Just unfiltered you to see this thread..it's a shame you think I'm a "smug ramper" because I think we could be BB buddies and enjoy a pint together discussing the ups and downs of the company..
Just to straighten it up I said the exit of a seller is deemed as good for the sp not the physical act of selling which obviously isn't good.
Also I didn't reply to any of your comments as you were filtered from your comments about" having to raise cash and lol.."
Anyway I digress..I agree 100% with you and DSC and your comment on anyone changing their position here does indeed need to give their head a rattle...we move on. GL.
I am pleased to see a change in sentiment on the part of Sunsetsupper. At one point I thought that he was shorting the stock. I recall that sunset talked about a hoped for share price of 35 pence per share in the future.
Every business has problems or delays in timing of events, but the appointment of Julian Carter as MD of the agency division and adverts in the media for staff is not a sign that Dev Clever is in trouble- on the contrary it indicates to me that matters are moving forward nicely. Then one also has what appears to have been a successful trip by CJ to India.
Any growth company needs capital for expansion and the delay in the prospectus is not for me an indication that the ongoing funding by Intrinsic (ASLR) will not still take place. But please let's not have a falling out of investors who both seem to have a bullish outlook. There are better things to discuss.
Dara..a cracking post.
Glad to see the lovefest back in session :-)
No prospectus? disappointing, it would have been a catalist, that said lock down means more focus on remote and edu tech, VR, basically anything not affected by lock down so HOPEFULLY will avoid a Monday morning blood bath.
The equity funding at 10p should mean we have 10p as a solid base. Happy to hold and wait with this one.
I emailed the company many weeks ago regarding a question I had. It did take a few days and some moaning on here (which they may or may not have seen)..the reply from CJ was in a nutshell the company are very busy. Let's hope that's the delay the fact we are so busy. Time will tell,an interesting period ahead I think where things should be a little clearer and some unanswered questions could be cleared up with the prospectus or RNS. GL.
