Personally i love proof ! Its a good thing ! I also like walks in the rain, dirty martinis and Diana ross tribute acts. Are we compatable ? lmfao
It's always good dropping this post and watching the green boxes appear. You really do have to laugh.
Get out with your few short beans while you still can, dear me, you're only putting yourself under stress, no one is doing that for you.
You can't change M&A facts, you can't change resource level facts, you can't can't company development facts. Typing on your keys does not change one little thing over in Russia.

Unless ESG credentials are there, EV battery supply chains will not buy the metal output as Norilsk found out with Volvo. This stuff matters even more in 2021.

Precisely, TMS, but of course, "Eurasia is different!" In a few months when the no deal lands it'll just be a case of "Same sob story, different company name." Sad for those who bought in about the single digits, as I suspect this is gonna end rathwr badly for them in the medium term.
@1st time lucky
As you full well know, the post was removed because of your appalling behaviour! Swearing, aggression, absurd and weird responses to what was clearly a joke.
Please try taking your own advice in future before dishing it out to others.
Thanks in advance!
In reply I’d like to point out a couple of things:
EUA are not selling the company, they are only selling certain assets of the company.
At the time of the raise they didn’t have a binding agreement so as a company you can’t depend on future possibles , of course the sale might not go through and you’d a very short sighted board of directors if you put all future plans on hold because nothing is guaranteed at that point in time. Yes, most of us hope the sale of assets happens, as I’m sure the board does, but the company need to continue to execute in the event this doesn’t happen otherwise it would be incredibly poor planning, no?
1STTIME I am far from being a bully and yes people can have different views. TMS is quite different from many with different views and my distaste for shorting and people who short knows no bounds. Coming onto a BB where people have put their hard earned reading posts from a person who wants all and sundry to lose their money is quite disturbing. TMS is a pest and deserves stamping out and you can take that in whatever context you choose , calling TMS a twat is mild
Exactly how do you bully a person you have never seen or likely to see , do you have to punch the key board harder ? Oh and lets hope TMS with his short get well and truly burnt and his house has to be put up for sale.
Have a nice day 1st time
@1st time lucky.
You are one to talk! You openly abused me on here a few days ago, openly swearing, over what was clearly a made up post.
Strange how you now offer advice to others!
Did you go to that counselling session as I suggested?
I agree with Bellers, the stress you guys and gals put on yourselves must be pretty bad. You're just in the wrong game on the wrong share.
Best that yous all just move along tbh, before you run out of beans and hair!

leno thats good advice FOR tms and aditionally to those talking to TMS ! Nice one a univerasal sound bite of advice :) a rare thing indeed lol
TMS, can I offer some friendly advice. Close the short as the stress of holding it will not be good for your health and wellbeing. If you lose on it then treat it as a lesson in investing.
They're at the very bottom of the bean tin researchandhold, over 300 green boxes scrambling for that last bean . . . . . that's how desperate they have just became lol
GLA
TMS,
Sometimes, there is no point knocking, if nobody's in.
Feel free to hurl all the mindless abuse you want. Makes no odds to me.
Can anyone name any legitimate sale of a listed company in history where said company did even one private placing to raise cash in the middle of the sale process? How about 3? Any legitimate sale process in history where it lasted 25 months and absolutely no guidance was given regarding what was for sale, who was bidding for it or how much they were paying?
No? Of course not, because it is blindingly obvious that EUA are not, and were never, going to sell anything for a figure remotely close to the current insane mcap.
TMS. increasingly desperate
Must be his worst scraping bottom of the barrel post yet
TMS,
Will you ever stop posting about a share your not invested in, and put a stop to the threats your family have received, from various posters, whom you have obviously upset. I do not in any way condone their behaviour, totally disgusting people, but if it was me, I would cease and not subject my family to such abuse. Perhaps you should consider them for a change, and give it a rest.
The chooks have been in DEFRA-mandated flock down since 29th Nov. They're not enjoying it.
hey good sign lmao the Avian influenza is back :)
All looks pretty good today. Play money has left the building. Sentiment turns quickly and now we have a happy smiling bb with a rising share price almost approaching RAMMING speed ;)
"Due Diligence is DONE - The clock is ticking - executing a final contract for sale!"
Getting on for 6 weeks now. Where's the update? Will the regulator allow them to simply transfer the ramp to other unnamed 'bidders'? Will PIs stand for it if they do?
Due Diligence is DONE - The clock is ticking - executing a final contract for sale!
Hydrogen Island is also somewhere in the large Eurasia mix!
"M&A due diligence – Due diligence is an exhaustive process that begins when the offer has been accepted; due diligence aims to confirm or correct the acquirer’s assessment of the value of the target company by conducting a detailed examination and analysis of every aspect of the target company’s operations – its financial metrics, assets and liabilities, customers, human resources, etc."
https://corporatefinanceinstitute.com/resources/knowledge/deals/mergers-acquisitions-ma-process/
Several transactions -
Christian Schaffalitzky, Executive Chairman of Eurasia commented: "The Directors are delighted that we are advancing several transactions concurrently. We see competition for Nickel-Copper-PGM assets (with a similar basket of metals like ours and the assets included in our agreement with Rosgeo) increasing on a global scale".
And we arrive here -
"Purchase and sale contract – Assuming due diligence is completed with no major problems or concerns arising, the next step forward is executing a final contract for sale; the parties make a final decision on the type of purchase agreement, whether it is to be an asset purchase or share purchase"
That's all we have to wait on at this stage, they'll have their financing in place and step 10 comes after we vote on the disposals via a EGM.
