Yeah, your right sorry to cram up this hectic bb with all my irrelevant posts. Just for future reference... I will say whatever I like about this company and it's BOD, if that's ok with you. A couple of them in particular have been very dishonest and have cost there long term investors dearly... And I very much doubt you are one of those... Good luck dipping in and out, wouldn't bother myself, with that spread.
Sorry for everyone who has lost on this but thats the nature of the game. There are too many posts on here that are not relevant to EVO. Go and discuss your new investments on the appropriate boards. Grandor, Baker etc. stop getting personal about the EVO Board. They may have messed things up but we are where we are so get over it. For anyone else if you've got the balls there is money to be made. Buying at 0.2 and selling at 0.3 is not to be sniffed at. Ive already made a good amount with careful buying and selling in the last few weeks. Im keeping going.
Won't be the only one.
I saw your post amongst the 1000+ since Friday over on COMS. If you read this before 8am on Monday morning when watch the price closely. You may be able to get yourself a bargain first thing.
DB has today said he is targeting a 30p price by 2014 end. Tempted yet?
Bakes I'm so pleased you got out when you did with a profit, I imagine that if you had held that you would now be in negative territory. In spite of the constant slide I am astonished by the optimism and enthusiasm of the REM Posters. It seems that even optimistic RNS's no longer have any impact and when that happens it is a real worry. (I was in BAO when a similar thing happened)That causes to think that it won't be long before the SP there will be identical to the SP here on EVO. Don't worry about shouting, that was pretty mild to what we all had to say on 2nd October when the EVO finally gave us their terminal RNS.
I think you raise some valid questions.. I think for those still invested it would be great to think some of these avenues could be explored. Bojar I feel has been compromised professionally, financially and most probably emotionally and may prefer to block out out this whole sorry affair.. But what do I know, you may have more insight
Yup.. Got out ages ago when I was around 2k up. That one really wore me down. For those holding, at some point I'm pretty sure it will at least regain the losses and hopefully exceed, especially for crimbo. Did I really shout at Pete? Ah yes I do remember that, and guess what... I was wrong and he was right, that's becoming a pattern lol. Wish I could have my money back and start over... I'd stick to you guys like glue and follow your every move. Virtually... Obviously
Isn't there some cash in the business? They are also selling assets. Surely there has to be a balance otherwise they couldn't run as a plc and get signed off as a going concern? But I'm sure they've got it all planned how they can keep it going to drain every last drop.
Remuneration from what, though? Sales are non-existant last I heard. Don't even know if staff are still there or not.
Anybody on here still got a stake holding in EVO? We should get organized and vote off the whole BOD at the AGM. From the annual report the key shareholders likely to support the BOD hold less than 40%. So we have 60%? And if we could get IP Group to wake up and do something about the current ******s on the BOD, we'd be quids in? No one seems to have questioned why Townend who is the NED representing IP Group has just sat and watched this go down the pan? Are they really such an incestuous bunch of lackies? So why not move to dismiss the whole BOD and insist the business is closed down now instead of ****ing about with this non-existent IP nonsense and return any cash to shareholders? This new "strategy" (ha, don't make me laugh) is just a smoke screen so the BOD can continue to line their pockets. I bet they'll start drawing remuneration again once the heat dies down and the FD (Bamforth) will keep the accountancy contract (nice little earner). They are the only ones not losing out - unlike the shareholders and staff. It will become a shell cash cow for them. Alternatively is there a philanthropic senior manager out there in blog-land willing to lead a new BOD who can actually do the job, keep it open and resurrect the value? Someone who can build bridges with the staff, bring in marketing and sales expertise and save it from going down the pan entirely. I see Bojar has still got his shareholding so he should be still around to help get it back on its feet.
Did you get out of REM? Know you were in it and quite passionate about it but it's pretty much down 50% since November. Did have reservations about it myself and remember your 'strong' words to Pete when he posted about it.
When you say you are going all in on gold, I trust that you are referring to COMS and hopefully not the resources sector. That is far too unstable and only a tiny minority ever make profit form their dealing in that sector. As Astro says COMS does have much further to go. It will be over 10p at some point on Monday. Trying to buy at the close of Friday was really difficult. A buy in single figures will look very good at the end of this year.
Still not too late to get in I think. I'm starting to finally believe it really could be around 30p by the end of the year.
I know you did my dear.. Just messing with you. It's ok I don't need to know exactly how "up" you are, I'd imagine your very excitable atm and so you should be.. Well done, and DB coming to the party is well cool :)
Delighted for you buddy, really awesome. Not many people could of held through the rises you have had so you deserve the profits for your conviction and massive cajones! I have taken things to the next level of insanity... Selling my house and moving into a flat... Going all in on gold @ (I hope) $1000 ish... Anyone got a spare room if this goes bad? I promise, if... It goes well I will host a party for the 'Evo Victims'. We will have a BBQ and a Piñata/ Gwyn strung up... In my detached Georgian... Peace and love
So nice to see the Captain and his crewmates back. Albeit on the EVO Submarine. Shame we never got to have an EVO Takeover party. But if you are in COMS we are soon having a 10p Curry party in Birmingham and the COMS CEO Dave Breith is coming too. How cool is that :@)
MortgageFree Buy now before the poker gets even hotter. COMS is only just about to reach the point where for the first time they have positive Ebitda. This is the beginning of a long and profitable journey. I'm certainly not selling. I remember DB making his pprediction when it was in the low 2p's. and later referring to 30p. This is attainable this year.
I meant, "I certainly mentioned COMS)
I certainly mentioned, I won't mention how much I'm up, its obscene! And you're a lady.
The good old days.. Well it is if you don't look at the top half of the screen lol.
Nice to hear from you again.
Nope sorry astro, I don't recall that ;)
180% up. Sorry, hard to keep my head straight today.
say I'm 180% u
