Yes I’m the same on this one. Very strange this happened just before production increase. There’s value in this mine. Get over the finance hurdle which everybody stands to lose. Then it’s game on. Spoke to SP angel on Friday. They had a similar perspective has Tavistocks. Just a case of waiting and not biting your finger nails too much.
correction..."Mowana" not mawana !!
Hopeful of Positive outcome here especially if most of plant repairs are complete now. Few months back they produced 600 tonnes a month so full production should be achievable with all the repairs and it will be win win for all stakeholders including us pis and workers too..
I dont believe in theory that they are plotting to aquire mawana fully, if thats the case wont it be much cheaper/easier to just buy back shares than go through complex insolvancy process or other dodgy dealings. Remember PI's only hold about 25-30% effective ownership in Mawana.
zci, fujax, workers has lot to loose from insolvant mawana to be honest..it makes no sense..i reckon resolution will be reached between all parties..good luck all.
once all parties sit down
What do you think will happen Monday?
Don’t worry, Monday will bring you cheer
Igeek, noted. However your post doesn't have much that can be responded to apart from you have made me aware of your feelings, you are counting posts, and I don't fault you. No agenda.
should have sold my remaining stake when sp was up recently... oh well..
hopefully JLP can rerate early 2019 ala BMN to more than make up the losses in here.
For somebody with only 12 posts Baiki you seem to have a lot to say about the history of CRA. Not saying you’re neither wrong nor right but you obviously have an agenda and have multiple usernames to suit! Can’t stand f***ers like u!
Chances are that even if CRA is reinstated, it will be without the mowana copper mine which was put up as security. This will leave the other bits such as the gold prospects etc. This however will mean more funds required, since the plan was always to use mowana to fund the other bits. Bottom line is that any investment current ordinary shareholders have put here is unlikely to ever be recovered. Best case scenario is put in even more money for whatever it is that will be proposed then. You bet they will be back asking for more money maybe different faces but same script. And as usual wait to be wiped out again. Meanwhile the mine if it is as described on the verge of production, will be chugging away under 'new' owners. It is a shame really, because if Kevin pulled it off he would be a star and would not struggle to raise funds for the other parts of the company if he got this right. Judging from the cast of Delboy like characters who have had a go at this, it is unlikely that the outcome will be any different from the past.

You are CW10, pal................... the same individual that has endlessly trolled this stock under different nicks here, there & everywhere.
You need to get out more and stop being so bitter & twisted.
Since when did a RTO ever be essentially the same Company afterwards?????
Different drivers. Different /new investors that rescued ALO from extinction and took it to production.
"Cradle Arc has not been suspended before.
ALO was suspended for 15 months."
Of course this is essentially the same company.
ALO shareholders were hugely diluted when relisted under the different name of CRA.
I was an ALO shareholder.
It is not non-holders who are sad....
It is stocks such as this which bleed shareholders dry.
And much of the drivel which has been posted on here.
The "directors", having hoovered up shareholders cash, will announce insolvency
and restart again under another name.

Pretty disgusting really. Fingers crossed they can turn things around. I've not written off my shares Here. If it comes good it will be a welcome bonus.
Absolutely. Terrible characteristic.
Cradle Arc has not been suspended before.
ALO was suspended for 15 months.
Different main players involved.
Different business case given the fact that CRA was producing revenue, Something ALO never did,
Sad how many non-holders like to come on and be ultra negative & gloat, eh? Constructive & informative criticism is fine, but you read very little of that on these BBs.
I think it will be relisted very soon .I also think the problem is not in the UK but aboard.if I had choice to get back in at lower price I will .
So Mowana's ownership structure -
Leboam Holdings ltd (subsidiary of CRA) - 100% (Direct ownership)
Cradle Arc Plc. - 60% (Indirect Ownership)
ZCI Ltd - 40% (Indirect Ownership)
If Leboam does go bust then ZCI will loose its $21m unsecured term loans, if I understand this right. That's probably why insolvency was mentioned in last rns i think.
"Revised ZCI Debt Restructuring
Pursuant to the terms of the Revised ZCI Debt Restructuring, on Admission, ZCI will convert US$79 million of its existing secured debt into a 40 per cent. shareholding in Leboam (as enlarged by the issue of such shares) and a US$9.9 million secured loan will be booked to Leboam (the ZCI Secured Loan). In addition, ZCI will retain its existing US$21 million term loan which is repayable over a 10 year term and incurring interest at LIBOR (the ZCI Term Loan). Whilst currently secured, the ZCI Term Loan will be unsecured with effect from Admission. The ZCI Secured Loan is repayable in monthly instalments over 33 months with a nine month moratorium on capital repayments and interest accruing at a rate of 13.5 per cent. per annum and payable monthly."
Wait for the next RNS?
Good luck with that one.
The last suspension in December 2016 lasted for 15 months.
This stock has lost 94% of it's value since it was relisted in March last year,
never mind the collapse in value during the past few years.
There is a reason it is cheaper than one sheet of toilet paper
Meanwhile, the directors have been doing quite nicely....
I think CRA were stitched up with the new loan facility. They needed that £400k to pay wages and recommission equipment. Best like somebody said to wait for the next RNS. Absolutely nothing we can do.
They raised nearly £400,00 only a month and now they have suspended the shares, and threatened insolvency. Its clear its either brinkmanship or CRA planning the placing, getting others to fund the rebuild and recommissioning of the pit and then suspend the shares
Stinks of something like a stitch up
Yep
if it is the subsidiary, then full-on suspension is surely the height of brinkmanship!
Yep kept saying subsidiary this morning
Sold most of the stock I had after last RNS, but kept a small portion in. I do not believe this is the end.
RT AlignResearch "Ref Cradle Arc #CRA Spoke to Mark Jones this morn. Company is hopeful for a positive resolution. Important element is that potential administration relates to Leboam in Botswana NOT UK Plc parent."
This tweeter shit doesn't bother me..I leave them alone with their Schadenfreude feelings...Obviously they always had only winners with all their investments....so good luck to them all.
