There is promise in YRRO/, now Bio-Vitos, that's for sure.
Do we know what Honeydog does? or will do?
3. IZYRadio Ltd 4. Rosedog Ltd 5. Yrro Ltd.
IZY Radio is changed to Honeydog Ltd

YRRO Ltd is changed to Bio Vitos Medical Ltd

One of the shareholders in BVM, is M2 Asset Management in Sweden owned by one of Sweden's most famous investors, Rutger Arnhult.
CRV Market Cap is today lower than the value of a Hotdog stand, do you think that M2 / Rutger Arnhult invests in companies with values lower than a Hotdog stand?..........:)
Thanks, Iosbyios,
yes, of course, you are right: we have to distinguish between CRV's holding and the underlying company One.Bas.
One.Bas are putting a brave face on things, but it doesn't seem to me they have any viable business currently. So writing them down to zero is correct.
Like all the holders of Craven prior to taking the 29% + stake in the five Scandinavian companies, I looked with dismay on the original purchase, as I could see no reason to pay a foolish amount of money for nascent web companies.
There is promise in YRRO. Rosedog seems to be in a very similar line of business.
You are welcome CJ. Onebas was dissolved April yet only just announced now..Could be any of them go next. It's a mystery how the initial valuations came in so high..Considering a bus driver had a higher income than most of these companies.
Thanks Tully for the link. RIP Magazinos.
All hopes rest on YRRO and Rosedog now. IZY Radio looks a non-starter to me. Surely will be the next to go!
Hi John
I saw now the announcement that the board has written down ONEBas.com Music. As I am NOT the CRV board, it stands for them. What I can see is that the domain has been paid for to 2027 and when you call them they say that it will return back with and functional earning business model where the music service is Free for the user and where you digital can purchase your favorite albums for a US dollar each
Hi Cjohn
I got it off companies house.
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/08978120
Hi Iosbyios,
these were the five original companies:
1. Garimon Ltd - owner of "Magazinos.com", the largest-by-content on-line media magazine and periodical content provision service.
2 Onebas.com Ltd - owner of "ONEBas.com Music", an optimised search engine providing a portal to music content freely circulating online.
+
3. IZYRadio Ltd 4. Rosedog Ltd 5. Yrro Ltd.
One-Bas has been written down to zero value. According to this RNS, there are only four companies left.
I'd be grateful if you have a link to the possiblity that One-Bas might revive!
John, Do as I do, call them and they answer ......... :)
ONEBas.com Music will return back, in a new shape, you will then be able to watch music videos on ONEBas.com Music and also be able to purchase all music albums for $1 each..........
Magazinos.com and Onebas.com are owned by Garimon Ltd that CRV owns
Hello Tully,
One Bas had no saleable product.
The same is true of Magazinos.
Do you have a reference to the news on Magazinos? The site is still working, though I can't imagine anyone would bother visiting given it's still only offering well out of date magazines.
Not only has Onebas gone this afternoon, but Magazinos was dissolved on 16th November. In fact Onebas was dissolved in April!!
More triumphs for our leader..
Can see that one of Scandinavian most famous investors, M2 Asset Management / Rutger Arnhult are shareholders in Bio Vitos Medical Ltd
https://www.avanza.se/placera/pressmeddelanden/2021/11/18/dbp-dbp-international-20-of-the-shares-of-bio-vitos-is-received.html
Double Bond Pharmaceutical International AB (publ) (“DBP”) has signed a 3-way agreement with Bio Vitos Medical Ltd (“Bio Vitos”) and Academpharm (Republic of Belarus) concerning a technical and scientific collaboration.
The purpose of the agreement between Academpharm and Bio Vitos is to get access to its products on the markets in the Eurasian Economic Union (EaEU). Bio Vitos has a line of more than 40 Omega 3 products from North Norway, containing vitamins, minerals, iron succinate etc.
The Bio Vitos agreement with Academpharm, gives access to the countries: Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, and Armenia, a total of markets with almost 200 million inhabitants.
https://www.spotlightstockmarket.com/sv/market-overview/nyheter//nyhets-artikel?id=76590
In comparison, for example, Magazinos still doesn't have a saleable product.
There is little demand for non-current magazines.
There's no doubt that this is a positive development. Craven Capital now owns 24.49% of the licence of a product with potential sales of north of $100m.
Obviously, there are many hoops to jump through before that figure is reached; and I'm going to suppose that margins will be thin/ non-existent initially. But at least, there's potential here.
YRRO/Bio-Vitos seems to be the only one of the five inter-related Swedish companies that has businesses that are potentially profitable.
Thank you for the information CJohn. It is much appreciated as it nice to hear from you.
I don't think the latest news going to be transformational but maybe I'll hold a tad longer just in case the impossible occurs and a Phoenix hatches.....
Take care.
Grawostac
Thanks for the posting, Iosbyios!
Hello Grawostac,
It's good to exchange messages with you.
Craven Capital is sellable: Craven Industrial Holdings is not.
I've spoken to one of the major holders here; but he didn't want to buy my shares in CIH! he already has enough......

Hi,
I both sympathise as much as empathise with your sentiments........at least you can derive some benefit from this by offsetting the loss.
Daft question but it is prompted by your posting.....how on earth can we sell them if there is no apparent market ?
I trust you are well otherwise and have spent an enjoyable summer since we last exchanged texts on this board C John.
Kind regards,
Grawostac
This is my worst mistake ever in 15 years + living from investment.
Craven Capital will be of some use as I will flog the shares at a derisory price to off-set capital gains for tax purposes.
There are quite a number of other holders too.
