Sky news updated there story today ,they also cited CVRs Tuesday update that did not arrive,it was also in a media story from last Thursday source quote ,NOT as some recall in march 8ths update, this cvr source said last thursday22nd mar about updating us,again theres no leaks to say fundings failed its the terms being legalised I guess. PwC was brought in by directors to undertake a review of the business and its funding requirements. --- Sources said an update on the progress of the fundraising was likely to be announced on Tuesday. --- t supplies more than 700 off-licences and 23,000 pubs and restaurants across the country, and employs more than 2,600 people. The brewing giant AB InBev has urged shareholders to back the fundraising, underlining Conviviality's importance as a distribution channel for its products. -- The company's lenders - Barclays, HSBC and Royal Bank of Scotland - have been asked to provide millions of pounds of bridge-funding‎ to see the company through its capital-raising exercise, although their exposure to it will reduce if it secures the 125m lifeline. from todays sky news update to there original story dated tues 17.16pm 27th march also this story was updated at 04.21am today..mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. lets hope the delay is good vibes as they get this right, the banks will lend they will secure assets this time,so pwcs man as a watchdog bad but accetable i guess..
