I agree….and don’t see a return to the 40s ever. Von Dutch’s 50p warrants are now obsolete….but he’ll support the fundraiser just to average down, I’m sure!
Wonder if we'll here anything from the company known to be constantly on mute..Delisting Wednesday and I wish I'd have sold half my holding in the 40's!..
I'm pi ssed off because I invested on what the company put out and what Jeffries was telling us, this with the poor communication and obviously badly managed finances is going to damage investor relations..who is gonna baçk this mob now?
I can only hope the recent shuffle is seen as a positive and we gain some credibility..see what this week brings. GLA.
….these trades! I think the long slow death will cause more pain than the cardia arrest!
Scardey, apology accepted.
I wonder how long we’ll keep halving for! I’ve said 1-2p for a while. Yikes!
Half wit how can i be a half wit if I sold half my holding in the 40s...really dont know how you have the nerve to continue posting here, your constant ramping and in effect making out you are in the know has probably cost a lot of people huge losses and still you are bulling up this company despite the way they are treating the ordinary shareholders you really are a half wit !!!!!!
Game set and match . Classic
And the good news is, at todays 7.5p SP, you’re still in profit.
Sorry, I was confusing you with that other halfwit, Spks. Easy mistake to make.
Sorry Scaredyprat, you must have me confused with someone else! I’ve not sold a single share and have consistently stated I have just over 300,000 shares, first purchased at 2.1p and averaged up. I think my last purchase was 33p. So get ur facts right before you have a pop!
I think it’s fair to say that your blind hyper ramping of all that is wonderful in Dev land has been seen to be nothing but folly! Many, not just I, have comment on this, so wind ur neck in!
Individually. Take your pick….but mainly Chris Jeffries for leading us on a merry dance. The CFO for allowing us to drop to £100k in the bank. All the directors for supporting the decisions. The list goes on. Lies lies lies and but all is wonderful in Devland!
Get your facts right before you start spouting sh ite. I’ve been saying for a long time something was very wrong here, whereas you’ve just been telling the world how wonderful things are!
I’m not sure about the self “party” maybe we should hold a “wake” instead of a “party” as Dev will soon cease to exist! Would you do the music! You could do a set list “Hit the Road Jack!?”
What is this, as no details have been announced how can a trade this size go through..baffles me.
ASLR still looking strong today. If you were privvy to inside info and knew we were gonna be ok eventually hoovering these at 7.5 and ASLR at 3p is a no brainer..maybe that's someone's game?
7.5p
If you’re so convinced you’ve been screwed over Bagzzz, why don’t you spell out your accusation on here and name the individuals involved?
You made a killing selling half your holding in the 40’s, with the remainder standing you at a mere 7p, yet you continue with the self pity party on here. Dread to think what we’d be subjected to had you paid 30p and not sold any.
Yep….it’s the FCA that have screwed PIs over! Where is the head slap emoji!?
Not saying it won’t be NASDAQ, but I suspect re-applying to LSE would be an easier route, due to a lot of work (including prospectus) having already been done. Obviously, prospectus would need updating, but basic structure will already be there.
I strongly suspect ASLR action last week was significant. If we have short term funding in place to allow time for growth funding to be sourced, then the company can still have a great future. My guesstimate for re-list would be 1 to 2 years.
We are in a red hot sector and also branching out into enterprise business (income from businesses as opposed to schools). I think a strong foundation for rapid growth has been laid this last 12 months and that momentum is not going to disappear overnight. It is just unfortunate that an overly fastidious FCA has contributed significantly to the company being in the precarious position it’s in today.
If you're thinking about selling in a grey market.....

One big update on Wednesday then IMO
A vote is not needed. The company are leaving LSE on 18th Jan. It’s a done deal.
All this talk of hope is just wishful thinking and completely futile I'm afraid.
Nothing good is coming our way for a long, long time. Background positivity is better than deterioration of the company but that's all folks
What makes you think it won't be NASDAQ or not at all mate?
Your forgetting a vote is needed to leave LSE by shareholders
Three years might still be the earliest!
All I'm interested in short term is getting some of my investment back
3 years at earliest, if we’re very lucky! I’m hoping for a takeover within 18 months…that doesn’t turn into a reverse takeover!
Tbh a listing in India is more likely in the short to medium term but I do remember CA suggesting Nasdaq as a goal some time ago GLA
A Nasdaq listing is a long way off, if it happens at all. In the case you did own US listed shares, you would just complete a form W-8BEN, through your broker and you’re good to go. Tax treatment is the same as UK listed shares.
