ,i assume, more palatable than losing say £4m on a 20% holding. just my take and other views are available .im hoping of course that no one suffers a loss ,particularly me. gla
Bod can recommend a reasonable offer 30p to 40p to shareholders. £500 mil would satisfy more than 50% to handover their holdings
Hostile takeover, never heard of one of those !!!
All I was saying is that with EVRH there is no single share holder that you can easily go to in order to buy 20%, 30% or even 50% to give you a head start, or outright control, so you have to start from scratch, which means an all too obvious rise in the SP, expectations and so on.
The point is that arranging a hostile takeover in such circumstances takes effort, sometimes a great deal of effort and so all I was really asking was whether a takeover, hostile or otherwise, is more, or less, likely, with the ownership structure that is present in EVRH, before the numbers prove the business model irresistible to someone.
So yes, is it "stuck in the mud" (because there is no single large owner) until it is earning shed loads of dosh, is the question.
Soz that was me buying back in. Nice one.
63005 to be precise
don't call 6 shares a top up
Im confident, just had a lttle to up. Still a great buy in price
Embers your not so confident about your mate knowing Simon cowell
I would say my posts make sense
Fox...
I’ve been informed end of June for results.
Stuck in the mud??
Not heard of a "hostile takeover" Max? Though I hope that there'll be a bidding war happen instead...
My feeling is that while a buyout is probable, and potentially welcome, all this talk of it is still way too soon to realise some of the fancy numbers being thrown into the mix. Until then, there's going to be this annoying continuation of SP manipulation which seems to suit the MMs just fine.
It is reported in today's Telegraph that the soaps have found a way of resuming recording. Surely this is good news for us.
free or not free, who cares? just so long as THERE are shows, shows and more shows, nothing could be more important!
Alex - WayneB isn’t new here, he’s been around for ages.
Why do people reply to Puddin? I blocked it on it’s first post here, it was clear it would have nothing of any value to add. Foxestocks is about to go the same way.
I’m thinking accounts around 4.30pm. New acts RNS next morning
Embers...
Demi Lovatto? Bruno Mars or Miley Cyrus???
Keep it coming ;)
Fox...
Highly unlikely. Remember at the AGM motion was passed to have new auditors in place. Not sure that’s feasible in under two weeks but happy to be corrected!!
well if its 'embarrassing' Puddin - telling you live events were coming before announced...then so be it....was expecting John Legend would make it fly...perhaps the next artist to be announced very soon will make it hit 15p...they have over 40million twitter followers...wait for RNS again old shoe.
Will we release the accounts tomorrow to counteract with the new VR show lineup
Hi Wayne and Welcome.
Nice to have new views especially those experienced and can contribute to the mix.
Be warned, you’ve just suggested free shows are the way to go!!! Some will shoot you down lol but I completely agree. Mass Awareness and exposure critical of an Internet based product is to boom.
Like you said... USER GROWTH is one of the fundamentals here. We have the tech / product, we have the contacts and licenses...
It’s all falling into place ;)

Great post, although its a recurreing theme that's only because it originates from our multi Id friend.
As you say, awareness and user numbers is key for the foreseeable and revenues will automatically follow. As Ive said many times Spotify is STILL free
Nice one Wayne
Optimist.
There will be shakes along the way but there’s a reason why the SP is being held here. Obvious really.
Just to add my two-cents to what seems a recurring theme on here regarding the frustration on free shows.
Personally, the more free shows we do, the better. At this stage, awareness is key, and growth of our userbase needs to be an absolute priority - just look how the attentions have turned on MUAs when Twitter/FB announce their quarterly reports. Just like when Spotify launched, the need for getting users to happily download and access our content for free has to be the single most-important objective.
Advertising comes with numbers. An advertiser wouldn't touch any platform had they not had the consumer reach, regardless of how amazing the product was/is. Likewise, the new setups (eg LA studio) seems to prime itself well for sponsorships, but also we can't forget the opportunities that exist when it comes to programmatic advertising too, and that will only deliver once we have the user-base at hand.
If I had my way, I'd be glad to have a constant stream of free shows for the next 'n' time period (be it months or years), in order to continuallly showcase our POC and also aid user-growth. Revenue-focus should be on advertising and partnerships once we have high user numbers, and then charging for concerts that are venue-exclusive versus events that are MVR-exclusive.
There's little chance of Daft Punk getting involved with us. Not because of the platform but because they're elusive in live performances as it is. Additionally, we need more artists that generate social buzz and platform-engagement versus the 'bigger names'. I'm glad that we've had John Legend, and soon MCG, so continuing artists that align with your general Radio 1 / 1Xtra audiences will help provide that traction.
FYI, my background is within the advertising and tech/digital realms, alongside music and youth-culture/audience-penetration too, so I feel I have a worthy case of point, but as is the nature of this board, happy to discuss further :)
