Everyone. Yes what a beautiful day we have in store.
Just like to say a big thank you for all your Lind thoughts etc was overwhelming.
Promise not to hog the board today.
The confirmation of a new nomad was great and we can now move on.
What interests me is the appointment of Iain Rawlinson..a legal expert and financial specialist
with M&A experience. He’s got to be here for the deal which I feel is a Biggs.
The other aspect relates to all the equipment for WT...you don’t build a granny annex, install a swimming pool . Fit a new kitchen and bathroom if you going to sell your house in my mind
So to me we may just keep that bit especially as we now have 100%..
Be intrigued to see your response guys and galls ..have a nice day folks ..pompey
Pompeyrod Ive been mulling all of this over and the more I think about it the more
I’m convinced there’s more to this than an asset sale of mt,
When you look at the quality of the people the company are assembling here,
There connections, past and present, the wording of the rns’s and that line in Micheal Hammonds
CV (his LinkedIn account) “platinum/palladium/gold producing debt free co looking for
Strategic investor-aims for top 3 global co, plus the Green metals stuff, I’m starting to think we could be building/merging into a massive new company, I just can’t see these guys giving all this away for in the ground values, anyway I’m following the guy with the dodgy beard.....follow the money!!that
Will do me, gla
hi pompey. glad you had good results.
i see that enthusiasts have focused on the M&A part in the NED’s description,
which is understandable if you are someone who believes that this company
may become involved with RTOs etc. — from a more sceptical perspective,
i think quite possible that AIM regulation / prospective nomad required that
they appoint someone like him, to try to improve EUA’s history of shoddy
governance. if so, positively that should help make it more likely they will be
allowed to resume eventually, but still begs the question of what company’s
assets are really worth, and in particular if they are actually going to dispose
of any, & for how much, rather than make some kind of merger or acquisition.
my own view remains, as stated before, that i do believe there is a genuine
underlying business at EAU, but i am pretty sceptical of the valuations being
bandied about, & i think they still have a lot of explaining/‘clarifying’ to do.
Inclined to agree with you on that..our bod’s a very formidable team, especially in the field
of M&A.....going to be an interesting 2020 methinks..
although it would help if they had a BoD that was actually a bit better
at mining? - proving up to better categories, and getting metal out of
the ground, to try to make WK generate cash rather than burn through it.
they are keen to monetise the metal, but proving & extracting matters.
Iain could be just the person to issue a much clearer message to all concerned. Once worked alongside a barrister whom we head hunted, only to discover that he was 20 years younger than we imagined from correspondence and phone contact, he was an amazing breath of fresh air to our whole company. Where we might take a few days to make certain decisions he could see the way forward in minutes. He added in the way I expect Iain to do for EUA. JJ
Exactly my thoughts jimjam...feel our bod have something going that is so big or much bigger than they imagined and thus the need for someone of Iain’s Caliber to handle or give advice on such a massive deal
We are also delighted to welcome Iain to the Board, who as a qualified lawyer and M&A practitioner will strengthen our execution team, while we are making progress on our M&A plans."
Love the "execution team"part of the RNS - the BOD showing their intent.
IMO full sale of MT and keep WK - platinum forecast to rise over next few years as well as the palladium. Wonder how much other basket of metals are there ?
Ian can you put me down for 29th June for next RNS - lets see if I can get this RNS date right as well !
Ha ha. Execution team. Maybe he’s a hitman hired to take down the botflies.:-)))
Execution Team
shorters beware ?
As the execution. team assemble around the Large boardroom table, in anticipation of a humongous deal , the nylon shorts will instantly erupt into flames around the groin area, closely followed by cotton shorts !
as they dip the feathered quill pens into the ink ready for the signing, we shall be popping the corks with celebration !

You need a professional on board to do the legal paperwork for m & a on the sellers side spikey.
But you only need that legal professional when, well, when there is legal work to do.
You seem extremely naive in regards to m & a.
GLA
Mac..... Sorry bit out of the loop, do we have a legal expert on the BOD??? ;)
Afternoon A1ex,
A question if I may, I have referred to the flanks area of West Kytlim as Tipil in a post to you.
You responded by spelling the word as Typil, are they one and the same, and one of us is just spelling it as it sounds?
Just a low key pondering after my second beer :-)
Have a great weekend by the way
Not sure A1EX lol
Spikey, you could have a look at this and think about what stage would the company require a legal expert -

Mac, there's no doubt that Mr Rawlinson is an important addition to the EUA board but he's been appointed as a Non Executive Director. He will not be involved in any form of "management", which would include finalising the legal detail of any possible M&A legal paperwork, if that is indeed happening.
Perhaps the new Nomad and/or AIM regulation has insisted on a genuine "outside" appointment as NED as Dmitry, Gary and James all have substantial shareholdings which may affect the required impartiality. Mr Rawlinson has not been incentivised by shares, which would suggest this may be the case.

Hi Ian.
Apologies, currently walking in a field.
The application I found on Rosnedra website was an exploration license and related to the Typil area to the west of WK. This area is subject of an exploration license as from what I understand, is outside the flanks area of WK... There’s a nice plan in / on the Eurasia website that shows current boundaries of the current WK license, the flanks area associated and also the Typil exploration license zone.
Hope that’s answered your question Ian? Let me know if not!
Ian.
I’m sure you’re more than familiar but here’s the link to the page which shows the plan...
https://www.eurasiamining.co.uk/operations/west-kytlim
Really are laying claim to this area!
So the app I found on Rosnedra was bang on 24.5km and also matches the Geographic coordinates of this area ;)
What I’m keen to learn of is the WK flanks application ;)
Hi, A1ex,
no I understand your research perfectly it was literally on the spelling, you are spelling the word as Typil, and in the RNS it is spelled Tipil, are they one and the same or is the RNS spelling incorrect, the question just revolved around the spelling.
Is it Typil or is it Tipil Purley a spelling question, thanks for your time A1ex
18:57, rare instance of a remarkably
sensible post on the lse EUA board.
good one, brox.
Evening Lucretius,
Thank you for that, I did wonder if that was the case, in all the RNS the company has stated it as Tipil but A1ex's work has described it as Typil and I was just interested to make sure we were all in agreement.
Thank you again and sleep well.
Hi Ian.
Sorry, grammar mistake on my part. Tipil, not Typil. I tend to just bash away on my phone and give little regard to typos etc... but slack I know but when your juggling kids, dog, wife and Russian mining licenses grammar takes a back seat ;)
Have a great evening!
Thank you A1ex, totally understandable, and as I initially thought, but wanted to make sure that your discovery ties in perfectly.
All the best A1ex and you have a good weekend too.
Nice reply brox, from your article - " NEDs are usually chosen because they have a breadth of experience, are of an appropriate calibre and have particular personal qualities. Additionally, they may have some specialist knowledge that will provide the board with valuable insights or, perhaps, key contacts in related industries or the City"
