Good luck.
I would like to know too please
Hi TC
How do I find the telegram group please ?
Or gone to change their underwear
Hi TMS,
You said on Twitter the other day that you’d be coming into telegram for an educated debate but you still haven’t showed up?
Will be an interesting debate there especially with a lot of the knowledgeable holder not being on lse....
Stork where does it say that the Sinosteel EPCC contract is dependent on reaching a level of Feasibility Study?
RNS of 10 October 2016 states it had been agreed following "2 years' due diligence and evaluation" - Feasibility Studies were still ongoing at that time.
Genuine opions on here, but people get shorty ( get it shirty, shorty ) when they don't hear what they want everyone else to think
See the TMS is back - must need more shorts to close for his bosses !
No need read his carp - he thinks Dmitry caused suspension last year due a tweet - erm NO - get the basic facts right !
Apologies, I was incorrect to say there was no PFS for MT. There is. The fact remains that Sinosteel will not lend without a DFS.
B1ll@
I never SHORT I will hold to the end what ever is decided.
Short position holder's must have been feeling a bit jaded yesterday.
I love it when s.p rises and they disappear for a bit, only to reappear the day after with new underwear pretending all is well! :-) :-)
Crabby:
-"- why are DLA Piper and UBS still on board?"
This argument to authority is trotted out time and again but it doesn't hold up. They are getting paid a retainer and they will stick around as long as EUA pay them. They are not risking money or reputation; if the FSP fails it will not be blamed on either of them. You'll note that no institution is actually risking money on the FSP. Blackrock's holding is entirely index tracker ETF funds. If this FSP were such a certain route to riches, where are the professionals and institutions which should be lining up to take advantage?
"-why the EGM to strengthen the BOD’s negotiating position?"
The EGM was called so they could issue more shares. That's it. That's all the resolution was. What they will use the cash raised (and there will be a raise) for is entirely up in the air - they are certainly not bound to use it for anything at all.
-"- why hasn’t the sinosteel contract been triggered for MT?"
There are numerous problems with this. Chief among them being there is not even a PFS, let alone a DFS for MT. Sinosteel will not lend the money without knowing figures like all-in sustaining costs, net present value, internal rate of return etc etc. That work needs to be done first. In addition, the Sinosteel deal does not provide for sulphur dioxide scrubbers, which are now required by law. It will need to be updated.
"- why did Dmitry move from the BoD yo head of mergers and acquisitions?"
Because he had been a very naughty boy and got the company suspended via his tweeting? Also this was 9 months ago now and no sign that its had any impact on the FSP.
"- why has the FSP not been shut down?"
Here it becomes speculation, but I suspect that they have (finally) been given a PUSU deadline by the Takeover Panel of July 1, ie a year after the FSP started. This would explain the timing of the suddenly urgent EGM. Again, this is speculation.
TheBeastofBodmin
well I think it is a good option and with the J/V well why not the profit is there :-0 double the SP AND A NICE FAT div every 6 months you cant scoff at that can you ?
Unless the company change strategy EUA are not looking to mine it themselves it's simply not the path they are persueing at this time, personally I fully understand and back why you would not.
I still think is would be a good deal double the share price and a very nice dividend every 6 months
I would be happy with this.
Selling realises less profit but sooner and with less risk
Mining is more profit over a longer time but with more risks.
Both options have their appeal
Never say sorry for having a respectful opinion. Even if it goes against the majority on here.
You could well be right.
It was simply just a question, why not keep it and mine it themselves? If the profits are there?
If EUA were going to mine it themselves then why waste the last year and a half persueing a different path?
The Sino deal would have been triggered immediately?
Not only that, EUA is a tiny exporation company, the resources and logistics and critically management for a such an operation over the areas licensed are immense, and after all that the ore needs to be processed.
This is not a simple operation as many assume it requires a large scale experienced industrial miner.
Will either be aJV or full sale IMO.
Morning to all
No RNS yet this morning.
Now start talking about next week
I'm turning to the same line of thinking, If the minerals are worth the latest market values, and we have this big vein minerals ? Why not mine it yourself? I would be happy with a 58p share and a nice dividend every year.
And now time for the haters to hate.
Dore - no they were all above board like Eurasia, the longest one was due to probate with the seller
Crabby08 @ I hoped if i posted that post it would be exceptional and be happy to see eua carry on mining BUT I HOPE i am wrong :-)
Also why the RNS in Jan stating multiple non-binding offers being progressed to binding? Only 4 months ago, I’ve had houses take anywhere from 2 - 12 months to sign over, sometimes for a simple 2 bed terrace that was empty.
