Please at least write a correct sentence if you are going to call someone a dimwit. I think you meant - continue to live in..... ;)
So you can continue you live in cloud cuckoo land? Dimwit.
Agree Morley, also results will be out soon so directors will be in close period now so couldn't buy. am sure we will get an update on progress at results time
Sell your shares and toddle off would be best for you I think, you seem unhappy in this stock.
No announcements, no new appointments, nothing on VVOP, no new products, no new strategy, no director buying. My guess is that they have no good news to tell and are happy for the share price to fall. When it gets to a certain point, they will announce a huge option package for the directors at a very low exercise price, or the founder will try and buy back the company. If the board can't see value in the company, the shares will fall further until they do.
The sites that report buys and sells (ie this one) have no idea whether a transaction is a buy or sell. They guess based on the current bid and ask. So if you get a cracking cheap offer to buy it will think that order is a sell.
Probably because the 200k trade was a buy looking at the other trade prices
Someone explain how sell of 280,000 shares makes price go up??
Small investor transactions have no real impact on share prices, even on most AIM stocks. There are rumours, but there are always rumours both ways for most stocks - ultimately the MMs have to make a margin and not lose their shirts. AIM is a dirty place and most PIs end up getting shafted because they get caught up in the greed/fear cycle and pay the massive spreads. But ultimately share price performance is about he quality of the management and their strategy. Being able to spot that is the only way of being consistently profitable (look at Buffett). Unfortunately, I see neither in this company right now.
of course if the MMs have a large buy or sell order they want to work through the system over several days/weeks. That makes a big difference. But otherwise as a general rule Morley is right. Any buying pressure and the stock should rise in value. Any selling and it will likely fall quicker. The MMs (in theory) should know no more than we do about a stock. The publication of a RNS can change the situation entirely for obvious reasons.
your typical PI in AIM stock is so dumb they rely on what's automatically recorded on financial sites like this as being a buy or a sell - when quite often they are not what they purport to be. Though anyone with a bit of common sense & intelligence can usually work it out....... especially taking into account protected/delayed trades reported when market is closed.
Re your last post about Aim share prices, I have bought the shares of several companies listed on Aim and quite often the price movement seems to bear little regard to how many shares are bought or sold (see DPP today).
It's just maths. There have been more sells than buys as so far as there has been no news from the camp. Hopefully there will be soon but I for one would rather they got on with removing the vvop than keep shouting with rns statements. On Aim the share price is not adjusted on rumour but only purchases, sales and additional share issues.
Yeah they were gifting themselves shares that's true but share price was 12 pence in March 2016 before they left. This new guys in all this time since take over didn't put single RNS about their plans or ambitions. No news on AIM means share continuously fall down plus there is big chance that is something wrong going behind the curtains and MM people are smelling blood. I can't see other explanation for price being halved in space of four months.
No need to be rude. Just look at the share price performance and then use your brain.
What a load of old rubbish. Yea lets put the other lot in who were robbing the company coffers and gifting shed loads of shares to themselves. Brilliant thinking.
Spot on
Since the boardroom coup emerged, this share has lost half its value - so much for Phoenix and Schroders acting in th best interests of investors. They have also blown millions in the "coup" and cost the company time. The share price is saying there are major issues with this business. Maybe the new team don't have a plan after all? Why don't they resign and give the last lot a chance to carry on where they left off? Otherwise, this share is going to halve again and get to a price where Ogsden will offer a couple of pence to buy it out.
If u want to lose money invest here :) 100% guarantee. Total ripp off bastards.
Down again.
Something afoot...
This company moves in mysterious ways...
What is going on here then? onwards and upwards....
Peoplw who destroyed CPP before came back to destroy CPP again. Why FCA allowed company destroyers to take over again???
Why is it? The share price will go down like all stocks but brexit isn't going to make Cpp go under
