Thanks Peoplepower1,
That answers that question. No escape from the lawyers by changing your ownership. Good.

Oh what a tangled web they weave ....
Cowboys hopping from steer to steer to escape the Ranger's wrath. It is surely illegal to keep creating these shell companies? How many chances do people get before the authorities step in and say, 'That's enough pardner, just pay the man..'?
People power . Could you please explain for an oldie like me in plain English. As I understood it when you sell a business there are two options ie a) you can sell the business as a going concern along with any debts or b) you can sell your assets but not your debts. I thought the at is what Ioxus did and said "run along " CPX. Not morally right but a fact of life. CPX even admitted they were unlikely to get any money. I am therefore anxious to understand whats new in this latest development (in plain English) . Is there any chance we will get some money or not and if so how far along that road are we?
Morning Mr Open, all that info you 'request' has been discussed many times on the bb and all in the previous posts over past few months and in the public domain....I think you're being lazy or mischievous ;-)
both lazy and mischievous are allowed if others wish to play along , by the way :-)
