I would say it's directly linked to the exit vote. Worry about future investment is hitting the construction sector hard in the markets and it will be perceived to have an impact on our business too. Whether it actually does or not is another matter
Any notes from the AGM, i am assuming not brilliant news as share has dropped. Just not sure if this is EU ref. shockwave or bad agm? Any info much appreciated Cheers
Any idea of any regular posters who have attended anyone?
Any idea of any regular posters who have attended anyone?
Hope we get a trading update at 7am tomorrow prior to the AGM ,as Up until now only been informed of an order dated for August , and to my mind that's not at all impressive .Unfortunately unable to attend but will await outcome with interest.GLA
Good enough for me, COMS well positioned, perhaps we will see new money come in? " For clarity, the Company trades predominately in the UK and in £-sterling. There are only a few examples where the business is contracted in non £-sterling denominated currencies, in particular €-Euro and US $ dollars. Where these contracts represent material value the related cash flows are hedged at the point of contract to remove any foreign exchange exposure. Therefore the Company has minimal currency exposure, if any at all. Thank you Mark "
Interesting blog posted today on their website in which MB references the potential impact of today's result on the business.
Yes they will share additional info and give an update on the first half, but we shouldn't expect any detailed numbers I guess.
Why what's happening tomorrow ;)
In general does the AGM effect the SP? I.e will they share additional info. or is it just the items on the agenda?
There is more important things in life then coms just becouse someone disagrees with you it's only an opion have a week of son.
They have the clout to manipulate price up and down to their benefit. Never liked them becoming involved. We have not heard much from Helium either, are they still in?
Buys showing as sells once more
I won't be able to make the AGM. Some of you have kindly sponsored me for a run I'm doing across the Grand Canyon later this year for Walking with the Wounded, thats going to be some 170+miles. As part of the training i'm taking part in a 60mile race over Saturday night (starting at 8pm) and into Sunday morning... i'll be a little tired, so as much as i'd like to be there on Monday, I won't be.... That said, I am still 100% behind this company (and have voted for all proposals)...I hope someone will take comprehensive notes and report back as I did 2 years ago and as TVR did last year. I really feel a great deal more confident moving forward and do think we will break 2.00 this year. I did expect it by the summer, but perhaps we need a little more confidence demonstrated through results, deals, forecasts and opinions before that day comes. Oh...and if anyone else is interested in sponsoring me: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/DaveandJamesG2G I know that LSE don't like posts re. sponsored events, but as I invited them to sponsor me too (and they didn't have the manners to even respond) I would hope they'll let this post remain.
Not had a look for a couple of weeks pleased as I can b at the share price after the last rns which was pretty poor to many shares in issue and very low profit margin not good
All buys is there news soon ?
There is literally nothing else you can do but hold... The general market movements have nothing to do with the recent falls/gains. The legacy of DB may be slowly being erased, what can't be erased however is the INSANE number of shares in issue. The share has been diluted into oblivion unfortunately so will take a real concerted effort to get going. This also protects a little as well as a huge number have to be sold to make it fall so in general the SP just isn't going to go anywhere without HUGE news. Will it ever see the levels of recent years. Frankly no imo. The pump and dump of AIM shares happens across the board and people are sick of it and slowly losing their faith in AIM. You can literally pick any stock and bring up the graph and see the same decline. We all thought COMS was different based on DB's lies. I am still utterly confused to how that wasn't market abuse but the FCA can't even fry bigger fish let alone the smaller guys. So yeah, hold, what else can be done? At least COMS has a CEO who genuinely seems to care and have some skill at what he's doing. I can only see good news in the future as the market realigns. Question is if that news is big enough to actually break out the SP, probably not, it is going to be a very very long wait.
I'm a little dissapointed with the share price at the moment but not concerned. I'm not attending the AGM this year due to work load. Also last year I only attended to get reassurances that they weren't about to go bang. I haven't got the same worries this year. I've got a 1m buy order if it hits 1.2p which I'm hoping it doesn't as I've got too many as it is. Looking forward to the post AGM statement then half year results. Then a steady rise to 2.5p by year end. DYOR.
Concerned.
Woopdydoo this share continues to impress at a whopping 1.375p, AWESOME..... notttttttttt. Results did absolutely nothing for the SP. Fed up but all I can do is hold. Sigh. What are other LTH's thinking at this moment in time? Cheers
Is anyone planning on attending? Kyri
All a bit quiet in here, any news?
Thanx for the lin Melody

Ordinary Resolution 5 and Special Resolution 7. Plz will someone explain them to me. It seems like the bod are asking for permission from shareholders to allocate 'securites' I presume shares, up to a nominal amount- £544k, but only up to the next AGM. Am I understanding this right? I take it this will have something to do with the name change, or I may be way off the mark.
