The last 9 months, the Company has gained significant momentum in Morroco. It now has a considerable geological understanding of the region's potential as a global commodities hub. Furthermore, it has extensive relationships within the mining sector at a domestic level. This regional Intellectual Property and know-how has led to the Company receiving interest from a leading global commodity trading group to become its Morrocan partner and supply it with commodities from the region. CMR is now in discussions to formalise the partnership.

#copper play💥

Cheapest #copper listed £700k Mcap 👁️👁️
CMRS will follow soon
mcap is ridiculously cheap Copper play in Morocco,
not Some Africa country with No law and order,
Morocco has good infrastructure.
And like magic, we end up even . The reasons one bought a week ago haven’t changed; can’t blame the co if you get irrationally minded peeps.
Yep. 1.07 to buy peanuts now. Gotta know the profile. Too many rush
If you got them 700k for 92 I’m jealous lol
Easy money when the markets in general rerates, good job.
Not really, that 700k was a buy - mopped up the slack. 1.04 to buy - try 500k😎
If your nervous, best keep away from small share number cos - Uber sensitive

Feels like pessimism running high , £660k mcap at bid.
I see the shorting traders are in town. Puerile, revolting people.
I’m out of this pile of crud !
I see buy orders suspended on 212
Yea, 9% on 1m sales. I’m crapping myself😂😂😂
It seems
Accounts dont look - Another company thats promises something tomorrow but never returns
£800k mcap, £250k raised, $210k due in, dribble of existing cash in bank, few various assets, what do people expect for the £400k difference between cash and mcap :)
Clearly a few selling based on FY22 without realising its a totally different set up and company. I'd normally do DD on the current position not the past but it's an interesting strategy!
My DD is focusing on the trading partnership and the new revenue stream it will attract - the only junior on AIM in this position.
See Aug 17 ( RNS 2023)
That’s why they did a strategic review, leaned down and refocused- but good luck
Exactly @WACO
They lost over £5M financially 2022,
Admin costs £1.1M
Net Assets £680k
They have too many directors here, and not enough cash.
All they now have are the Morrocon licences.
Not for me I'm afraid They will need an equity raise
Good luck though but can now see why Mr Cropper sold his large holding .
They took 2m at 1.25 in placing
Directors paid 3.75p for 10M in January.
Are they buying at 1.2p?
Or are we in a closed period.
I know as the same set up occured at WSG some time ago.
Don't forget, 8m came from treasury so non dilutive. So if you go through it, looks like roughly half new share placing sold, half retained.
Would their percentage not just drop upon the new shares being released?
Placees can sometimes use spreadex to take part - tax efficient way.
I'm sure its related to that and the post placement churn - and yes, Cantor is not a principal.
That be nice
