oh yes...apologies...the non-compliance had me thinking it was on AIM!
It’s on the main LSE list
@drone1, this share isn’t on the AIM market.
Yes people buy suspended shares we've had a couple of trades go through..contact your broker..only OTC when delisted and we aren't.
How do you sell OTC ?
Does anyone buy suspended shares ?
I wish to sell my shares - how and who through
Aaa I’m in and still waiting .Lionsgold now tally suspended 4 years now with the promise it’s coming back soon .
AAA were delisted a time ago - all that happened was they had to be transferred out of any ISA and are still sitting in my dealing account. The same would happen to DEV, but unlikely as they are only suspended pending the reverse takeover.
It might help if the FCA staff went back to the office.
Sorry I thought you meant struck-off.
I believe that after 6 months of being suspended from AIM. The Exchange will cancel the admission. This 6 months is up I think? I guess if cancelled it will then be a private company with a cloud over it in terms of compliance failures at Companies House and a risk of being struck-off if the non-compliance continues.
It will cease to exist. I am sure this is unlikely to happen.
If Dev are delisted I believe we still hold the shares but can't trade them on the exchange. Need to find an over the counter buyer..(OTC)..Happy to be corrected tho..if they don't meet the criteria ie a certain amount of turnover or failure to submit results/accounts etc of the LSE a delisting can take place..again I'm no expert so if anyone else is more clued up happy to be educated.
Delisted
What happens to our holdings if Dev are delisyrd/struck off
