Hey Met - I had a look at this basket case today. Accounts and debt levels indicate the shareholders will take a bath here. The lenders will again call the shorts here. It goes to show gamblers just can't stop gambling. Another one to short next week.
Knigee will on now saying its not gambling! Self awareness =0. Its not what we don't know that gets us into trouble its what we are sure we know that does! Good man Knigee, do you in general beat the market?
All investments carry a degree of risk. Whether you want to call it gambling is up to you. With Debenhams I only invested small amounts and what I could afford to lose. Btw if you do have to obsess about me - at least get my user name right!!
Poor old nigee, he lost A LOT gambling here! Too proud to admit it though.
You ignored the question, purposely I take it? Anyway we both know the answer!
Nice chunky short on Stanley now at 2.17. Easy money
To answer your question - I made so much money on Next and then Helphire years ago - a few car crashes since have not stopped me looking forward very much to 55 early retirement - why you are obsessed about me and continue to talk about other investments yet do not post on them is beyond me - it be a shame if I have to filter you as well!
So you are a market beater now, in the top 3%. Come on Nigel we all know that ain't true. Your knowledge of investing is poor. If you did get lucky and made a fortune it's all being lost. No ones obsessed with you nigee, we just continue to point out your bad gambles.
Hey Pearls, thanks again. Im sitting on a nice little profit here already. KNIGEE you won't filter me pal, you might miss a good tip. I see you are still trying to control who posts where!
Not a market beater, he lost an absolute fortune with Deb, also MOS, total disaster for him, not to mention CLP.
He works in a shop (I'll fish out the post where he says so if he tries to deny it).
Very much doub't retirement will come for him at 55. People who work in shops and lose their savings gambling on the stock exchange don't retire early.
