Has anyone reported DVRG or anyone associated with it to the FCA? Is that even a worthy avenue? Is there even a case to answer?
If deception/falsifications can be proven then surely justice should prevail? What has happened here over the past 9 months is unbelievable. From a botched raise last November to the complete collapse of a company once considered to be in a strong place.
Companies dont go under over night. People will have known. BOD, auditors, broker? There has to be more protection for shareholders.
Dingodog1. For all the "talk" of openness, diversity, fairness, and transparency - our nation is going to the dogs. Someone invested here, might report the shinanagans that have gone on here, but I doubt anyone in authority will care.
Everyone on here that feels GB has deliberately lied to you please report to FCA

Just sent!
I think he was very very careful 'It's all in the RNS' was his usual social media response.
If you are going to report it you need evidence and examples, and remember sometimes demonstrations in china, for instance, don't lead to anything that's not fraud. Personal opinion he's been duplicitous, but just on the right side of the line.
A poster on advfn with ID copperwindow93, who used to post as PB78 on lse, and who had claimed to be a *large* holder of DVRG shares, said on advfn that he was going to the FCA.
he said he had retained many personal messages from 1:1 discussions with GB, and said he was going to share those with the FCA. copperwindow93 posted many of those supposed personal comms from GB over on advfn, which are still available to view on that site.
obviously, i cannot say whether those communications genuinely are from GB as copperwindow93 claimed, and i don’t know whether or not they evidence any wrong-doing as i’ve not followed the history here and don’t know the issues, but DVRG shareholders interested in going to the FCA might want to take a look at copper’s post history as food for thought.
Just had a look at the FCA website and Deepverge (including GB) do not appear to be registered, unless I missed something! so, perhaps a different avenue is needed? Have just contacted London Stock Exchange for regulatory clarification. Will keep you posted.
lol - at my own gullibility: like the old line says, if it's too good to be true . . . .
Deepverge are a limited company and have no reason to be registered by the FCA?
The companies broker, nomad and financial advisors would indeed be FCA authorised...
As suggested below dvrg are not registered with FCA but I’ve had a response saying they have referred it to Market Abuse Team. Please if you feel lied to please contact market.abuse@fca.org.uk
if there is enough noise from us perhaps they will investigate……
They also suggested aimregulation@londonstockexchange.com
Thank you bemmacolli1
My view is we can all moan about him getting away with it or lack of teeth from aim or regulators but… if we all send an email then just maybe they will take a look…
The Stock Exchange and the government did absolutely F*** all when Afren went down due to obvious and blatant, erm shall I say 'Not entirely honest behaviour' taking hundreds of millions of investors money with it, including one person I know off who lost £1 Million. Why do you think they will care one iota about a small Irish company taking a few millions? Sadly our money is gone into yet another AIM con black hole.
