Water Wally your looking a litter bitter and a little silly at the moment, for the majority of people on this board DVRG is a long term investment, I have been in sub 1p so am still still on a good profit, I have added more over time not to make a quick buck, but to build a substantial holding for the future, not tomorrow, not next week or month, let’s have a chat in 12 or 24 months time, you have to agree that DVRG have added exceptional value over the last 2 years, now if you were one of the ones that jumped in at anything above 40p then that’s unfortunate, if you were looking for a quick profit, you never know where we may be in 12 months.
Wow, lying. That's pretty strong language to use on a public forum.
So, tell me one more thing. Will you undertake to make a full apology on this BB if the revenue guidance turns out to be approximately right - say £9m or more? Seems fair.
Doubters of mugging he has called this before the lottery has been drawn .
Stampee your a new kid on the block best you go back and research a bit .
'DV is in trouble. They have already given up on several product lines altogether. Its not being able to make microtox reagents that is killing them'
Watergenius will now explain to us all how the financial results, (highly realistic looking) revenue guidance for 2021, and move to profitability in Q4 last year are all clear symptoms of a troubled company getting 'killed'. The floor is yours. Facts and figures, not hearsay, please.
Lets' take a look at what is going on at Modern water:

* nd the fact the handed the work to INtegumen, now DVRG.
Waternumpty, it’s lying not lieing.
You’re saying the RNSs related to reagents are lies (not lys ;) and if so you’re clutching at straws. Perhaps MWG did indeed have issues fulfilling the orders which explains the back orders and the fact they’d handed the work to INtegumen, not DVRG.
Bit odd as was someone on avct board giving dvrg a hammering the other day too. He seemed to think he knew staff members but not GB . Can’t see it myself with all the stuff in the pipeline and good things to look forward to . Be good if GB could clarify for us
Is it me or is anyone else thinking waterbaby and the mug may be in league or even the same people, asking for a friend LOL

" Further to the previous notification of production commencement (RNS[i] dated 30 March 2020), Integumen announces completion of the first batch of reagent for Modern Water plc ("MW"). Shipment has commenced to meet the back-orders and growing demand for water contamination detection bacteria from existing clients. With the increase of water hygiene controls around the world due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, Integumen has doubled production volume with a total list price value of £500,000 per batch, after the current initial production run. Revenues from sales of reagent produced under the revenue sharing manufacturing agency agreement with MW are split 60% / 40% in favour of Modern Water, after costs. "

"DeepVerge (LSE:DVRG.L), the environmental and life science AI company, announces that since the offer for the acquisition of Modern Water plc was completed on November 17, 2020, contractual obligations have been signed for the production of water contamination equipment worth $5 million USD (£3.6m) to meet its obligations with distributors and customers. Notably, 80% of the equipment being produced is earmarked for the Chinese market, where further assembly and localization will be carried out. These orders are expected to be delivered during the current financial year ending 31 December 2021."
"· Upgrade to the MW reagent production line, in York, UK, being completed with the installation of a HS-2 Freeze Drying Lyophilizer from Frozen in Time[vi]. "Phase two of our manufacturing plan is being implemented to increase manufacturing capacity in China in Quarter 2, 2021 to double current capacity by year end."
Further, RNS Number : 5189N Deepverge PLC 01 February 2021, Appointment of former IBM Legal Counsel as CoSec:
"Fiona joins DeepVerge with more than 20 years' experience as Country Counsel for Ireland for IBM. "
Maybe she didn't see any need to check out the prospect of the roughly 50 million market cap company before joining!
May I ask is it true what waterborne or what ever his name is , about scientist and sales team leaving in droves, I thought this was an up and up company?
I have been here from way back when , I have read countless posts of dreams but not reality the scientists maybe clever...but not clever enough if the sales teams are twiddling their thumbs .
WaterGenius - I appreciate your insights. Although I was initially sceptical about one or two points that you made on the MWG BB you were proved to be 100% correct. As an example you pointed out the US sales team had left en masse which proved to be true. Keep up the good work!
There is nothing wrong with DVRG potential, it's a growth stock for me and as such, happy to wait a year or so, or longer if necessary.
Trills,
Seems like the data I took from i.i.i which is supplied by Morning Star is hopelessly out of date but then so is ost of the other stuff Morning Star shows for DVRG, yes it really does still show it as Integumen alone!!!
ie Company Profile
Integumen PLC is a personal health care company. It develops and commercializes technology and products for the human integumentary system that may improve physical appearance, hygiene and general health outcomes.
There really do seem to be a lot of people here who aren't cut out for the ups and downs of investing and who also appear to believe that a few months is a long time horizon for a share. This is not an alternative to Ladbrokes being closed. For my own part, I have zero expectations around any COVID specific plays here and (bar a couple of mad days last autumn), nor do I believe they are priced in. There's enough good potential here regardless and in my view the SP represents good value without them. Stick with the fundamentals.
Wouldn’t surprise me with Helium, they have done it before Here, constant selling in big chunks. Wish they would **** off tbh.
From the DV website NU
As at 1 February 2021, shareholders holding more than 3% of the share capital of DeepVerge were:
Helium Rising Stars Fund – 10,871,943 shares (6.39% of existing share capital)
Last I saw Helium held 72m shares here (6.7% of the company stock)
Helium Rising have taken some profit out of Microsaic , might be doing the same here to reduce the risk element for their investors?
yup 60k + of sells.....the AIM lord giveth with one hand and takes it all back and then some with the other a moment later
60k of buys...anyone guess what's coming next?
Its only a loss when you sell, I am an investor not a trader and will take a view in 12 months, the broker forcast is reassuring, lots of new due in the next few weeks.
