Gazza - I post my thoughts gained after years of investing & attempt to paint an accurate picture of what is affecting companies for the benefit mainly of new investors. Most of us have lost money particularly on the AIM & sensible, accurate posts may assist those with less experience. After all this is a forum where all opinions matter, as long as posts are not made up. I would be ecstatic if the management here stop wasting your money & eventually add value. Please enlighten us all as to what they have done which is benefiting shareholders. If you cannot perhaps that is a bit pathetic as you put it.

Why the fook do you post here so much if you hate the company
It really is pathetic!!
Think the gravy train will hit the buffers in the near future. The pay is inversely proportional to results-greed is not a good look.
Westo - In reply to your question is there any worth remaining here I was disappointed to learn that EME has agreed to give directors 2.832 million shares for this year ONLY & another 3.7 million shares as "options".
All this is doing is diluting the SP for everyone else daft enough to buy these. I would have thought that Mr Kelly & Mr Bisht's (2 of the 5 most heavily paid directors) salaries of over £500,000 would have been enough. Good job the snouts in the trough don't get paid by results or there'd be a longer queue at the foodbank.
I posted the below back in Apr 22. Shares in issue now 788m, gas prices significantly higher. When GSA announced this should go significantly higher.
Duyung numbers as per the GCA reports Dec 2020.
Low - 384 BCF (net EME 32 BCF)
Best - 566 BCF (net EME 48 BCF)
High - 766 BCF (net EME 65 BCF)
Assuming a $3 per mcf gas sale, which I think is conservative gives us following broad brush NPV. I’ve assumed 700m shares in issue.
Low - 10.8p
Best - 16p
High - 22p
If you apply 50% contingency to the above SP numbers.
Low - 5.4p
Best - 8p
High - 11p
Hi there
No it’s GST
Good luck to you and merry Christmas
BATM by any chance?
Yes we need it
My other also had a rather spectacular morning
In deep holes with both but ..........
Nice rise this morning. Need a lot more of this please.
This share is oversold and undermined on low volumes, until we get the next RNS confirming the details of the Gas Sales Agreement with various parties in Asia, such as Singapore.
We have our 8% stake, and that will be worth something more than the current share price.
You can speculate HOW MUCH MORE, and we will have our different calculations.
My valuation for what it is worth is 3 to 4 pence to EME.
Sentiment will change once that RNS arrives.
You either punt beforehand, buy sub 1 pence, and take the risk, with this tiddler, OR you wait until the RNS is out and pay 1.5 pence plus to buy the shares.
Imo, there is money to be made here for the brave punters who stick around. The nervous should stay away and buy Lloyds Bank instead.
GLA and Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
TT - No-one really knows if there is any potential with this share but if it goes down as it has today by just 0.06 of a penny & this equates to a fall of 8.45% then surely this gives you a clue.
If you are thinking of investing here then ask yourself why & go have a lie down.
Just had a good read of the interims, doesn’t sound like there’s much gas left in the tank. Waiting for a gsa for an 8.5 percent holding. What’s that worth in pounds annually? They will need money for the 2023 drill too if they do one. is there any money in the bank? I hold shares but I’ve written them off. Does anyone think there’s any potential?
So is this company dead in the water with the shares just dropping to nothing?
Down she goes
CRD. Trading Last Night.
With 4.5 trading days only before 25 th December it is interesting to see the volume and number of trades last night ; this was the highest since listing.
From their website, it is very apparent through the other joint South East Asian projects they have a successful and professional relationship with the Indonesian Govt ; why one asks therefore has the GSA not yet been signed off ?
Are Indonesia, arguably the next China in terms of economic growth / output etc. looking for a much larger volume of the Mako gas than originally anticipated ?
The GSA will be signed off according to Mario before Christmas, hopefully an update on Monday.
I have posted the below link to the Conrad Asia website ; it is worth reassuring oneself as to how EXTREMELY important this GSA is to the future of CRD as well as to EME and CORO
https://conradasia.com/
Not a time to be selling IMO
Please DYOR.
Current market cap less than £8 million, lowest share price for over five years Well done Bod, wonder if the board's pay reflects this state of affairs?Still waiting for something or anything that resembles realistic plans to dig our company out of the pit they have created-fat chance!
Gazza4563 - On a night out at least I can afford to buy my round probably because my share pickings are better than some on here & I am not blindly led by idiot rampers who know F all.
So, just to clarify things here is the write up from a few weeks back on this mumbo jumbo business. "Empyrean Energy reported an operating loss of $7.71m in its final results on Friday, significantly widening from the $0.95m it recorded in 2021. The AIM-traded firm, which remains pre-revenue, said its loss from continuing operations after tax totalled $8.11m for the 12 months ended 31 March, compared to $0.95m year-on-year.
Empyrean's key focus during the year was completing the necessary activities required in preparation for the drilling of the initial exploration well at Jade under the production sharing contract (PSC) terms, said chief executive officer Tom Kelly.
WE ALL KNOW HOW THAT ONE WENT, BUT UNDETERRED HE CONTINUED ...
“While the end result was not the one we had hoped for at Jade, the achievement of safely drilling the well on time and on budget was a credit to Empyrean's team" STILL A 100% WASTE OF MONEY THOUGH & AFTER MISLEADING GULLIBLE INVESTORS WITH HYPED UP PROMISES"
Kelly said the company had therefore made the decision to enter into an agreement for the second phase of exploration on block 29/11, with the aim to drill Topaz before June 2024 ... YES JUNE 2024.
Meanwhile the BOD etc will still be taking their salaries & bonuses which are paid for by? Guess who.
The purpose of this post is simply to highlight the fact that there are paid AIM rampers on boards such as these misleading people to buy into dud companies with the promise of quick money. Usual caveats apply.
Who is going to pay Eme 's developement costs , they are currently underwater with debt. The increased valuation of the asset is down to putin and his invasion of Ukraine .Ithink they will have to sell the asset to pay for the bod's chinese misadventures. Grate(sic.) company.
Doesnt make any sense. Unless both EME and CORO are being held back, to spring when GSA is announced... but then again, the buys are small and the sells are larger .. so really cant explain it!
So why has this fallen so quickly?
Hope so!
My average is 1.8p, so hopefully that is pretty safe!
Yes I’m averaging down a little
Now is certainly the time to take a position!
Yes I think 3 p is now achievable
