Maybe because there has been no trades? I think we can all agree that if there are now director buys it will be a good sign

£3M improvement in the Group's cash position due to efforts in implementing tighter credit control and revised lease payments Finalised debt settlement agreement improving operating cash flow
£10m in the bank, working to reduce losses, closing cash position increased from RM43.6m (£7.9m*) as at 31 March 2016 to RM58.0m (£10.5m*) as at the year-end, mainly due improvement in the management of customer credit!
Agree. In short, positives are increase in cash held, improved outlook and disposal of loss making divisions. Negatives are net liabilities increased from £3.6 million to £10 million and reduced revenue going forward. It's what happens now... As for share price, may go up today but I cannot see a material increase.. yet..
Can see this moving up a minimum of 25% today. £10m in the bank and working to reduce losses.

Well tomorrow for results so finally some updated info to chew over. Rocker1, I repeat, you can be on holiday but still access the website by smart phone and hotel wi-fi. Try it next time you go away. Also for the last time, having a share price target which is lower than your target is not deramping! Do'h!!
Hope so too. If they are then i hope for a 300 percent increase (can dream can't i!)
Hope it is a decent rise cos iv had a crap week
...what we've all been waiting for many weeks! This is what's caused many spikes. Think they got this news out today not to convolute the results tomorrow...gla
Simple...Now Clean BS with no debt, significant cash balances, verge of being profitable..significantly reduced rentals. Primed for a take-over. Importantly hugh lease liabilities now removed!

for the sale of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of CSF CX Sdn Bhd ("CSF CX"), a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of CSFI, for a cash consideration of RM2.00 (approximately £0.35) (the "Conditional Disposal").
