Yo. Not invested here, but just thought I'd point out that the trades in question (1,818,181) was a bed & isa (or bed & sipp) so you see both the sell and buy trades.
Same with the 2.7M trades.
Nothing underhand.
In addition, maybe the date (1st July 2020) on the shareholder information page on the co website may be an error and was not updated to 1/10/20.
The top of the page states "This information was updated on 1 October 2020." So perhaps they just forgot to amend/update the July date?
If he sold then there would have to be an RNS disclosing the sale?
OK but the point Im making is that he hasn't really taken a risk with his own money in the placing.
He put in 18 grand and right away sold to get his money back but expects pi's to risk their money.
When directors take part in a placing you would expect them to leave them until the sp had improved which in this case looks like he doesn't think it will, and even though the company gets the money he wanted it back straight away he obviously wasn't going to take that chance.
Not good.
Also see the 2 x 2.7 million trades.
Regardless of the trades you mention, which I cannot explain, A Forrest still holds 29m shares in the company so his interests are aligned with shareholders.
Note - the recent trades at .569 are buys not sells as shown on this site.
That puts a different perspective on things.
Strange how 2 trades have went thru this morning for 1,818,181.
Now Angus F subscribed to 3,636,363 ( near enough 2x 1,818,181) also has warrants for 1,818,181.
Placing was at .55p but sell was at .5p
Also on 1st July 2020 Angus F had 29,893,921 shares and after todays placing he still has 29,893,921 shares.
So has he just sold the placing shares, or the same amount of shares he bought at a lower price.
Not very encouraging but at least its not underhand and can be openly seen by all.
What is going on here, anybody.
GM - General Meeting where the issue of placing shares was approved and change in investing policy, and appointment of new directors etc
What does GM mean please?
Lol, thanks. Weird response from someone who I guess wants the share price to go up.
dyor....thats the only tip i was ever given in my investing career.
Hope that helps.
Hi guys, I’ve seen this on twitter. Come on to check the share circulation, and latest investment. Looks ok so far.
Can any of you sell this share to me? Thanks.
Yup. Not a spoof co like many investments by others. Has revenue history and assets, hopefully they can grow this and float it at IPO. It’s the type of tech used by large organisations and Governments. Drum holders will do well.

people taking note now it appears ....doing their research.
quality stock here. some clever people involved and clever investments.
gla
today. Wanted to buy but couldn't. One broker wouldn't deal and the other was sales only, no buys quoted. Today could have been better.
This should not be slightly down! I've added a few more at 0.74p.
Clearly someone building a position here today, some of the biggest trades we’ve seen going in for a few weeks and a number of them, even when we see some large sells, 2 minutes later another 1m round buy went in! Wonder if they want more! Can see this testing 1p before news
Looks like either BrightGrow SSAS , are still buying or someone is. Million buy trades going through. Expect another 'Holding in Company' announcement soon
Some buys showing as sells as well

Olderandwiser - it’s a small pension scheme.
They invest in tech firms
Who, or what, is Brightgrow SSAS?
Up Up up
