Yep, emailed again this morning and received a reply so at least we have something to 'look forward' to
Just to add , the asset Match facility is available once the company is funded..once this happens it will be possible to use it.
Once the working capital has been raised growth capital hopefully follows and were fully funded then the Asset Match can begin.
LivenLearn I tend to agree..there is a rumour that Akers has put some into the funding. I don't know how much or the terms but hopefully the presentation will shed some light on it. I have no doubt there is a business in a great space it's just a case of keeping Jefferies away from the driving seat and hopefully the new faces can monetise us.
I have received my acknowledgement for the presentation.
It's all a bit cloak and daggers.
My current thinking is, forget what could have been, use this as a full reset and if I believe Veative is heading in the right direction then I'll keep my shares and even buy more if the auction price comes out pretty low (which is almost certain in the first month with many wanting to get some cash back).
When there's blood on the streets.......
received this today...clearly values these shares at 7.5p. Where has this value come from?

Anyone have any idea what price we might get? Thinking I might sell half and keep the rest if possible. If edtech ever gets popular again anyone prepared to hold for a while could do well. Junior Blair still probably doing alright with his company that’s likely not a patch on DEV.
So is it basically a month long auction that is / maybe executed in a month's time?.
I understand it is a limit sell so you put your limit in and see if it is matched by a buyer? I may be wrong though as it's all new to me. Anyone with experience in this is welcome.
Of course CA as will Von Rosen and all the other big investors, who will invest at ridiculously low prices and dilute PIs to hell. As I’ve repeatedly said, there are those that will do very well out of Dev, but it won’t be PIs who invested pretty much from the beginning. We can all hope…but as I’ve said before, it’s the hope that kills u!
As far as I know CA is backing Veative with a substantial top up .GLA
I have emailed but all the information required is on the asset website. If you're with HL they can sell via asset but barclays no. There is a list of brokers on there
Liven Learn same here , might be a volume thing. Keep trying I am..I can't find a link on the website but using one off RNS Vox market link ..
Seems like the company has bent over its investors.
Does any one know the process of switching DEV shares into the new company?

Good start hey
Anyone with Barclays ?
"Asset Match operates an open auction system where volumes of bids and offers at different prices are displayed on its website together with the closing date of the auction. At the end of each auction period, Asset Match passes this information through a non-discretionary algorithm that determines a "market-derived" share price based on supply and demand and allocates transactions accordingly."
If buyers are willing to take on last market price we could exit limit the damage (hope).
Cancellation effective from 8am Wed 18th!
Quite a detailed description of the Asset Matching Trading Facility
I'm still angry and no way to vent.
100% rise must be seen in perspective that ASLR is still over 90% down in one year. It is also trading at 3p having been at 70p+ less than 2 years ago.
I think sorting ASLR into the category of a "bag of sh ***" is correct.
News before delisting regarding matched bargain facility...Well the 18th is quoted for Delisting from the RNS ..and today is the 17th...not rocket science is it.Same old...
Yep, me too! I caught a 10% rise in PREM but not quite 100%. Couldn’t leave my money in a share associated with Dev, when I don’t Trust anyone controlling the company. Simples. You can’t win them all.
Bagzzz I hope your DEV predictions are as good as your ASLR predictions. Since starting a thread of how much it’s a “bag of s****” it’s valuation has increased over 100%….
