These will be dated upto 31st December 2016. It will be very interesting tomorrow to hopefully see the results showing the record month of December. That I believe was due to Bank of America scaling up transactions in November.
Looking forward to the interim results tomorrow and hope that the forecast of being cash flow positive in Q4 of 17 is still on the cards. I have invested in this company now for a number of years and seen a few ups and downs. I believe once the company starts to be profitable the share price will take off and we may see 50p in the near future.
A new support level is being created. Looking good.
Dont you think it is undervalued at the current sp?
Great.
To 30p+
Bank of America can turn us into a billion+ market cap without anyone else. Our CEO Hank Uberoi has said just the ramping of 1 client can turn us into a huge company. The wheels are in motion and doubling in speed every year. This year we should break even. Then very quickly move into profit.
We have just had an excellent update. New customers had been coming in nearly every month. Now we are working on making a profit this year by massively ramping up transactions. These are nearly doubling every year.
Almost at a year high today 26.75p. Some hugh buys gone through.
Daniel Marovitz chief operating officer of Earthport quoted 10th February 2017 ~ ""We envisage DLT will gather momentum in 2017 and beyond – it is going to revolutionise financial services."" http://www.earthport.com/news-insights/insights-blog/distributed-ledger-technology-great-catalyst/
A good bounce back up from 23p and now consolidating well around 25.5p before the next move up.
Love it. Huge increase in volumes.

The 164k trade at 16:01 looks like a buy to me, not a sell. That shows confidence.
When the sp hit a peak in the past like 27p it has then fell 4p before recovering. This has happened at 18p 23p and now 27p.
True, but back in 2015 the trading update didn't arrive until 17 Feb, so maybe this year we'll have to wait a few more weeks. (I hope not)
I expect a good trading update very soon.
due for another leg up after recent rest
Maybe to also oversee the governance arrangements to ensure that the risks associated with the previous fraud are properly dealt with and mitigated in future
New appointment. Dr Brown who has worked for HSBC and Bank of America M. Excellent.
Unfortunately my holding was also in the 40s. Bought some more last March at around 16.something, taking may average down to 28. Hope to get back to breakeven in the next few weeks.
This was 40p+ and nowhere near break even. Since then we've had bank of America ramping up transactions and signed up bank of India. Also predictions of £125 million profits. I expect talk of dividends end of this year.
Almost impossible to put a fair valuation as the new business has yet to translate into the margins and bottom line. All I know is that if an offer does come it will be for 30 - 50% above the share price at that Time. Assuming there are people out there who know more, and assuming the historical share price reflected the potential, with that potential now being realized I would argue for a true value of between 60p and 80p.
Cannot see a connection between buys sells and price, usually indicative something is going on behind the scenes, should find out soon enough
Dreading someone coming in here and getting the company on the cheap. I'm no conspiracy theorist but I get twitchy when large sales have no depressive effect on share price. Hopefully this can realize it's full potential - good luck holders.
