I bought a few more earlier below the mid price (Showing as a sell) and now on another account I have just tried to buy but am unable at this time
Obviously saying that is happening with euz would be foolhardy........unless you had proof.
When the volume of trades is quite low I have noticed buys and sells around the £3k/£5k Mark that seem to pretty much cancel each other out.
My opinion is maybe it's just private investors willing to take small losses just to generate a market.......I think this is common place on Aim and as far as I'm aware it's not illegal............or maybe something more dubious is happening?
With 87% of shares held by IIs and the bod I can see why any trades will have an effect on the price, considering there is a large issue you’d have thought liquidity would not be a problem - just goes to show that many holders aren’t prepared to release stock. We are now entering a very exciting time with lots of news due, let’s hope we can multiply from here. GL
I'm not saying it's the case with EUZ, but this makes interesting reading: www.investegate.co.uk/burford-capital-ltd--bur-/rns/evidence-of-market-manipulation-in-burford-shares/201908120700046828I/
Oiltap,
I also think that the 23m tonnes is surpassable as you say we remain open at depth. The JORC estimate I believe was also at 2012 prices so I think it is fair to say we can possibly see a significant upgrade shortly being announced to the market.
The fact that we go from inferred to indicated and don't have the ASX to worry about anymore should see a RNS with financials.
Going on the $402m sale of SASA as you say, take $100m off for mine cost then thats still almost 3 x the NPV of our last 2012 JORC. Going forward one of the main reasons I invested initially was the Location of Toral, politically stable country, with facilities at hand and great road infrastructure to local smelters.
Looking back on the buys over the last couple of months there are no huge buys ie 50m plus, so it suggests to me it was either NT, or new investors have taken smaller positions or are accumulating as even small volumes seems to move the SP quickly.
Lets hope for news soon to unlock this, maybe even this week.

BMR, in very bad shape, my reason for mentioning here is that Colin Bird is a Director.
That said I think DB and BHC will not allow the same to happen here, but airing on caution a little bit
Shedulike, Just adding the RNS link for the newbies here.

TicoR, With those metal prices we have($2.77B) £2.29B of metal in the ground, when indicated, and that is without any upgrade in resources.
MCap circa £2.4m!!! Strange to say the least.
NPV £89M would relate to a 37x current SP or circa 0.74 per share
The burning question is what will the value of Toral be in 3 / 6 / 12months time?
My feeling is that talks are going on in the background with a buyer, hence the last RNS as big players now only invest ethically. That coupled with RA1's excellent research and I truly believe that we will not be under water much longer (LTH's) and the new comers if hold long will make a killing.
One of my other holdings that I considered selling to buy more here had me sat on a 600% profit but it has now retraced to around 300% so that option has now faded, at least for now, however I did add 9.6m a couple of weeks ago to average down a little.
0.74p would be great, infact very close to life changing and tremendous for my SIPP as well.
I think the only thing required here is further investment at these crazy prices and patience, but unfortunatly I have a wife and no money tree!!

Don't forget that in addition to the stakeholder engagement process we commissioned the Spanish consultancy MAGMA to start the land use licensing for mining almost a year ago. Hope it's not going to be a complication that we intersect three different municipalities but I'm impressed how LR has positioned us to be a genuine proposition in the near term. If the current drill delivers the indicated resources that LR is targetting I really think we're good to go. He's gone a bit quiet on this recently but in the past he has been clear that shareholders don't want to endure a lengthy, expensive and risky wait for a small explorer to attempt to become a producer. Much better a quick asset sale to a bigger player, everything points to that in my opinion.
Zinc = $2307 per imperial Ton
Lead = $2106 per imperial Ton
Silver = $16.93 oz
When inferred becomes indicated ........all good........:)
Don’t think people fully understand the size of Toral, MC was suggesting 18 months ago it was worth £400M that’s 200 x where we are now. I will be pleased for all new and old investors when we finally realise our value. This price is still crazily low imo.
Hoping so, seems to be a lot of positivity on this board now, can't wait for blast off!!
The slingshot ?
Bargain basement prices come and get them this prices won't be hear for long
...........and with thanks to RA1 for his research - Brandon Hill is even more interesting!
Who knows, could be a major miner wanting a JV or big slice - know wonder our German friends came on board to play hardball.
........'getting on planes very soon, to go and have a look at what we've got! It's all very exciting'
Sounds very exciting, attracting new large investors, new broker note due. Gla
LR has done a podcast with Justin Waite
Another great post - I believe we’re in the throws of a slingshot, this strategic move confirms what many on here already know the asset is worth an awful lot. A bidding war would do me fine or just a massive re- rate, the next few months are going to be exciting, still can’t believe we’re down here. MMs have the sp on lock down but not for long.
I am a new holder , about 2 weeks with 42 million.
Not selling any of these at all.
My thoughts are the free float is in the hands of what .....say 50 odd PI's.........some individuals have 125 million I believe.........if we all stay long.........only way is up IMO.
That 86.8% of EUZ is owned by the largest 20 holders, leaving only 13.2% in free float. I would like to believe that most of that 13% are in sticky hands too so what does that do for us is my burning question?

Thanks Shatner....this is clearly what happened yesterday...."One reason might be that the share has such a wide spread during that day of trading that the bid and ask price are far away from the mid-price"
Good description here.
