Hi does anyone think this share will actually resume ? Or are we waiting to be told the doors are closed for good !
Well my belief is the REE project has maybe been shelved & another one lined up for maybe something completly different to REE....have seen this before in another share I hold original idea not a goer ... but having said that the Co ..has now RTO into a medical enterprise as director said "Lucky to be in on that share " its now going great guns !! so all is not lossed folks !
But here's hoping for the RTO to go ahead ....My thoughts only !
Typo " lost " not lossed
And update of any kind is the leas they should do ! Disgusting wait with no news here ! This looks like a scam in the making ! Hope I’m wrong as got £3k in it !
Active directors in Terra Rara whom Amala Foods did a share purchase agreement !!
Mr Jason Paul Brewer . I questioned him in a twitter message ..reply Iam not involved ?
Mr Gerard Kisbey-Green He's balls deep in a gold enterprise #GCAT
Mr Robert Mccrae Ditto #GCAT they are busy trying to raise funds for Gold project .....looks to me like maybe they have not got time to invest time in progressing REE for us ?
This info on who are the directors in Terra Rara is on Companies House web page !
Well the main thing is where’s our bloody investment money ? If it doesn’t come back surly it’s a case of fraud
Well the last time I received a reply, which was way back in August, I was told that things were proceeding but that due diligence processes were at a glacial pace and the lawyers are slow in Uganda so no timeline is available.
@Pidster - same here with a £3.5K investment, bad, but not as bad as putting £10K into Evraz just before the sanctions ffs.
@antelope - last time I received a reply was actually today from JMK. I will not provide details as I said in my post of 6/2/23. GLA, Dan
I don't hold here but I used to and I did say that this RTO would never happen.
I don't know why they don't restart their former food discount business.
Well not what I expected. Nor any of us I imagine. But the Drylab team are pretty good in my opinion (John Mahtani) and this RNS strikes me as very hopeful. Rare earth mineral mines in Angola were always going to be a bit dodgy. This could take us down a much better route. With the emphasis on 'could'.
Mind you, this could take some time. The way markets are right now is not encouraging for RTOs.
What price will it reopen at? 0.01p for a 373K m/cap. Or maybe 0.001p for a £37.3K m/cap?
The former business was just closed, Amala Foods was sold for peanuts, the RTO has failed and they may/may not get their $125,000 back, and a new member to the board who doesn't seem to fit with any previous activities and a Loan Note for £405k. DREAM ON!!
The suspension closing price is given at 0.425p and with 373 million shares in issue that gives a m/cap of £1.58M. That is not valid anymore as the former businesses have all been closed or disposed of and the RTO has fallen through.
Even with a new board member but with no particular direction stated and a total inability to raise any cash for a RTO, the SP on readmission has got to be in the low hundreds of thousands, if that as the CLN's are just a negative asset.
My guess about 9 months !
Art, the rto will be valued on the new business not the loan note and lack of assets that Amala has as its effectively a shell now.
Why are you bothering to deramp a share that's not even listed? Not seen anyone stoop that low before - you literally can't affect this share with your efforts
No, the suspension is due to be lifted after the Annual Financial Report at the end of this month.
"The Company now expects to publish its Annual Financial Report at the end of this month. The delays have been largely due to the busy season and resourcing challenges faced by the Company's auditors. Upon publication, the Company will make an application to restore the listing to the Main Market."
However, a RTO into a completely new sector appears to be bordering on bonkers. They would have had better prospects getting Big Dish up and running. Even another commodity prospect would have been a better idea as both Bishop and Morley-Kirk have experience and are active in this sector.
News, media, TV - totally bonkers and a no-go from the outset.

Don't you mean digital media technology? Explosive area.
