Hi Yanis, ah... conviction..... thats been ground out of me over the years! ha ha :0))
Morning guys, I still have lots of faith in MMAG Wyn, when you know, hold on to your conviction. I don’t trade MMAG, even when I see the resistance. I am trying to increase my holding as and when I can.
HE1 placed 198 million shares at 5p, the SP may stay close to 5p for a few days to clear and may drop to 5p or slightly less. I got the feeling that you were not the only one though to sell other stocks to buy HE1 :).
HE1 is a good one to be in now but staying through the drill results though is another issue. Very risky. If I was to get in I would play it like you - get in at or near 5p, set a target (your 20p is reasonable) and bail out when the target is hit. Or bail out at whatever SP just before drill results. If it reaches 20p, might leave in a small amount as a gamble for the results, in case they are successful.
Good luck with it.
Hi guys I am ok, just biding my time . got Harl but sitting on a loss at the moment but thats ok. I have got my MMag stock, so will see how that goes. (currently a few % above breakeven). I am a bit less enthusiastic than Yanis as it seems to have little barriers to entry and there is competition already but still see potential short term SP growth.)
Had to take a little out of everything to get a much bigger stake in HE1 this morning. so far so good. Think it will go to 20p ish before the drill in the next 2-3 months
Hi Yanis,
I received the RNS alerts on Atome this evening. I'd like to get in but have a self-imposed moratorium on 'new money'. I'm just so far down now that I can't risk more even though I do have some. I can't ask Mrs Geeman to pay for things as I've 'invested' too much! There's nothing to sell in my PF. I sold out of WOSG to buy HE1 (short term only) with the intention of getting straight back into WOSG but then HE1 went down rather than up.. I know it'll rise before spud which will be the point I sell.
I watch MMAG too and am very happy to see you do well! I wish I'd found some cash when you mentioned it but I knew nothing much about it then (still don't) so a bit too risky in the context of eve.
RUA did put out quite a lot of good news today. I think they should do well despite me having a much higher average than sp currently is. I'd like to average down and maybe I'll get a chance between now and the next news.
Maybe wyn is having Christmas hols? Gone a bit quiet as you say but I don't think he's posted anything recently that the AVCT folk could get him suspended on.
Geeman, ATOME is having a placing at 106p and now is the time to get in. Unfortunately I don’t have spare cash, is all in MMAG.
Got high hopes for MMAG and most of my eggs are now in the MMAG basket. Got very high hopes, I am expecting a few bags, I am expecting to more than recover my EVE losses. I’ll keep you posted.
Wyn bought some MMAG last week, haven’t seen him posting again so I don’t know if he was shaken out. I added more on the drop, now is back up and the way higher. Fingers crossed it will keep going.
I think I mentioned RUA a couple of weeks ago. I imagine it will fall back but today is doing well today, on results.

They seem to be onto something with grafts to the vascular system. I bought in much higher but hopefully getting my 'blue' back before very long.
Hi D and others.....My guess would be an 'indirect contract' would be you can't contact directly with her but rather through a third party hiding from the wrath of EVE share holders i guess....
This is from CC's Linkedin. Looks like she now has an 'indirect contract' – whatever that is – with eve sleep:
Experience

Ex. CEO eve sleep
Indirect Contract
Oct 2022 - Present · 3 mos
Can someone at BBC or Panorama investigate EVE Sleep Plc when under the CEO Cheryl Calverly and CFO Tim Parfitt and their so called experienced board of directors. From approximately 8.3 million cash in the bank plus stock plus a good sales revenue of up to 26.5 million pounds they went into administration over the course of 2020 to 2022 (but produced many RNS and investor presentations which were all very positive) and then go into administration and be bought out of administration in same day by Benson Beds leaving shareholders who invested with nothing? Though some managed to get out when share price fell under 1p as they felt if they continued to hold they would get nothing!
.
(seeing if this brings back the last few posts)
Probably won't happen but I just sent this to HL:
Hi HL,
Can I suggest something I'd find useful?
An extra column on the Watchlist where I could write a short note. For example I just bookmarked CPX. In two months I might have forgotten what they do. It's be great if I could make a short note that they manufacture supercapacitor modules.
There are other stocks in my list which I've completely forgotten what they 'do'.
Interesting, thenak.
my only first reaction is that it's another loss making company with very little cash in the bank suggesting the risk of dilution must be present?
But thanks again, i'll keep this on the radar
I expect to make up the loss on my last trade here with CPX
Not much difference in the BF offers compared to when CC was in charge https://www.evesleep.co.uk
ABDX looks to be in a lot of trouble to me. no signs of orders and dwindling cash.... its not the best backdrop. (My view is coloured by not giving too much weight to CEO's saying "Lots of talks going on with new customers and big orders").
A Takeover would obviously be great but that always seems a longshot when a company is already failing. (we are back to the "do you bid now or wait for potential administration" discussion.
I really like the look of HARL and got in and out for about 6% gain because I thought the odds of a fall back were there.
I think with all my other holdings I will trim back either WOSG or GLEN, to make room for amore substantial chunk of HARL but I do like the divi from GLEN..... decisions decisions.....
Thanks wyn. I missed the word 'account' last time so should have read '212 trading account' but I haven't been impressed with them so only have HE1 there.
It would be (is) SO easy to get sucked in with shares: I'd love to buy H&W, MMAG, ABDX while it's cheap and perhaps their Lyme's disease test will be good etc.. I might break my 'no new-money rule' eventually but for the moment it's holding.
WOSG doing quite nicely.. Thanks.
Hi D, yes, tricky to value the HE1's of this world but it would seem 50p-100p would be reasonable but there is funding coming so the timing will be critical to the SP reaction.
AVCT, If the news is good then I will let this one ride, (I might top slice but it depends on how "good" the news is.)
Its difficult not to get carried away withy some of the valuations bandied about and as a result I would not want to let this to slip through my fingers for the sake of a mecannical system.
Having said all that, it will retrace and do all the normal things SP's do so it will still be tradeable but it will need to settle down first for me to make any sort of judgement on when to dip in and out.
Fingers crossed
Morning Wyn,
Yes, HE1 has had a good couple of days :) I never sold so still my original holding. I bought in a Trading 212 when it was around 8p the first time and my average in HL's ISA is 17.5p. I'm fairly confident of going blue at some point but conscious that HE1 don't have the resources to drill everywhere. I might sell half and risk the other half on a find. I wonder what a 'find' would propel the SP to?
I still had my ABDX till last week but sold and bought AVCT. It was down to a few £100's but glad I did on the ABDX news today. They only have £4m left in the bank.
Do you think that you'd sell 30% of AVCT at a 30% profit if they have good news? Surely 'good news', really good results, would mean they'd be back to 'sky's the limit'? There'll be people who'll pile in on good results rather than sell.
Could AVCT be an exception or would there still be a pull-back after an initial rise do you suppose?
Morning D, You still in HE1?
(i sold out and then about 2 days later took a small position back in on the "what if there is actually good news..." this year.. (This share will be the death of me!) , but added as soon as the RNS came out. (For me it will be difficult to trade because of the spread so will probably stick to the obvious ups and downs that are coming.)
Waiting to get into Harl (its always tempting to overpay when it carries on going up.....)
Thanks Wyndrum.
However after putting most my resources in believing in with CC, TP and EVE broadcast I’m now sitting without heating and struggling just to buy food in this cost of living crises. But thanks for your kind words.
By the way, Thanks for the tips on HARL & MMAG
DGU, I was thinking about this yesterday evening and although it might look a bit like a lost cause to get lost money back right now, perhaps if you focus not on the money you (iopefully) make but on the % gain of each stock.
As a benchmark I think if I left it in a savings account what could I get? 4% now? so, as long as I do better than 4% I am winning (in my mind).
Sometimes it helps to change the focus and again (fwiw and feel free to ignore all of this), try not to be too impatient. Self imposed pressure to get to what is probably an unrealistic target too quickly, may lead to poor decision making.
GL
Wyn, your 16:15 post - fully agree. Half in then add, makes sense.
Every journey starts with a single step.....
Thanks Wyndrum.
Will need a miracle to recover from EVE but have a few quid in a few other shares.
