share puppets hedging their bets re DWHT "Previously writing on Dewhurst (DWHT) on a February AGM update, I noted further negative macro read-across. The company has now updated including “whilst seasonal effects mean the company's second half is traditionally stronger than the first half, the effect in FY16 has been greater than usual”. This sees “the board currently expect group revenues for FY16 to exceed £47.0 million with a positive impact on profits compared with current market expectations”. This follows half year results to 31st March 2016 having shown earnings per share down from a prior year 18.6p to 13.1p on revenue down from £22.8 million to £21.3 million. The prior year’s half-year performance evolved into full-year earnings per share of 52p on revenue of £45.9 million. It is noted “a significant proportion of Dewhurst's sales and earnings are generated in foreign currencies and the depreciation of pound sterling during FY16 has continued to benefit Dewhurst's reported sales and profits” - and there looks to be good improvement from the February update-stated “lower short term demand” and “margin pressures”. The shares have recovered from sliding from more than 650p on 1st February to 550p, to presently 675p. The current macroeconomic climate sees me particularly wary of self-admitted “lead time from order to invoicing of our products is generally very short, which also means the visibility of changes in demand is equally short”. However, with a view to the further detail of full-year results expected “by mid-December”, this looks one for watchlists. - See more at: http://www.*************.com/views/25261/dewhurst-performance-from-materially-below-to-positive-compared-with-current-market-expectations#sthash.DAJqJEfB.dpuf"

maybe dwha should diversify into big red buttons, if there is a chance these will be used more?
will Trump be keen to hand power on? Outside family? Is that his style/ego? ..also, remember, the nukes ..always the nukes ..MAD ===>threats???? ..OMG
super.eh
lift buttons. (life buttons perhaps a more cutting edge biz aimed at young persons?)
best guess on hilary vs trump? and which would really be better for stock markets? (my own view, i don't think it will matter much which matters in *medium term*, since US system does actually have an impressive inbuilt system of check & balances.) issue remains about the seismic l/t adjustment of chinese economy, very hard to manage (and in fact, part of the problem is, they still think it *can* be managed) & usa voters have no influence at all over that. [and a more puzzling / uncertain issue remains, what will world that is delinked from oil prices in, say, 15-20 years, look like?] but hard to say how it affects a business making life buttons, lol. my interest here approx half previous, having chicked out a little earlier. may buy back, but atm am being a bit passive until the world settles a bit post us election (assuming it does settle, & no US civil war)
lol
all a bit jack & jill.
flop lol ...the answer it seems is that 400 better than 500 lol
nice bit of blue on a rather red day. nearly enough to make a pair of sailor's trousers, well, if tailored by jeanpaul gaultier.

and no quote to sell..jolly intriguing
either drops back or attacks 500 imv ...12k pounds...yum yum ..feel a bit Homer-ish ..in front to fridge.. or outside Mo's, hand on handle..about to beer out...
in a useful direction, but volume still unconvincing.
good to keep tabs on the weather vane posters..bonker, rids, dan etc etc..there is plenty of v dumb money swillin around (or plenty of that plus canny PIs prepared to risk the mojo/spike game..as i do with mixed success lol)
i keep wondering when it would be the right time to go short on bonker? - but that tick-up rating just keeps on climbing. ... yet another demonstration, pace mr. graham that price & value ain't the same.
