Europa Metals Ltd
("Europa Metals", the "Company" or the "Group")(AIM, AltX: EUZ)
Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity
Europa Metals, the European focused lead, zinc and silver developer, announces that it has received notices of exercise in respect of certain pre-existing warrants to subscribe for 166,666,666 new ordinary shares at a price of 0.025p per share (the "Warrant Shares"). In aggregate, the exercise of these warrants amounts to a cash subscription of approximately £41,667.
Admission to trading
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the Warrant Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange for quotation on AltX. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings commence on or around 29 October 2019.
People do need to brush up on what price sensitive means though.
That reply, whether it's him or isn't, is not. Price sensitive means giving out specific information like 'We've had really good signs of copper' - that would move a share one way or another prior to an official RNS. There's nothing said here that gives the game away to a good, bad or neutral RNS.
All that's implied is that the RNS will be comprehensive. Most JORCs are. But comprehensively good bad or awful we do not know.
JMA46....that reply doesn’t display very good grammar, and if i know one thing about LR, he knows how to write proper sentences.......sounds like porkies, also sounds like privileged info that shouldn’t be shared here in any case.
Yes I suppose you’re right, hopefully it’s not too long now
JMA46..at least you got a reply. Imo if they were going to release Rns this week...they still wouldn't tell anyone via text or email. PRICE SENSITIVE..could they?
Been on LinkedIn again and asked LR if he had any idea when this would be released? This was his response below. I asked him again for a rough estimation but got no response.
There will be an rns update once we have completed this quite detailed/ important piece of work. I intend such an update will be comprehensive

I was just having a read through this RNS and I’ve done a copy and paste from part of it. Do these warrants have to be held for two years or can they be cashed in at any time. The bit that caught my eye was that for every two shares bought they get a freebie so if they can dump them for profit at anytime it’s no wonder that the sp isn’t moving. Or am I looking at this incorrectly. Sorry if I’m being a bit of a f***wit.
In addition, one warrant exercisable for a period of 2 years from Admission at a subscription price of 0.0375 pence per Ordinary Share will be issued to all participants in the Fundraising for every two new Ordinary Shares subscribed (the "Fundraising Warrants"). Accordingly, 2,000,000,000 Fundraising Warrants will be issued pursuant to the Fundraising
So they have a bit of time to exercise:
Warrants exercisable at 0.025p each on or before 30 April 2022 3,000,000,000
Broker Warrants exercisable at 0.025p each on or before 30 April 2022 138,000,000
Warrants exercisable at 0.0375p each on or before 1 October 2021 2,000,000,000
Broker Warrants exercisable at 0.025p each on or before 1 October 2022 240,000,000
I think they will hold off on exercising but we will never know.
£1.5m (Thanks). So whilst uncomfortable for the PIs, it does mean the company has finance depth to pursue the course LR recently plotted in his podcast. Interesting time afoot.
£1.5 million
Nice rise now coming into news..surely we'll brake 0.05p this week.
One for contrarians like me. Not for widders and awfuls
Warrants are exercisable at 0.0375 so the sp would need to be mid 0.04s before they consider exercising them. They still managed to flip 2 x 12.5 million right at the end on a low volume day. Let’s see if there is a late print trade again
oh ffs. 0.0035p jeez!
Correction @0.003p - £1.4m or £14m.........probably the former.
BricksSA, so those 4b warrants @0.00365p.......is that ?£1.46m or £14.6m (keep getting my decimals mixed on these!)
@DMC....it may be a very good thing in fact....That will give DB an interest of about 29%....this being the case I believe we may just be at the end of "dilution" as they have big funds to fund further development via loans and also their holding will just be below the threshold where they will have to make a mandatory offer to share holders...ie less than 30%....all looking though like both DB's and BH's "dumps" were planned so that when they do exercise their next options they are under the afore mentioned threshold....interesting days ahead.
And I hope that with the recent placing, and these warrants, that Europa will have more than enough in the bank to complete the Toral project, prior to a sale or JV next year.
They won't. Every remainer says that thousands have changed their minds. What they fail to figure out is that thousands of remainers have changed their minds also. Only the insipid corduroy and saitndal brigade will vote Liberal, most clever people don't like Swinson, she's too glib and co'ck sure of herself. Also a scandal in the making has yet to make headlines as it has been suppressed (for now). Her husband and her have failed to declare a 3-5million Euro handout from the EU for their family business. A vested interest to stop Brexit.

She voted for the LibCon Bedroom Tax that mired millions of the poorest in costs they could not afford. She voted for the LibCon Welfare reforms which attacked the finances of those least able to withstand the onslaught. She voted for the LibCon policy to treble the tuition fees of students least able to pay.
Could it get worse for Jo Swinson? In a word, yes.
Thanks Brick, I Can well do without those thoughts, but your probably right knowing our BOD.
Well I hate to say it...but I will....the next RNS I believe will be the 4 billion warrants at 0.00035 being exercised....think about it logically....If I was in that position I would snap them up prior to indicated Jorc being published.....seems to me the sp is being held at this level in anticipation.....
Ht74, my opinion too
That’s the widest spread for a while although real spread is 0.0348-0.0365. Does not look like any dumping has taken place today. Mostly buys looking on LSE and NEX. I for one think jorc RNS on Monday
Blimey you lot must be bored bring back jippy ....gla
What if the 48% of the country that voted remain all vote Liberal? lol
Can we get back to jorc-straps now ?
