what do you consider a decent sum?
KINGJIMS Probably never - maybe when ssale is completed and you get a mini wave of unwarranted hype This will either be bust in few years or if it can get developing on a large scale again could be worth a decent sum
A pump and dump could possibly be the best time if holding seen it a number of times when news hits (not particularly positive) but gets played and hyped on and PI's not wanting to miss a quick profit jump in for it to fall
Some time within the next year ... most small cap/AIM shares are targeted for a pump and dump at least once a year... if you list all AIM companies currently on the market.. I reckon 90% have either been in the top risers or top fallers daily list at least one during 2017. As for CSFG we know the company is due to report disposal news and that it has attracted the attention of a "gang" recently .. so would not surprise me in the least to see another spike in the share price (hopefully based on a factual RNS) by Christmas... so personally holding on .. but not yet prepared to add more.. gl
I have an average of 3.17p. when do you think the price will go past that?
The future for CSFG is in doing what they did 10 years ago but the market isn't as strong as what it was then for this type of business (we can see this in CSF G trading history) The cash in bank with the sale of CX2 / CX5 anchors been removed should hopefully last a few years - but every year with no news / contracts for Development is closer to failure, there not going to be able to survive on a few small contracts either so really need a decent Development Contract in the next 12 months to see movement
Cheers guys - some great posts recently.. remember that there is a value to having a stock market listing - around 750k I recall.. so if CSFG were to become a cash shell then a RTO may happen - however we are talking about 2-3 years from now... next news may be key gla
This is why the SP has fallen so low from its previous highs..
Delist not deliver
Dan I hope that the faithful get some reward but any progress depends on the Bain agreement U can t run a business when you budget at a loss. Failures in Vietnam and Jakarta cost dearly and Co only put in fibre optics recently. Coy says insolvent in 2020 if status quo persists. Remember Aim listing costs and that was reason to deliver.
The Balance Sheet will be cleaned Up This company needs to get back to Development and scrap the idea of subletting The demand obviously isn't there, they have never had a good percentage of the Data Centres filled, there saving grace was they got paid on the Development of CX5 a good few million couple of years ago. The company has made money developing, they have lost a lot sub-letting, this has been vastly reduced If there comes a few Development Projects they can work on, there is a chance to turn things around but if i'm going to judge the market for this type of building its not likely to work If next year, the sale happens, i would like to see some updated Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss moving forward - i ate companies who say we expect to save x amount (especially a company in an insolvent position) Personally if i was in charge, after the sale of CX5 and CX2 operating companies, i would be looking to offload CX1 too, there is plenty of cash in business and if they can sort it all out, i would close down and pay Dividends
I don't mind people being positive on their investments nor the odd bit of ramping (if based on facts).. but I did take exception to being called out on a twitter account for being a "troll"... I read the twitter account and it was full of ramping-and trashing posters who disagreed.. btw he had (I think) about 400 followers.. So in short -- it's clear that CSFG was being targeted for a pump & dump.. it worked once.. but not again - so they have left the building. Unlike you - I still see potential recovery and a cleaner balance sheet going forward but there are obviously risks remaining and new customers need to be secured and margins improved - this time next year we will know if the company has made progress - if so - I expect the share price to be higher.. if not - we will be still at 2-3p
Its amazing when they disappear The problem was they were mis-quoting assets as been owned when they were leased there is no assets to fall back on, there is cash but the liabilities are greater than cash so can't give dividends They are probably blind ramping another share now
I wonder what the charts say now? Strange how a few ultra rampers have disappeared - I would respect them if they came on here (even if they have moved on) and admitted that - at least in the short term - they have called this wrong.. however I expect hell to freeze over first...
Difficult to see any short term value given the huge deficit on shareholder account. Gla to the optimists
The main thing on AIM is don't jump in on spike Do your research and don't just listen to rampers / derampers ask questions - most true people will give you an honest answer backed by RNS if they are knowledgable AIM trades on sentiment - when potential sale was announced - nobody knew the price and some here were quoting multi millions for a Property Asset the company didnt own
screwed over again by aim. Im not good at this game #ENTU, #CTAG #RM2 Its only money and we cannot take it with us.
The worst shares on aim or what?!
Company now on stable footing..tidy results. Should be Onwards and upwards from here..gla
why has everyone gone quiet? Are the results not as good? are the mms just playing for time trying to scare people away? who is going to predict the next 20%+ day?
i think if your in now, you hold and see where this is in 2 years its either bust or if they can get back involved with the Development Side which made them the money couple of years ago on CX5 and was why they looked a good 60p prospect on admission Problem is they are on the brink of liquidation, making losses but hopefully with the large anchor of CX2 and CX5 can be profitable for you guys by 2109 /2020 Really High Risk - probably a 90%+ chance of failure and cash burn but isn't that why we gamble on AIM, for a chance of multi bagging
Actually I read 36p... But not material.. Will hold for developments..
because some people can't read an RNS its 35p as stated by company
Why does this article say the sale is for £350,000 not 35p? Am i just confused? http://www.lse.co.uk/AllNews.asp?code=hj1w3vvd&headline=CSF_Group_Agrees_Sale_Of_Two_Data_Centres_For_GBP350000
They'll move it uo later when people are out for lunch
