From what I understand and as per their website it is still the same name.

Very good post Bricks, just one point of note did we not have a name change from Goldquest Iberica to Europa Metals Iberica SL
good post and summary Bricks.
Re point 4 I think it's fair to say that this has not previously been the case so hence the negative sentiment and current share price.
Also during recent Vox Market interview LR stated much Q1 newsflow to come - so I would have this as a point 6 as I see this as a positive.
I am a LTH and the reasons I am not selling are as follows:
Positives:
1. 3rd Party analyses and valuations ito of SS and JORC are all excellent.
2. Current work streams are fully funded. These include the final METS report, the Hydro and Geological studies and the mining license.
3. Last drilling currently underway TOD 025 and further Assays will be published but not included in Jorc as the current resource is already adequately proven and will make a compelling business case to major miners.
4. LR and MC are on record saying that they will manage dilution and protect SH’s.
5. Data Room is already open and NDA’s are already signed. One can safely conclude that a due diligence is currently underway by at least one party.
Challenges:
1. If anyone understands the “mining lifecycle” it is EUZ holders. They understand that the more a resource is “proven up” the risk should effectively be reduced and it should show in the SP. After all we have paid for it. This is not happening with EUZ for some unknown reason at this point in time. The BOD has put measures now in place NOT to prove up the asset any further as it has no effect on the SP whatsoever. I personally agree with this decision.
Conclusion.
You can draw your own from the above facts but I am "hanging in here" until Goldquest Iberica is sold or further developed.
@ Bobby...I have already given my reasons for this many times. I do believe that the outstanding warrants somehow has got something to do with it....you can work this out Im sure :-$
Bobby totally agree. I would also like to think that over half the holders value the company and the asset more than £3mil
@Bobby....Im pleased you not a suiter.... :-$ A suiter who sits back and does nothing will lose out...fact.
We know the data room is open. We know NDA's are in place. So we can safely say that at least one DD is currently underway. We also know the sell price has absolutely nothing to do with the share price. A major miner would buy the asset as they would get value for money, based on a business case and not on the current SP and are prepared to develop it further. IMO.GLA.
There will probably be a scientific explanation of the Loch Ness Monster before you solve that puzzle Lloyd. Thought we might get the second met cycle today so disappointed there's nothing to counter what is likely to be another rough day in the markets generally. I think it's obvious now that (even allowing for Christmas) they're spending a lot longer on 025 than 024, will be interesting to find out why.
I'm sure that if an investigation were to be carried out across AIM, the findings would be that there is deliberate collusion between more powerful forces to bring almost every share price down in order to wear pi out and force them to sell. Hence the House Always Wins motto.
I think most genuine souls would just like to see some smidgen of profit back. Or break even. A lot of us have been here a long time and have waited patiently for the company to finally deliver. I can't give a reason why the market has a downer on this one and it's probably far more complex than what seems obvious. But it has, and that does not look like changing until a significant, turnaround event occurs. If that occurs.
It's just a waiting game now.
Bobby sorry for the direct nature of this post, it appears you value your investment less and less. Why hold?
Only trade I can definitely say is wrong is my 11-33-08 buy
Agree Newbie for once a fair play down day but carnage all over the place today, nothing to do with EUZ specifically. We should be getting positive news on second cycle of zinc and 025, would be a shame if these macro issues overshadow the newsflow.
StevenP, I don’t think it is manipulated the sells out way the buys, by nearly 3 to one according to the fundamentals page on this site. Unless of course they are incorrect. If indeed they are incorrect and you believe that it is manipulation go back through my posts of last week and send your evidence to the London Stock Exchange Group like I did it’s the only way you’ll get them to look at it. I was told that you will get no feedback as it may prejudice any investigation. GLA
this manipulation of the share price- wish i had some cash as these a ridiculously cheap now!
