Any news of any hacks are always good for
business and the SP..
This is a boom sector and most if not all co’s
in the sector must feel it is like printing money
tp 30p++
Jolly.
Yes, this tends to only really move on news and then as you say just tails off with low trade volume.
I hope the momentum in q3 and q4 (ex dec) continues for quarter growth over q1 20. There was nothing in the trading update on forward pipeline generation of other forward looking statements, looking last year the final accounts were early April so I think We will just drift unless We get an rns with a large contract win.
We could do with a nice write up somewhere as part of cyber stocks in general.
long tough history here
(I first played nearly ten years ago @c37p lol)
suggests that if the sp doesn't show some mojo soon
it's likely to tail away
until another positive update (?April)
Looking rather nice here, 13.74 being paid
Looks to be holding above the recent 12p technical high quite nicely atm. Also a lot of other good technicals for those who are believers!
Jolly.
There is a lack of, or outdated, independent research form the likes of Gartner and forrester. Not just a good resource for technology buyers but really good for investors to gain comfort on the competitive position, especially where the technology is specialised.
As stated earlier would be great to have a new investor presentation going through strategy and positioning, as well as financials.
large trades cleared (unusual volume)
update was a little mixed
amazing net cash position (the genius rids: "running out of cash" lol)
but they didn't close mega deals in December
Do you believe this tech is market leading? If you do, then experienced management, ownership (skin the game), addressable market (large and massively growing); more than decent sales channels (incl Juniper Networks) scream BUY BUY
dyor etc etc
health/wealth warnings
A little surprised at the lack lustre trading this morning.
- I think the rise came after the October / November orders update, the full year results confirm this rather than massively add to it.
- The company really does need to split out orders into new business and renewals to give investors some view to determine incremental revenue.
- There is little additional info on Dec deals (e.g. A South Asian telco buying through our partner .....), does this indicate renewals?
- Overall a very solid year, with a real step change in performance vs 2019.
Still very much under the radar. Even when there is an article on UK cyber stocks cns rarely, if ever, features. As a shareholder in MINI it is nice to see CNS as one of their larger holdings.
As well as good performance I still feel this night be a strong takeover target, either from juniper or a cyber firm looking to add ddos to provide a more complete portfolio of product / service.
The numbers are very good....the Junioer tie-up has proven
to be fruitful and provides big potential going forward...
Just being very picky - a little disappointed with the December orders number at about 3m having communicated the july- nov orders. It does look like they managed to close large deals earlier than usual - which is great for revenue and profit.
Overall yoy growth very impressive and with a much stronger h2. Building a great ARR and good cash management.
Would like to see an investor presentation from the bod going through both financials as well as strategy.
After some hairy moments now at a good profit on this stock, holding on for the medium term, hopefully a good bounce to move the trading range to around the 14-16p mark.
That was a storming second half should fly this morning.
Reads very well, should get a nice lift today
Not a bad trading update, and slightly better than usual in detailing revenue recognised within the calendar year and in showing the relative contribution of Juniper tie-up. Looks like they are growing. Would have liked to have seen details on (new/accelerating?) costs and not just on outstanding debt commitments compared to last year. Let us see how the market reacts today.
Hold on to to your hockey sticks this little baby is going to fly next week.15p minimum best place your bets now.

The prospects of good news is fairly high....
Lots in it's favour and happy to hold here...
Was contemplating adding but before I
committed the price jumped significantly..
I was just too slow thinking about it.....
Results will be monday or Tuesday next week.
Yes, the new CEO seems to be a "closer" who seems to have provided a step change to the company.
Market cap is not too steep when compared to immature listed SaaS companies, either in the UK or US where many appear overvalued.
Hi skid don't worry you shall carry no blame if it goes wrong! I bought some at 10.299 last week and said I'd add if the offer went under 10p which it did so I bought some more. I like the insti holders, the new CEO seems to have his head screwed on and I like the international nature of their client base. I guess you just have to accept the fact they have a market cap of £50m and made a loss and put it down to the industry etc. I've seen lots of talk of an update in Jan so thought it might be a good time to take a position.
Bid,
Nice to have you on board, I hope I have pointed you in the right direction but know from your contribution on the enet board you will have done your research so I am not to blame for any losses!
Like enet I think this has a good price floor (barring a major move in the overall market) with upside potential, but not at the same multiple potential.
Not as active a board, a few old timers who have been through the days of 3p who have hung on seeing potential through times when I doubted my investment. Key catalyst for me remains the juniper investment and channel, although this did take a couple of quarters to see pipeline conversion.
Looking forward to your active discussion on the board, hoping with the rns you will already be banking a 20-30% gain for a medium / long term hold.
11p - 11.5p going up on each buy trade.
Two sells coming in as I type, price held up ok.
I'm new in this one, not bought loads but I like the sound of it - I saw skid mention it on the ENET board so did some research.
yep, leak? 10.5x-10.9x
would still look v cheap if decent Q4/prospects lands imv
Results due any day will be blockbuster.....
