Shy: 112,801,969 shares (59.2% of the issued share capital) were voted on this resolution with 104,432,084 (92.6%) voting in support for the resolution and 8,369,885 (7.4%) voting against it.
I don't get it why would people with shares of a value vote out to make there shares worthless I am obviously missing something again
Shares to be cancelled on aim..
Just instructed broker to enter a no vote to resolution 10.. every little helps...... Me also!
Just instructed broker to enter a no vote to resolution 10.. every little helps...
Is inaction The directors 7% if only 25% of people vote becomes 28% add that to the two Far East shareholders and we are getting dangerously close to the 75% required I assume that a non vote is considered a yes Anyway everyone who has shares get on to your broker and vote no to resolution 10 Don't wait till tomorrow do it now while it's fresh in your mind REMEMBER MY FRIENDS A DELISTING IS GOING YOU SERIOUSLY DAMAGE YOUR WEALTH DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS
I go through first direct and they have sent me a letter saying they will endevour to send me a paper share cert...They can't be held in my account...
I don't hold a huge number of shares (100,000) but have voted against resolution 10. I bought in over 2p so a bit p'd off. My shares are in a SIPP with Barclays Stockbrokers. I don't think it is even possible to trade using a matched bargain facility. How is this good for shareholders? We are being shafted.
Pump & dump?? to let somebody out...Anybody??
Up 35.38% summet's afoot..
Why put forward the idea if they didn't think they'd get it? They'd look a bit daft if the shareholders "turn against them." (IMO, that does need pointed out, though I am also against delisting)
Major shareholders will have already made up their minds for their own financial ends ;)
HSBC who hold my shares Resolution 10 a big fat No That's 2 Million on the no side If we all pull together I'm pretty sure we can cancel out the 15million odd the directors own Then leave the rest to the big hitters For everyone's information it's dead easy to do took about 5 mins and 4 minutes of that was getting them to answer the phone Anyway don't let them get away with this I have been a loyal investor with this lot for a few years now waiting for them to come up with that one thing and just as they look like they are going to get some cash coming in they pull a stunt like this Register your no now POWER TO THE PEOPLE
Just a quick one does anyone out there know How the voting forms will be distributed Will they come direct from the company do you have to get in touch with your broker Or do you have to go onto there website Very little information around
Ok thanks , .... shame I thought it would do well at some point ,but despite RNS 's it never took off
