What on earth is that all about?!
Nice to see someone posting a comment as its been devoid of life for weeks with us all just waiting. Hopefully some good news soon after the wait. GLA.
We have some interesting signs of life: Check out the companies house filing records for London Critical Metals Market Limited - https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/12505827/filing-history
In short:
Change of directors
Change of address
Still linked up with Convergevest Holdings Group Ltd
January 2018 - 9p
January 2019 - 1.85p
January 2020 - 0.875p
The trend is definitely not our friend!
Think we’re all feeling the same It’s like lockdown, nothing has happened so nothing to talk about. Will be a decent Christmas present if the deal goes through though.
Still here waiting patiently, not that we can do anything else at this stage. The money is in the pot. Just a case of waiting to see whether it's boom or back to normal.
What are people expecting here ? Been very quite for the last few weeks
Well Friday has gone but by Christmas perhaps? If deal completes, what a Christmas present that would be!
Will probably be Friday what you reckon?
The wait is killing me......
Details of a potential transaction with Sun Seven Stars Investment Group ("SSSIG") were first announced on 18 March 2020, and updates provided on 1 July 2020, 12 August 2020 and on 2 November 2020. Although the period of exclusivity originally granted to SSSIG has expired, the Company remains in discussions with SSSIG regarding a potential extension of the exclusivity period with a view to a potential transaction, and we await requested due diligence materials in order to be able to agree terms with SSSIG.
The full RNS is on the London Stock Exchange website always best to view it there I find
All is well. Suspended pending further announcement regarding the RTO. Exclusivity arrangement with SSSIG ends in December so we may have to wait a couple of weeks (Unless the BoD have been super efficient vs their more recent relaxed approach to progress :)
what happened here ? I got LSE saying this share is de-listed ? and no news on the curzon website... is it still trading ? are we hoping for recovery from suspension or are we dead in the water ?
I still wonder whether the suspension has been a move by the BoD to stop shares being hoovered up on the cheap by those involved in the RTO. There was a period of time where buys at £2k/£3k/£4k were popping up every time a load of retail investors were flushed out with cheeky little drops. No TR1's ever showed up so could be way off the mark.
On a brighter note, you don't suspend trading unless you have good reason to! Come on boys, lets get a solid result!
Pick a number and multiply by ten
Anyone any experience of how long these sort of suspensions tend to last - are we talking days, weeks, longer?
Oh I read the bb first and thought "result!" expecting to find an RNS I'd somehow missed. Then I saw "glitch". Never mind. Wait n see what the future brings. Any views on share price. Current cap is £750k ish.
be nice if it was a tenth of that .
glitch on halifax sharedealing, czn and dpp both showing wrong I`m 120K up today haha
showing 77.5p.... little pie in the sky stuff that,, but it is nice to see even if it only short lived
Well it says i have £133000 in my account now . Shame i cant sell any ........
Iweb
Hopefully it's a good run to finish line. COVID has actually changed the supply dynamic for US Nat Gas.
That's my point. A suspension avoids a spike driven by a leak which could alter the numbers/discussions around a deal. So freeze the valuation just now via a suspension and get a deal over the line.
Spike? The suspension is signalling a deal and therefore sustainable exit attached to a technical valuation. There's always peaks and troughs, but the window for that behaviour looks to be closing.
