that's the consideration, its not a value or an amount. so CSFG review the consideration which is nominal.

Don't see the point - we have all seen the latest RNS.. we can view it differently ie. positive - financial position improved .. negative - nominal sum likely to be received for the disposal - positives and negatives.. the share price has not moved much recently because it reflects current sentiment - more information/results may trigger a further re-rating - but improvements will take time (imo)
You need to contact CSFG , There own words. Sorry I cant help but the below was in the last RNS Potential Disposal would 💥💥significantly💥💥 improve the Group's financial position
I have to back Dan up here... I initially read it as "nominal value" which could be £1 or £10000 or any other figure - it's not our fault that the company has not really provided too much information yet ... probably because the finer details of the transaction are still to be worked out... it is clear however that the company will be released from various commitments (leases etc).. so I guess my question is "why now?".
from the RNS: the proposed consideration in respect of the Potential Disposal under the Offer Letter will be nominal
There is no Nominal Value, amount or sum in the last RNS. Stop misleading investors will you!!!!!
have a look at KBE over a year ago - a similar thing happened without reviewing the overall context of the Groups Financial Position, a significant improvement is a very open ended statement Someone with nothing living on the street finding a fiver would probably be a significant improvement. Here, CSF G - trade making a large loss every year and BOD are forecasting continued losses, i am of the opinion that the disposal will be the operational rights and lease of a Data Centre to a third party (albeit revenues will be decreased) - you will be selling for as i said (nominal sum of a £1 in local currency) which is loss making - so all the sale is doing is reducing the loss making element (if its only 1 Data Centre) you will still be forecasting to make losses for the foreseeable future until occupancy gets to circa 60%-70% (thats approx the Break Even Point) Simple when its broken down to its simplest form
trades also going through on nex exchange , one big sell followed by a big buy. Lets go blue for the day prefer steady rise.

Well I have made some profit here over the last few weeks but agree still high risk - still not a share to put too much in - and news may disappoint... So will keep a small holding and trade on the swings for now. Note 20% drop today... some are obviously here to make an quick buck and will sell on lack of news - don't know how these people who move from share to share make much money when you factor in the spread cost - I used to be quite pro-active but not now.. As for the charts - interesting tool but were they get 20p from I have no idea.. surely it depends on volume - buying - good results etc. Too many factors and if they were right every time we would all be millionaires - so lets see what happens gl
its up to you as a holder and your average Do you sell and try an make money else where Do you hold - wait for perhaps a spike when disposal happens - they haven't said what they are actually disposing or provided any clarification other than lease payments will be reduced - i assume on this they are selling the the lease on a Data Centre to another operator, probably for the equivalent of a £1 etc, thus reduces the potential revenues but also reduces operating costs, csf group are losing money and are forecasting to lose money in the forseeable future and have 9 years minimum on leases they have to service who will have first re-call on any cash the company has - currently if admin - its zero to shareholders
Well I agree - no point (imo) selling out with the results so close .. personally cannot see the share price getting to the levels some are predicting but a gradual move up will do me... this is not an oil share due a discovery or a mining share awaiting a survey report - you know the type of share that can multi bag over night. The best short term event that can happen is a disposal that will transform trading - and future profits/margins and provide a cleaner balance sheet... so an event that takes 3-6-12 months to materialise to full effect... then perhaps 20p plus can happen... still I will be happy to be proven wrong..
Funny because I'm more confident now than ever. Has found support around the 2.5p level and will smash higher highs with a few more decent days of buying. News is fast approaching and I will not be missing that!
Feel positive on this share and reckon its just an amazing lesson on pump and dump. Too big a gamble. I'm out. Good luck all.
He can't back it up, so he hides until enough posts happen and then copies and pastes again pushing his lies onto new PI's
He's not listening... and he still going on about a seven year old admission document... unbelievable ... still we will have the latest accounts to argue about very soon ..
OMG - ProfW you are an idiot you quote page 52 of the annual report, this does not relate to a sale of one Block by CSF It relates to a sale of Block C of CX5 by IDCB to repay the JV DEVELOPMENT LOAN in 2015 CSF GROUP DO NOT OWN CX1 / CX2 or CX5
Very good ProfW. Any objections to this info anybody?......anybody at all???
I guess it's a case of not letting facts get in the way of a good ramp! Also if I have read that long winded info post once.. I have read it twenty times by now... I rather wait for news direct from the company... gl
I am shocked by all the misleading info posted by rampers. CSFG has sold CX1, 2 and 4 and does not own CX 5 (leasehold). The only asset they have is CX3, worth about 500K. Do your research.
Except they don't own CX5 and CX3 is worth a dime.
Hello Prof W- nice to have you back.
20p target?
On the money Stefan
