yes once it goes past 10.5p and closes, it's going to fly... just coiling up which will take weeks not minutes :)
im a buyer at these prices. this could move very quickly indeed.
lol, mkts can and do go either way at times, down a little (it can only drop a few pence as we are only 8p) or a long way up (there's no limit that way, and we've touched 14p recently, even higher before )...so at times both views will be right for a period of time....it's what makes a market...I remember at under 3p a few negative views, however, the lows then were clearly a positive moment to secure some shares, isn't that often the case,.......CPX has moved on from there, order book now double and production underway in their own new factory etc.... :-)
dont think timing is good surp as i think it has a goòd way to fall yet. lack of retail investor interest currently seems to support my view.
lets see where sp is in june
did someone buy 50 grand yesterday in little 'ol CPX I see from the trades list, could be good timing :-)
I would also see as positive. Perhaps one set of lawyers are inclined to seek out a compromise with maybe a licencing deal as a bargaining play whereas the other lot want to fight to the death no matter how long and how much it costs (suits them as they are being paid).
Jack Blumenfeld filed the 'motion' he appears still involved, the reps withdrawn are named in the linls posted earlier, for some reason they have withrawn this group of counsel, impossible to speculate an accurate reason as there are many possible casuses..interesting nonetheless....
A difference of opinion as to how to proceed presumably in which case it’s a positive because either the very IP experienced Jack said ‘Settle’ and Maxwell disagree in which case hopefully we win the case OR he said ‘Keep Going’ and Maxwell disagree in which case a settlement would appear likely. Perhaps I’m just an optimist but it would appear to be a positive imo. GLA
re withdrawal , looks like a big shift and change as the original group were all included in the initial filings, MORRIS, NICHOLS that Jack Blumfield is a partner of are still involved, Jack Blumfield was also involved in the Iouxus patent infingement (https://portal.unifiedpatents.com/litigation/Delaware%20District%20Court/case/1:18-cv-00849 )
and as can be seen in the link below the reps withdrawn are named below when case started.

Interesting move, we await further news ....
