Never mind found the bookbuild RNS.....figured Id top up an extra £2k here.....as it seems to be simmering and getting ready for potentially interesting news flow.
Hey Everyone, Been a while since I last posted.
Has anyone got an idea on how COBR finances are doing at the moment? I don't recall when the last placing was....could someone be so kind as to let me know the date?
Thanks
I have done a pretty comprehensive evaluation of the company based on all resources discovered, current mineral prices, etc., and I have a current valuation of 17.27 Million (lots of variables and unknowns, I know), but by my reckoning, the share price is understated and should be somewhere between 2 - 2.5.
So ignoring trades below 5£ value, we had the following volumes and prices yesterday and today:
5748£ at 0.958p
4800£ at 0.96p
4850£ at 0.97p
512£ at 0.975p
2772£ at 0.995p
6000£ at 1p
2563£ at 1.025p
with volume weighted average of 0.9803p.
And mid gets marked at 0.95p, below any of the trades? It's a bit silly really
Hope you’re all well.
Given what Cobra have achieved to date what’s everyone’s opinion on current £6.67m market cap?
Over, under or just about right valuation?
Have a good time, perhaps you can check out a venue for the £1 party whilst you are there :)
Good to hear from you ATB
Been sat watching from the sidelines for ages….beginning to increase holding at some point again this year. Currently down under enjoying the Ozzie weather. Saw a python this morning…..didn’t bother catching it as I still had hold of the Cobra.
Hope everyone is well.

This looks like a holding RNS with only a few of the 220 assay results in. Analysis seems painfully slow at the moment. Still, some interesting new data, all going in the right direction, and some Uranium to add to the melting pot.
RV signposted at least three important pieces of newsflow expected in the next few weeks. The first is due pretty much anytime now and could be a catalyst (re-evaluation of historical data).
It will probably be something ridiculously irrelevant, like discovering some Uranium in one of the new tenments. Hopefully, the next drilling result, due imminently, will provide the key, but who knows?
I’m 50% down and happy to hold for as long as it takes. Question for the uneducated then: we see a lot of RNS showing the geological surveying results and strong indications of shallow depth deposits available potentially en masse.
But what is to be the turning point or news , aside something more commercial (merger/buyout type), that will generate a positive step change from which we shall not likely see a reversal back to the 1-3 penny levels?
And even if it’s a crystal ball, have we an idea of a potential timeframe for such news?
Thanks all

Any snippet of good news would be fab - I am 85% down here - not a big holding but would be nice to see a turnabout's round.
I don't think I've ever seen a more positive statement in an RNS:
"Cobra is taking the right steps to demonstrate that the Boland ionic rare earths discovery has the potential to change the global supply of magnet rare earths"
There has to be a significant re rate coming here .
Once recovery rates are confirmed Cobra ticks all the
Boxes of a district scale environmentally friendly investment
…and I received a very positive email this morning from the CEO.
All looking good for the next few months apparently.
What are your thoughts on it bcb?
Mega news
Interesting!

Call me in too! Sadly IsoEnergy have a lot more projects than just the Gawler Craton one, but hey, just need Boland REE to do the rest, ha!
Think I would make about £4M at that price, so I will happily double your offer.
Rupert mentions the market success of IsoEnergy over the past six months as it approaches nearly A$1 billion in valuation.......
Well, all I can say is if he gets COBR anywhere near that valuation in the next six months i'll get him a truck load of Fosters...... and a bottle of sherry for his Sheila!
