When it listed 3 years ago (to the day tomorrow happy listing birthday 19/3/21) and you can buy at the lowest it has ever been, at £1m mcap (enlarged post placing), after its put £8m in to progressing any parts of the company there is a good chance you might have a chance to make some money - even if on just a bouce, like on its last raises - or worse case atleast lose alot less than anyone who bought in the prior 2 years 11 months and 3 weeks. the odds are in the favour more now than buying it at 3p+, if you dont put risk management in place.
And as a bonus for that £1m mcap -just raised £250k, plus whatever cash it had left in its bank, plus the $210k outstanding which could land at any time.
Its just a trade, not buying to take over the company :)
No they are saying it’s good opp at this mcap. Get a life
So 2 very short term pump and dumpers are telling you this stock is a multi bagger but both will sell for 5% or less if they can get it :-))
The Opportunity
✅ Critical Minerals Focus: CMR is exploring and developing projects in Morocco focused on copper, antimony, tungsten, lead-zinc, and gold – all of which are important for clean energy technologies and other strategic applications.
✅ Near-Term Cash Flow Potential: The company is in discussions with a leading global commodity trading company about a potential partnership to source and supply minerals for its supply chain. This could provide an opportunity for near-term cash generation for CMR.
The Ifri Project
✅ Positive Initial Results: Initial prospecting at the Ifri Project has revealed copper and silver mineralization in multiple quartz vein structures, with some zones also showing signs of gold.
✅ Location and Infrastructure: Ifri is located in an active mining belt with established infrastructure, making it potentially easier to develop.
✅ Funding for Exploration: Proceeds from the recent fundraising will be used to advance Ifri, including mapping and geochemical surveys.
Key Points from the Announcement
Fundraising: CMR raised £0.25 million through a placing of new and existing shares at a price of 1.25 pence per share.
✅ Use of Proceeds: Funds will be used to advance the Ifri project and to explore the potential partnership with the global commodity trading group.
✅ Morocco Focus: CMR has significantly expanded its presence in Morocco and is gaining a reputation as a specialist exploration and development company in the region.
Overall Assessment
The announcement indicates that CMR is making progress on several fronts in Morocco. The Ifri Project shows promise, and the potential partnership with a global trading group could be a significant boost to the company's growth prospects. This is a positive development worth watching for investors interested in critical minerals and emerging market opportunities.

The raised capital will support the advancement of the Ifri project in the Anti-Atlas mountains of Morocco, where exploration has revealed the presence of copper and silver.
Critical Mineral is also in talks with a prominent global commodity trading group to become its supply partner in Morocco.
Charlie Long, the CEO, emphasized the company’s commitment to developing projects that can produce critical commodities and generate cash in the near term. He expressed satisfaction with the company’s recent achievements and optimism that the fundraising will boost their activities in Morocco.
The Ifri project is located in a prolific mining region, home to four active and seven former copper, silver, and gold mines.
Critical Mineral plans to conduct comprehensive mapping and geochemical surveys of the Ifri project area, financed by the proceeds from the share placement.
Exactly Waco. How can you make trading profits down here you fool. It will trade like any other share but at 700k, I think many will just hold for the forseeable, esp given a new and quicker rev stream.
One or two decent trading deals and off we go.
Yes they are traders but I also agree with all they have to say. There is a huge upside potential from here. We are massively undervalued at £700k. They are doing a much needed job in highlighting all the positives that CMRS have to offer right now. As a LTH I’m happy there is some activity. Go Earl!
Most of the people who are posting non-stop here are traders taking their profits, and the newbies end up getting scammed and left holding the baby here.
Once raise is finalised :
expect TR1 officially announing the director / KM Securities buy,
reitterate the 2,666,667 shares remaining held by company treasury,
maybe a new party TR1 from placing as a TR1 is only £28k,
updated number on Total Voting Rights / shares in issue.
Fully diluted share capital should be 86,136,684 (inc outstanding 8,283,174 warrants, 4,400,000 director options )
With a float of 73,453,510
12m owned by KM Securities ~16%
~60m in free float.
Numbers Plus or minus fees.
Drop is also because of latest share placing. Not that easy to rise after this placing price close to current price.

Has anyone seen ATN it's Mcap is £8m, Morroco Copper play, listed in London,
so on that Basis CMRS is way oversold (because of Jason Cropper sold his 23%)
remember Another Director bought at some 10m shares 3.5p few weeks back,
so 3.5p is the first target, and that should be achieved fairly quickly.
Jason Cropper was definitely a chancer, he probably ran out of patience,
Jason is a multi millionaire from Lancashire, he was on the news few years ago for being attacked and robbed in his own house,
however I do think He's not a mining guy, hence didn't understand what's copper can bring in the future.
this can easily do 10 Bagger in short term with the Big Commodity trader taking keen on CMRS presence in the Morocco.
Commodity Traders makes more money than Miners, so this could be very lucrative for CriticalMinRes!
Yes that could be what happened
Trafigura?
I don't know how they could have done it but I do wonder if, given that Cropper was just a chancer with no mining expertise, the board somehow engineered his exit. I doubt they liked him owning such a large chunk of the business.
Your TR1 seller Jason Cropper has quite an illustrious past being the man who once acquired chunks up to 16% of PYC around 2014 / 15 time forcing the SP up over 150% in a few trading days to 16p and massive volume - then subsequently quickly selling either because he couldn’t buy more stock or simply took good profit causing the SP to tank back down to 8 or 9p and having everyone’s pants well and truly pulled down
Obviously successful for him that time, but not so this time having his pants well and truly pulled down in return - what goes around comes around !
Interesting stock and potential - I think I’ll grab some next week 😊
